I went in today for a gel pedi. I asked for a french tip and chose the basic package which was $35. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a nice older lady who did my pedicure.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She barely did anything with my cuticles or anything outside of painting my nails. She filed my nails down so short and made them round after I asked her to make them straight and square. The French tip was so thick and looked horrible on my already filed down nails. I asked her to make the line thinner and it still turned out so ugly I don't even want to look down at my toes. Then I get to the register and they tell me it's 55. I know gel is 15 extra. Not sure where the other 5 came. Don't think I'll be back. read more

The pedicure seat cushions were very broken down and uncomforable, absolutely my biggest complaint. They absolutly need new chairs, I could barly sit in my chair for an hour, I had to keep adjusting, and felt like I was sitting on a brick. The atmosphere was dark, dingy, and dirty. Love the options they have and such cute decals I work in stock and my nails are still on a week and a half later. I had Kay do them and she was so sweet! [[HIGHLIGHT]]my sister has been a loyal customer at this salon for years, and today she came in per usual and they had apparently hired a new older lady there that did my sisters pedicure today.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] this older lady complained botched her nails! my sister asked for a basic french tip, nothing crazy and this lady for starters made the base with an orange hue and just did a thick ol white line across the top of her nail that mind you wasn't even straight!! she also decided to file her nails down to a unbelievably short and unworkable length and rounded them??!!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]when she asked for them to redo her pedicure, they were angry with her expressing her concerns with the service she was provided and mind you PAYING FOR and refused to redo them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] this is absolutely ridiculous, so save y'all's money and go somewhere else pls! we didn't get the lady's name, but she was older and working today 9/25. read more

Unfortunately, this nail salon has dropped off. I have been to this establishment 9+ times and the last three (3) visits have been disappointing. They have lost my business was for good. I kept telling myself that each of the last three (3) issues were a "one off". However, three (3( of anything is a pattern. I have only asked for a pedicure and callous work. I am a male who runs a lot and takes care of my feet. It is hard to take care of your feet, when you always have cuticle issues (they have cut me to the point of bleeding) the last three (3$ visits. The callous work (which you are charged extra - standard process) is non-existent. It consist of 30 seconds more of exfoliation on your heels and toes. Unacceptable. Finally, I tried to give this place one more shot by bringing my teenage (16 and 14) daughters in for pedicures. I know my daughters who give this place a fair review. They said "meh" and yes, I was cut again. Save yourself, your feet and your money. Find somewhere else. read more

Nice environment. Very new and pretty. Unfortunately I didn't really like my gel full set. It just looks rough around the edges to me. A little too filed down on the sides. I asked for a narrower shape but I don't like when they're filed past my natural nail on the edges. Overall they are ok but just messy. Im mostly upset that the color isn't what it actually looked like on the display so I had to settle for something else. The girl who did my toes was very nice. read more

Next to this nail plaza is the community center I had a work training at all day. I came to this plaza for some lunch next to the salon and saw that they had a grand opening and a special of 20% off all services of $20+. I decided to check it out for a gel manicure with my coworker. Came in at 4:30 as a walk-in and there were three employees with two customers for a pedicure. I was worked on first in taking off my gel and my coworker wait for about ten minutes before the other employee was ready to work on her. It is very clean here and they have a wide variety of colors. I love that they have a whole panel of just nudes. They do gel dip here for $40. My gel manicure was $25, $20 after the 20% off grand opening special. Staff was very nice and nice music was being played. Upon paying for my services, I saw that the employees were spraying down the pedicure stations for sanitation!!! GREAT!!! Instead of just wiping it down which is a no no. I didn't see if they had liners though, but in other pictures I saw that there were liners. Let's see how long my nails last for and I will do a review update. ** they have a week warranty on gel nails not lasting and redoing them. That's nice! read more

I've been here three times (I new set of acrylics and 2 fills) and I think last time was the last. The person who was doing my nails cut the side of my cuticle twice with the drill twice, and sliced the underneath of my thumb nail with his own nail. The one slice on my ring finger bled significantly but no other precautions were taken besides me washing my hands after I was cut, even though I was bleeding into a paper towel. No first aid or sanitation, no gloves after the cut. That was Thursday and my fingers are still healing. Also, the acrylic is waaaaay too thick so it looks bulky - and they don't put the gel polish all the way to the cuticle so by day three it already looks grown out. read more

