Hey there, Thanks for stopping by. Sooo, I effed up. And here is how Ooh La La Nail Salon appreciated my scenario. I have hard, tough, ugly big feet. That are difficult to work with. There aren't many skilled nail techs out there that could have the patience to do a thorough work up. I feel so ashamed to walk into any nail salon and today, was no different. I sat suffered in silence while my nail tech toiled and chipped at my dogged feet. They came out clean and pretty so I am again presentable, but as an added measure... I follow up my pedicure with a home foot peel. This is an amazing measure to gain that soft rub on your loved one silky feet. So nice... However, I had Ooh La La Nails paint with a regular nail polish and not a Gel Nail polish as I normally would because I loved the color. Sadly, the foot peel and regular nail polish did not vibe. My nails were ruined! UGLY! I called over to Ooh La La Nails and humbly asked if they could comp a free-of-charge re-polish; due to my neglect. Without any hesitation after my sad story, they fit me in, after hours. Thank you Ooh La La Nails for not allowing me to suffer through having ugly feet because of my mishap. You won my business.

This location is so much bigger than their last place, and it is a significant improvement and a space of their own. The Nail Salon is off horseshoe bar road a crossed the street from taco bell and raleys, tucked away in a small parking lot. Tommy and Pearl have done an excellent job fixing this place; it shows once you walk through the doors. They have always done a fantastic job whenever I come to them with some crazy nails I found online or just the typical French tip or gel style. If you are looking to get your nails done, do not hesitate to stop in here, they will not disappoint you, and they are the sweetest.

Just got these 2-17-23, it's been a long time since I've have my nails done. Felt like getting girly and oh my god l, I love them! They are so beautiful, I love the color! So natural looking. I got the dip. But I'm pretty sad, when I took a shower this morning 2-18-23 my middle finger cracked on the edge, as seen in my pictures. I haven't done anything this weekend except for be home. I'll go back tomorrow after work when they are open to get it fixed. Still 5 stars. One time thing

I just did a walk in for two full sets and two pedis. As soon as I walked in everyone greeted us kindly. They weren't put off by us not having appointments.. That got to us quickly and did an amazing job. They introduced themselves and asked about us. They did an amazing job on both services and gave us both what we asked for. They took their time and didn't rush through to get us out of the door. They offered us water and chocolate multiple times, and made sure we as comfortable as possible during our time them giving us extra pillows and towels. The space is the same size as before they moved in, but it is so much more welcoming and looks bigger than before. It is a bright and comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend giving them shot!

I am a local, but unfortunately, I will not be going back. I paid $35 for my basic pedicure. It was rushed through. They didn't even push my cuticle back because other people came in and my daughter. The kids pedicure was supposed to be 25 but they charged me 35 and again neither of us have any calluses. We have soft feet. It was a super quick pedicure, so no thank you read more

Went here this morning on a whim and so glad I did! I have been bouncing around from one disappointing shop to another for the last year, but I think I've found my salon! My nails look great, they're exactly what I asked for, the employees were SO nice, the shop was super clean and the prices were perfect. Can't ask for much more than that! I had a similar experience to Amanda G unfortunately. I have been going here for over a year now and will not return. I was rushed and shoved around the whole time as they were in a hurry I guess. They kept putting color on my toes that didn't have any color to it or match the fake nail that I was picking the color from. So, I would say no try another color. And they got upset with me and said "we don't have time for this." I left and told them I would paint my own nails since they could not provide the service. It has been a week and my daughter who also had her toes painted has had all of the paint chip off. read more

This location is so much bigger than their last place, and it is a significant improvement and a space of their own. The Nail Salon is off horseshoe bar road a crossed the street from taco bell and raleys, tucked away in a small parking lot. Tommy and Pearl have done an excellent job fixing this place; it shows once you walk through the doors. They have always done a fantastic job whenever I come to them with some crazy nails I found online or just the typical French tip or gel style. If you are looking to get your nails done, do not hesitate to stop in here, they will not disappoint you, and they are the sweetest. read more

Just got these 2-17-23, it's been a long time since I've have my nails done. Felt like getting girly and oh my god l, I love them! They are so beautiful, I love the color! So natural looking. The ladies that did my daughter and I's nails didn't let them dry at all so they were wet and messed up. Took 1-3 hours and charged more than the place we usually go. We went here because it had higher reviews. Costed more than 200$ waste of time would not recommend coming here. read more

Well I am a Nail Snob. This place is average at best. For one the pedicure sucked, massage was horrible and manicure they kept burning my skin with the electric tool. I used google translate while in here and they talk bad about their customers. They think we can't understand them but technology has evolved to understand, if you want a a quick fix it just in town real quick then this will be okay. read more

Ooh la NEVER AGAIN. I came in with a design and shape. As I watched his process I abandon design for a quicker exit. I pointed out several times that there was acrylic and polish on my skin, ended up picking my skin clear of polish and acrylic for an hour. Requested cuticle care, Didn't happen. I didn't appreciate a teaspoon of cuticle oil poured on my hands. There was no luxury about this experience. I was hoping to love this place for convenience, but will drive right past for quality service. read more

Very genuine & sweet people work here and talk to you like a friend. They don't pressure or push. The space is calm and relaxing. And their work is FIRE!!! I've never gotten compliments on my nails like I have after I get them done here. I wasn't even a regular nail person before this but my experience here has been so wonderful I am turning into one. Yesterday I went to this salon for the last time. The 1st 3 times they were great, the last 4 times they were not. I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years at various salons around this area and yesterday was the worst experience as far as hurting my fingers while just getting a pink & white fill. It just seemed like she didn't even know what she was doing. I felt like walking out but didn't. But I will never go back there again. read more

When they began their business on Granite Drive, Tommy and Pearl did a terrific job on my nails. I am sure covid was a difficult time for them as well as everyone else. In this new location I have found them to be curt, not wanting to do pedicures or manicures but have other staff members do them, and when they have agreed to do my nails (or I would not go back), they did not take the time nor care they used to provide. I am now looking for another salon. read more

When I came back 3 weeks ago to get the gel removed and get regular paint, they shaved all the gel off without soaking in acetone. My painted nails came out bumpy. Now that I removed the nail polish, I can see the damage to my nail beds. I also felt like I wasn't treated as nicely as the other people who were getting gel manis and pedis. I felt like I wasn't offered water because I wanted basic service while the others had a warm welcome and were offered beverages from the owner. I feel sad that it will take time for my damaged nail beds to grow off.

BEST nail salon!!! Pearl and Tommy run a fabulous salon. My nails always look amazing, I get a ton of compliments on every set. The nails not only look good but they LAST! The customer service, and friendly atmosphere makes the visit a treat so much so that when my daughter comes home from college she only wants 2 things homemade spaghetti and to go see Pearl. These are the best nails I have ever gotten!! Pearl and Tommy are the nicest, they always make time for me, there's hardly ever a wait aswell!!
