This was not my idea of a successful visit. I had a scheduled appointment on Monday and I called ahead to see if they were running on time or if they needed me to come in earlier or later to accommodate their schedules. No answer and I called 3 times then decided to just go in at my scheduled time but the salon was closed for "vacation" with a note on the door. They never even bothered to call or text to inform me. I finally got ahold if the manager and she said she'd call me to reschedule my appointment. She did but when I got there on my scheduledappointmentseveral days later, she took someone before me requiring a much longer appointment. My manicure takes less than 10 minutes since I don't even get color on my nails. The customer walked out to her truck to eat her lunch and watch her granddaughter while I sat there waiting. I asked Wendy, the manager if she could just clean up my nails while the other customer was out in her truck and she said "NO, I'M STILL WORKING ON HER!" I sat for a few more minutes and finally left knowing she wasn't going to be done within a few minutes since she was doing a complete fill on the other customer. I will NOT allow anyone to treat me like garbage when in fact, she could've easily have cleaned up my nails in less than the time that woman was eating her lunch. I don't even give them 1 star. This isn't the first time that I've been treated like that but it's going to be the very LAST!!! I don't recommend this place unless you like being treated like crap. read more

Do not go here for dip powder!!! The woman who did my nails did not know what she was doing and my nails started chipping right after my appointment. Way too pricey for the horrible job she did. Dip powder should last at least 3 weeks if not more if it's done RIGHT. If you want to get dip powder done please save your money and go to a different salon. read more

I stopped by this place to get a gel manicure. The girl that did it was very nice but the products she used were not very good. My gel mani completely peeled off in less than 4 days. I have never had that happen before. Also, it looked very thick and lumpy, which is unusual as well. I am giving this place 2 stars only because the employees that worked there were very friendly and I did not have to wait at all when I walked in. It looks like I will be sticking to my regular nail place that I know used OPI products! read more

This is my nail spot and I'm do glad I found this place a little over a year ago. I go regularly every month for a pedicure and get the #3- 30$ pedi. It's a little pricer than most pedis but totally worth it. You get a mint mask rub down, a salt scrub rub down, and a hot stone rub down in addition to the normal massage. I love this place because for these reasons! I don't get pedis because I can't paint my own toes I go because I can't rub my own feet and legs for nearly 20 minutes! There was only one other person there when I was (which is good because there is really only room for 4 or so) and the lady who did my nails was really nice and did a good job--has held up well for the last few days. $22+ tip for a regular pedicure + flower decoration. read more

Wendy is so sweet and did a great job on my manicure. Anna was fantastic for my pedicure. I got the #3 pedicure and I highly recommend the stone massage, it was wonderful. Only downside is they are super busy so you need to make an appointment ahead of time. Prices are reasonable and parking and location is easy. I highly recommend. read more

Even if she's unavailable and I have to do my own because she can't see me for a few days because of my schedule, I will do that. She is very focused on doing a PERFECT job. Not just for you but for her. She's amazing professionally as well as personally. I've been lucky enough to get to really know her over the years and I can't say enough good things about her, her business and what a great job she does. She also does a great job waxing. I don't like my eyebrows too thin and she always does them EXACTLY how I've asked her to do them. You won't be disappointed. I give her way more than 5 stars. read more

She does a great job everytime and unlike alot of other Rocklin nail shops, her prices stay the same week after week! I do not like to write not so good reviews but people need to know. Went there on a whim to get them done with a friend. First timer and not impressed. Will never return unfortunately. Felt that they did not pay attention to detail, rushed through the job and definitely needed more help and/or experience. In all honesty, I really wanted to say something right then and there about my nails, although did not have enough time.-also afraid of results. Nice people though. Pedicure was good, the message chairs were alright but DO NOT recommend GEL nails. Sloppy job, bubbles in the polish, polish all over my cuticles/ surrounding nail, manicurist cut my cuticles( in which still hurts) very very disappointed :-( too bad, very frustrating and upsetting.
