So disappointed. My daughter wanted to get her nails done with her birthday money, and she has Senior Ball tomorrow. She was quoted $55 for French tips with chrome, and then charged her $65. He cut her nails shorter than she wanted, and when she said they were too short, he said "already cut". Essentially, too late, too bad. Then cut her cuticles down so short, they're bleeding. Very disappointed in the outcome. She was so excited to get her nails done for the special occasion. She's so heartbroken. read more

Well we came to try out this place for pedicures because niece had a gift certificate to use . Let me start by saying the place is nice and smells good. The two people working were not nice and very rough on our feet. Didn't ask if we wanted the toenails cut down and did it so short my toes hurt and they look like nubs. Also the scrubbing by the female was so rough my heels hurt and my feet are rough and wasn't that way when I went in as I get regular pedicures. I should not have even tipped them but did.. Also gel polish is 10.00 more so add that on top of the price of the pedicure Will never be back and even a day later my toes and heel hurt same goes with my niece's feet. read more

My wife Started going here about a year ago and the service "was Great", About 4 months ago things started going down hill. The last two times when she went to her appointment , the first time she was told "she didn't have an appointment". The next time He said "she was late". This month she made a phone appointment and I was present to verify it. The next day she went in 30 minutes early, when she walked through the door, he said "what are you doing here today", she said "I'm here for my appointment. He said "you don't have one" ....... There was a walk in customer in the chair that he was working on who said "..Jimmy go ahead ... i can wait", He said "no she didn't have an appointment..". This did not go over well with my wife, so she insisted he look on his calendar .... and sure enough there was an appointment scheduled ..... he said "i guess you did", by this time my wife was so upset, she was in tears because of his attitude, so she just turned and walked out...... Needless to say when she walked through the door at our home in tears i was not happy, but she insisted i just let it go. Called to schedule appointment for 2. We came on time, walked in and then sat. No one ever acknowledged our presence in 10 minutes how long we were sitting there. Not one person. They were all totally uninterested who walked in and if we had scheduled appointment or we were walk ins. Salon is dusty and dirty. They need to improve hygiene for me to be able to trust them with my nails and cuticles. We left after 10 minutes and will not be going back. read more

Love this place! Great pedicure for an awesome price and the pedicure lasted for weeks! The three girls working in there were all super friendly. They'll talk to you or just let you relax and sleep if you want. They were even nice enough to re-do my pedicure polish when I didn't like it. And it wasn't their fault I didn't like it. I tried some of that new shatter silver polish and thought it would be amazing and it wasn't. The girl re-did the polish in a different color without any complaints and then didn't even charge me. That extra nice customer service went a long way with me because I've been going back ever since. I was super lucky on my last visit because I got to be the first to use the new pedicure chairs they got in. The new chairs are super comfy, have 16 different massage options, have little side tables (perfect for your phone) and a purse hook on the side that even stood up to my 10 pound bag! They also have a girl in there that does hair and facial waxing. Definitely recommend checking this place out! Important to know: Cash or Check only. NO debit or credit card accepted but there is a liquor store next store (and no it's not in the ghetto) where you can use an atm or buy something and get cash back. read more

My sisters and I went here to get a quick mani/pedi/mani-pedi before our cousin's wedding. It turned out great! The people were friendly and willing to fix my sister's broken toenail (they glued on a fake one for free), and the two nails she chipped two minutes after we left. I got the pedicure, and it was great: they are really thorough even with the standard (hot rock massage-- whoo hoo!). The prices were great ($20 for a pedicure, $20 shellac manicure, $30 mani-pedi), but just as a warning: they don't take credit or debit cards! They do take personal checks though, so be prepared for whatever you get. Overall, we loved this place, and are definitely coming back! read more

Came in for mani-pedi with mom. Nice atmosphere with comfy chairs. Decided to get gel/shellac manicure and nail color was completely different from what was shown on the sample nail for not only myself but my moms color as well. I had chosen a coral color and got hot pink instead. Color also came out a little splotchy and uneven. Also, mom and I were charged the same price, however, mom received arm and hand massage and I just had a polish change, no massage offered. Didn't realize they had charged us the same until after we left or I would have said something. Pedicure was great and the staff were very nice and apologetic over the color not matching. Don't go here unless you want your credit card charged for a tip that you did not give them. I went there recieved a $51 dollar service, left a $5 tip. My card was charged $101. Contacted establishment and was told sorry our bank said it was past 8-10 business days no refund. What terrible people. Went in for a manicure and pedicure as a 30th birthday pamper night for myself, as I only do this sort of thing once every couple of years. Toes came out fantastic, but the lady who did my finger nails messed up several times. My thumb smudged when she moved the towel and I asked her to fix it and she just painted clear coat over the mess up, they're all riddled with bubbles and holes, nail polish (albeit clear, is) all over a large chunk of my fingers themselves, and the French tips on a lot of my nails are crooked and too thick. I'd go back to get my toes done again, but have no interest in getting my fingernails done there again. Spent an unexpected 50 bucks on "the basic" and it was totally not worth it. read more

This place is great! I came in for a just a basic pedicure. They fit me in as a walk in. The woman did a great job, and didn't try to up sell me (which is always super annoying) I was very impressed with the result (especially for the price!). My toes still look flawless two weeks later! My sister & I walked in for a mani & pedi. Loved it because it wasn't busy at all. They did a very good job applying my nail polish, but wasn't that good at cleaning them (cuticles). I give 3 stars because my nails look good, but there wasn't a big selection on color & I felt like there deluxe pedicure isn't as good as other places, meaning I can get a deluxe pedicure else where for $5-$10 less. This place is very small, & for cleanliness I give it a 6/10. Staff are friendly, but just like any other typical nail spot.. they talk too much in their language that I feel like they're talking about my feet. I forsure won't be coming back here because I don't think it would be worth the drive since I live 25 mins away. & I wouldn't recommend this place either. read more

Came in this weekend for a pedicure with a friend. They got us seated fairly quickly, which was nice, but things were a struggle from there. My technician started to cut my toe nail and I told her I didn't need it trimmed. She continued to try and I had to pull away my foot (the nail was short enough that just putting clipper under my nail hurt). Finally, after I told her again I didn't need a trim, the technician next to her instructed her to use a file instead. The massage felt great, but after placing a hot towel over my calves, the technician started hitting the sides of my legs with her fists (including right after a very large and visible bruise on my right leg). As the technician started working on my cuticles, all seemed to be going well until I felt her tugging at my toe with the clipper. I've had many pedicures over the years and never felt anyone needed to yank at my foot like that. It was incredibly uncomfortable to say the least. The paint job was fine and my friend and I left (my friends toe nails were cut painfully short). That night I woke up several times with a nagging pain in my left toe where the technician had tugged away. I felt it was likely just in my head. This morning I decided to take a closer look. The side of my toe where Id seen the technician pulling was puffy and red. I noticed a bit of dried blood next to the nail itself. When I touched the puffy skin, puss became to come out! I've been treating the area since with antibiotic and anti fungal treatments and hoping I didn't pick up anything! I like to support local, but next time I'll look elsewhere. read more

Went with my daughter for pedicures a few days ago. Ouch!! They masaged my daughters foot so hard, she had pain all the next day! They massaged my legs way too hard. They also pumiced the bottoms of our feet way to hard. I mentioned it hurt and he didnt even apologize, just went a little softer. They are not gentle at all!!