I came in here right after work in which I work across the street from when I walked in the girl looked at me confused and asked what I wanted and I told her I wanted a full set so then she goes oh she spoke to the other lady in Chinese in which obviously i dont understand since i speak English and then she tells me oh the girl that does full set is gone for the day but there was two other people doing nails and two other customers so I walked out and said I would just go somewhere else were they actually want a customer. I had my nails done yesterday, in the past I had used Kim, and was very happy with her. Not sure what my nail techs name was yesterday, didn't tell me, very fast, she certainly wasn't Kim. The previous mgr. is no longer there. Everything was very cluttered, wasn't dirty, just cluttered, except the shield between, the tech & I. It was very dirt, $40 for a dipped fill, nit cheap. I always get my facial waxing done by my aesthetician, but she couldn't fit me in this week so I went rogue and got a lip and chin wax from this local nail place that does nails well. Waxing of lip and chin is kind of hard to mess up, so I normally wouldn't put a review up --but the girl did not know what she was doing. She washed her hands before touching me for a total of 5 seconds so I should've known to walk out right then., but whatever. Then she spread the wax with the wrong type of stick, in all the wrong directions, and with a piece of removal strip that was way too big. It made me think that she did not know what she was doing. I visited recently for a much needed day of pampering. I was able to get in on a walk-in basis which is great. First, when I heard the word "organic" I took that to mean more sustainable practices overall, which, now I realize was not correct. I had visited an "eco" salon recently that truly was just that - less harmful chemicals including safer nail polish and more sustainable practices. Now I know the difference wording wise. As usual, it's a marketing thing. My pedicure was subpar. The woman who did it seemed like she hated her job and didn't smile once. It was very off-putting. Not to mention my pedicure itself was not good quality. I was disappointed first by her negative energy (not sure what was going on there) and second by the pedicure itself. I will say that an unhappy employee is usually a reflection of the business culture as a whole and how they are treated, so I don't totally blame her, but it was still unpleasant when you're trying to get your zen on and keep looking down at a scowl. read more

I visited this nail salon because it was so close to my house. When I tell you it was clean, it's probably because no one in there knows what they are doing!!! They must have hired people who got their license on line. I got there early and was the only one in there receiving service during my full time of getting a mani/ pedi. One lady did my pedicure while the other did my French manicure. I knew I was at the wrong place when after being quoted $50 for both, they proceeded to add nail remover to the polish. Seriously, u don't have decent polish in a nail salon where you're charging those prices??? That's not a bad price when you do good work, and have good polish. Of course I had to go back the next day as the old polish they added the thinner to on both my hands and feet started peeling after allowing more than enough time to dry. The next day I got a completely different girl who took off the terrible French manicure and did and even worse job on her version of a French manicure. I was so disappointed and disgusted I didn't even want them to correct the crappy job they did on my feet!!! They looked like a 3yr old had done my feet and kept painting outside the lines. My boyfriend and I tried out this new nail salon down the street from me. Its a great spot although we waited a few it still was a great place. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. My boyfriend and I got the deluxe pedicure it was a 40 min pedi and it was 30$ originally but got a 20% with the deal going on! Pretty good prices. My toes are soft and pretty! So I can't complain! The chairs were really comfy and on a plus they give you a take home buffer and nail filer! One thing I really love about Organic Nails is the salon is very clean and relaxing. Honestly I have been to a lot of nail salons and this salon was the most unsanitary place I have been to. Firstly the manicurist station was not properly disinfected from the previous client nor was set up to state board standards, normally I don't pay too much attention to detail but she had no towel to separate me from the table, instead a nail swatch book had been used. Secondly She had used a nail file that looked like it had been used on multiple clients. Then she proceeded to scoop up the acrylic powder from my nails and slid it across her station into hopefully a trash can. After that she began to use the crusty nail file on me again. Normally procedures call for disinfected or new single use items. However single use items (nail files, nail buffers) should be discarded after each client. In these photos shown, is the nail file that had clearly been used previously on other clients. Also there is previous pink color dust remaining on the table, mind you my nails were painted black previously. read more
