They told me $40 for a gel polish and taking off my builder gel that was on my natural nails. My daughter's clear gel polish removal was just that--nothing else. I was told at check out $60, but since I paid in cash, they said $50. As I was leaving, I realized they over charged me! No way my daughter's clear gel polish removal was $20. They took a VERY long time, did a terrible job, and I feel completely ripped off. It was hotter than heck inside too. No AC. should've read the other review that mentioned that. We went in for a full set for my teenage daughter. Initially we were told $50 for a full set. Before they even started she showed them a picture of what she wanted, the only exception being that she wanted pink and brown instead of blue and brown. Once they started the brown, they said $10 more for the design, which I agreed to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Then they only did a brown French tip. I questioned them and said that she wanted the stripes and polka dots like the picture she showed them. They said $25 more for that design. I said "no I was just told $10 more for this design in this picture. That is very poor communication on your part and not honoring what he just told us about pricing".[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So then they said they would do the design for only $10 more. The end result was a brown French tip with pink polka dots.... Nothing like the inspo picture at all. We left with my daughter feeling like she wasted her hard earned money on nails that she is not happy with at all. And the cherry on top was that the actual acrylic nail was done fairly sloppily. She dipped my nails first then added gel clear coat , topped with chrome. I recently got a gel mani, gel Pedi, and eyebrow wax here. Trisha and Kayla are so nice and efficient! They got me in and out in less than an hour and 30min. I was the only one in the shop at the time but it's nice to know that they care about time. I was getting a mani and Pedi at the same time! I loved my experience here and will be back! The shop is clean too. Which I really appreciate. Glad to know that there are still good shops around who don't overcharge and care about their work and their customer relations! Support your local female owned businesses! Bring cash, 3% charge if you're using card. With the basic gel mani, Pedi, and eye brow wax I only spent a little over 100$ without tip. I feel like I'm back in 2015 where prices were reasonable. Nowadays if I even requested what I had wanted at other places I'm paying at least 150-200$ for the basic mani, Pedi, and eyebrow wax. I added photos. Excuse the toes! The one thing I loved was the attention to my rough heels and cuticles. Nail health is very important to me. They don't have the new trending wild colors and graphics like these Instagram girls going crazy on their nails but I've always been more of a neutral natural gal. If you do a set Trisha and Kayla can do any design and will be real with you on expectations. read more

Oh my. I had the most bizarre experience here and I'm not sure I can put it into words. The place was disorganized, loud, and some non-employees were there "helping" the owners. A non-employee did part of my pedicure (the massage and lotion) and the owner insisted "he is ok please let him". How weird!!! I let him initially thinking he worked there and then he told me he doesn't work there and is just there with his friends. He also cut my foot and it hurts like hell now one day later.
