I have been in there multiple times throughout the years for pedicures and always loved my experience. my normal nail lady was booked so I decided to give this place a try for a full set. I noticed my nails were crooked when she started filing but decided to trust the process, they never got better. My whole left hand is slating to the right. I also asked for brown chrome. She put gold chrome over my brown which I guess could be my own fault for just assuming the chrome is the same everywhere. It's been 3 days and all the gold chrome is chipping off so roughly half my fingers are the brown color and half are the gold chrome. I will not be going back for nails ever read more

My sister and I have gone to this salon before, in fact as a Lincoln resident she goes there exclusively. She hadn't gone for a while because she had brain surgery in July. When we walked in the staff remembered her right away and even noted that they are glad to see her and it was sincere. During our visit my sister had a seizure which left her of course very upset as her seizures bring on intense fear prior and fear and sadness post seizure. The staff at Perfect Nails was SO VERY KIND AND COMFORTING WITH MY SISTER, it was beautiful. Then the owner told us about his recent heart attack and his philosophy for maintaining positivity. I decided to get myself a pedicure since my weekend didn't have the start I planned on it. I'll sum it up as quickly and easily as possible. I was in a car accident on Friday. My car was totaled. I do have another car that I love just as much I decided after having a rough Few days that I deserve to have a little treat for myself so I had a pedicure done today I called and luckily you were able to fit me in and get me in and out. This salon is located in the same shopping center as Lincoln medical Associates it is right next-door. This is a family owned nail salon. They are very friendly very efficient and they do great work. I have some here before it has been a little while and I needed to have my feet done given the fact that every time I try giving myself a pedicure, it always looks worse lol so I figured leave it to the professionals as soon as I came in I had I didn't have to wait not even five minutes and it took me over to the chair and promptly started on me. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and really massage all the aches and pains in my legs. It was definitely very relaxing. The whole thing took about over 30 minutes, but she did a wonderful job was very happy with the service I received here today they take credit cards and cash. I was very happy that I was able to get in today because I figured they were probably gonna be busy but surprise they weren't too busy and we were able to fit me in again, this pedicure was well needed. Given the fact that my weekend didn't start all the way I wanted it to This establishment also offers nail fills waxing and much more. I have been going here for about 6 months. I have issues with ingrown toe nails and toes grow a lot of skin. Ive had the ingrown nail surgery done twice. But the excessive skin causes pain too . Kim has done a absolute fantastic job. I come in every 4 weeks. Other places I have gone to sometimes a week or two my toes are hurting. With Kim I can go 4 weeks. I read Yelp reviews by other people who experienced receiving "attitude " but I never did until my most recent visit last week. I requested a full set of nails and pedicure in preparation of my sons wedding. First, I arrived on time, even a bit early but that's on me but I waited close to 30 after my scheduled appointment. The overall attitude was unwelcoming, I felt rushed and I just wanted to relax because I was feeling a bit stressed with all the wedding plans. The entire time the staff chitchat...very unrestful. Everyone in here is was super kind! I like dip on my nails but wouldn't go here to do it... they don't let you see the colors on the nails just in the little jars. My color showed my nail-bed through it and I've never had such thin dip before. The man told me that's how they do it. They were so kind to fix the color for me but layered gel on top to do so which I hate. My nails lasted 5 days for $40+. In the past my nails will last 2-4 weeks... Great value. Only $40 for pedicure that included paraffin and hot stone massage. Not the strongest foot massage, but the massage chairs work great. Nice selection of colors, though I prefer the color sticks to having to stand at the wall. Environment isn't fancy, but it is clean. Sadly I can no longer recommend this nail salon. This was the second time I used them and it was below average. I called and made an appointment went in and a gentleman provided my pedicure. He said hello and that was it. Never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted. Was very rough with the clippers and massage, I had to tell him to please be gentle. The massage chair would not work correctly and kept making strange noises but he never offered assistance. At the end all he said was move over here I need the chair. I had to wait for my nails to dry with a fan and a towel. No one checked on me to make sure they were dry and I could leave. I finally put my shoes on and had to wait at the counter for him to come check me out. I did not tip - and I will not be back. Came here after work for a pedicure. Didn't know this place existed but surprisingly , they've been here for seven years now. I just wanted the basic pedi. I had the French tip which added $5 to the basic $22 price. The basic pedi lasts thirty minutes. I thought the overall pedicure was too basic and not enough buffing, sanding, filing, and trimming. My tech, was very friendly and we had a long convo. I know for sure that if we weren't talking, I would have had a less than stellar service. She went over parts of my feet she had already done, just because we were deep in conversation. Overall, although the gal was nice, and the paint job was great, my feet have had better pedis. I have gone to this salon for 10 years now and highly recommend them for their professional attitude, friendliness and dedication to their customers. Since opening after the COVID 19 closure, they have gone, I believe, above and beyond in providing a safe place to get your nails, pedis done. They wear masks, have plastic shields at each station between you and your technician and have you wear a mask and use hand sanitizer and take your temperature before you are seated. Awesome place. I have been 3 times now. First time was a very calm experience. I sat there and read my bible and I had absolutely no judgments or even a bad look. Super respectful people. The quality and customer service they put forward is what I wish all places would be like. Super down to earth people. My second time I had a party of 7 that came in and they diligently and faithfully worked on us and what we desired even an hour and a half after they were closed. I have never gone here before but was in the area and decided to try it out. I was a little unsure when I walked in because it's not painted or decorated the nicest. There are so many nice nail salons now. But, they were so nice and happy to see me. I think my technician was Nancy and she was so sweet and carried on great conversation with me the whole time. This was my second time going there and let me say that this family owned nail salon is definitely one of my favorites! My nails are a little outgrown in the picture but they are beautiful! Super friendly staff, very flexible with schedule, and made my stay in Lincoln a relaxing one while I was undergoing medical complications. I would have given it a 5 out of 5 but the male manicurist does not paint full thick coats which leaves the nail having lines in it from being to thin. She also laid the polish on thick at the back of my nails, which will be sure to start peeling any minute now. A good cm of dust on the cabinets, dirty floors.. who knows if they sanitize their tools. The woman who did my nails pulled out tools from a pencil box chucked full of random stuff! I came in for a pedicure, I have sensitive toenails and trimmed them myself before coming and always ask my nail tech to NOT trim for me because my toenails easily get ingrown if trimmed improperly. So I clearly asked twice to be sure to not trim my nails, just give them a light file. Well the tech trimmed my nails anyways and now I have an ingrown toenail. Not only that, they questioned my color choice and convinced me to pick something else, well I'm not thrilled with what the talked me into, but that's not that big of a deal, the ingrown toenails is my big issue. Also this place smells SO strong, much worse than most salons I've been too, I came home wreaking of chemicals just from being in there for an hour. It also didn't seem very clean. Not sure how anyone gives this place any stars, there are so many better places near by. I hope they clean up, get better ventilation and also start listening to their clients!! Took my daughter to get a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and what she got was some nails that look like a black jelly bean and others that look like who knows what. The shape is absolutely horrible (should have been almond) and the thickness of the acrylic lumpy and ugly. I will NEVER go here again and will tell others the same. This is my new favorite spot in town. All of the ladies are so sweet and welcoming. I've never been to a place where they were so appreciative! I went in and it was rather busy, waited about 15-20 minutes to get a pedicure. When I finally got seated I got the deluxe package. More people started coming in but Vivian did not rush my pedicure to get other clients seen which was nice! It was very relaxing and just what I needed. This place does not stand by their name "perfect nails." I had the worst experience here. The lady who did my nails kept getting up to take care of other clients and she left me hanging about 3 times. She even talked on the phone while she was filing my finger and she cut me. I attached a picture to show. After the 3rd time she got up to wax some guy I wanted to just walk out but I already had the nails glued on and they were so incomplete. I expressed my frustration and she said she was sorry and she would focus on my nails now. I was hoping they would at least come out good since I was already frustrated. They are so uneven and look so bad. She charged me $40 and I just went back and asked for a refund and she gave me back half but I just wanted to write this review to spare someone the hell I just went through for the last 2 1/2 hours. read more

I visited this salon by chance on Memorial day since my regular spot was closed, and I definitely plan on returning regularly! The staff were extremely friendly, something you don't find at every nail salon. I brought my two children with me, a six year old and a three year old. The staff were very accepting of this and made the experience fun and relaxing for us all. One of the staff took the time to talk to my children and make then comfortable while I was papered. She even painted my daughters fingers and toes. When they got busier, of course the staff attended to their other customers but when my daughter wanted to sit on my lap, but was too shy to take the walk the staff stopped the pedi she was doing to walk my daughter to me.
