Came here for a pedicure and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. While the salon looked clean and the polish turned out nice, the actual service felt rushed and too rough. During the scrub, the technician actually removed skin from the side of my toe, which was uncomfortable and concerning. After the appointment, I also noticed redness around my toes, which I've never experienced before from a pedicure. What bothered me the most was during the lotion portion, long black hairs kept appearing on my legs. My hair is brown and shoulder-length, so this was really off-putting and made me question the cleanliness. Overall, I think there needs to be more attention to hygiene and gentleness. I wanted to like this place, but this experience made me hesitant to return. The only reason I even have it 2 stars was because I went with my mom and she had a better experience than I did. read more

I found this nail spa randomly looking on yelp, I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were so gentle and attentive, and they gave me a beautiful set of builder gel nails with a classic French tip. I also enjoyed the relaxing scented neck rest while getting my nails done. Wow, what a complete disappointment. I went there once before and had a great pedicure. I asked for the same person when I made the appointment and they said yes then I got there. They said he didn't have time. I brought my daughter. She had a manicure and a pedicure, which is basically like soaking your legs in oil have to cross your arms over even to get over to where the guy was doing the manicure. It was terrible all the way around. They speak very little English and no one there they don't explain or let's put it this way they act like they don't understand. This is my new fav place!! My usual place couldn't get me in today and I found this spot right by my house so I gave them a try and I'm so glad I did! I was in a time crunch and they got me in right away (despite already being busy) they were able to do my nails and toes at the same time so I was in an out in about an hour! David did my pedicure and was super nice and helpful. The guy who did my nails did not have a name tag on, but he was super nice and speedy quick, (Younger with glasses) I will definitely be back and come here instead of my usual spot! Terrible experience and won't come back. My parents really like this place so I strayed from my normal nail salon. I wanted a purple polish and requested that a clear glitter be put over it. The woman had no idea what i was talking about and told me i could only do the glitter colors they had. She was really rude about it. Then, the woman was cutting my nails and cuticles when she proceeded to stab me with the stick on the side of my toe nail bed. She was cutting a piece of nail and I told her it hurt and she proceeded anyways. I flinched and she ripped out whatever she was working on. My toe started bleeding and is now red and inflamed. I looked at her since she seemed unconcerned and i told her that it was bleeding and could she make it stop. She came back with an alcohol swab and then told me to put my foot back in the water. She started to do that on the other toe and i told her to stop and not to cut my nails anymore. The rest of the pedicure she was very rough with that particular spot. That aside, we had a reservation for 3 people and they left a person in our party sitting for over 30 minutes not even acknowledging them. This is poor customer service. When i told the guy working the front desk that the woman cut me, he shrugged and said he was sorry and could give $5 off. This is really poor customer service. Pedicures should not involve blood. Their prices are higher than others in the area but the quality doesn't match. Will not be returning and neither will anyone in my party of 3. read more

Moschino is my go to nail place. The appointment scheduling is very easy. I think I have had an appointment every time I have gone, so I can't speak to the walk-in services. The pedicures are amazing. Very well prices compared to a lot of other places. I love that they have 4 options of different types of pedicures. My husband loves the pedicures as well. The chairs are super comfy. We have been impressed with all of our pedicures. I did get gel once and was very happy. I showed the technician a picture and I got exactly what I wanted. She got taken back right away. I came in for a pedicure and was not greeted by any of the staff. There were 4, I assume staff members, sitting at the pedicure chairs on their phones. One of the technicians was giving herself a pedicure. I sat there for 13 mins with no communication as to when they would be ready to take me back. Ive been here before and their work was really nice. I just won't be coming back for business with this type of customer service and lack of communication. It's just annoying when you're the only customer waiting for service and nobody even bothers to say hello or get a pedicure chair ready for me while I wait. They're too busy playing on their phones. Great nail salon. Very pretty inside and clean. I have regularly been getting my nails done for a few years now. I typically go to small appointment only nail salons but wanted to try something else due to the challenge of getting appointments at my old nail salon. At Mischino nails, I have always been able to get an appointment the same day I am inquiring - which is wonderful for last nail needs. Also fun to go as a group and get your nails done together. I am very particular about how my nails are done and I was very impressed leaving the salon the first time with how much I loved them. The only negative I can mention is that they do double dip their dipping powder - meaning they use the same power and container for everyone. That is not necessary an issue if that os not a confirm for you but I do know some people prefer to have the cleanliness of never used powder. Overall, a great little nail salon! read more

my mother and I went to go get pedicures and I also wanted a manicure. My mom had called to set up the appointment and requested a certain gentleman to do her toes when we got there. It was a complete disaster pretty much from the beginning she had gel nail polish on, and she voiced several did not want them to use the electric file because her nails are thin and sensitive and they first said they can't do that even though we knew that they could soak them off like every other place they refused she voiced it several times they said that they would do it the guy got the drill out and started to use the drill and immediately her one fingernail was in pain after he started on the second one she stopped him to ask him why he was doing what she asked him specifically not to do and they soaked them off after that, but we really had to throw a fit. I paid $116 for a pedicure and a manicure. The manicure was done while I was sitting in the pedicure seat with me having to reach my arm over to the other side for the gentleman to give me what was considered a two star manicure. when I went to take my bracelets off for him to put the lotion on, he told me no he wouldn't let me turn my chair back on the massage chair until he was done painting my nails so half of the time I didn't get to use the massage chair I had paint on my actual skin after he soaked my fingernails in the beginning for maybe two minutes and my right hand because I was trying to reach for something. He told me to hold the in my lap and then took it away when he realized that I was trying to reach for my phone out of my purse. The woman who did my pedicure was not very good. I upgraded to the number six pedicure for the callous removal treatment and while she was going on, I said what about the callous removal and she said oh you want that too? even though it was included in the package that I bought, I was not offered any bubbly which was supposed to be included. I asked her several times to give me a stronger massage and it was like someone just slapping lotion on my legs and oil there was no massage really at all my six-year-old could've done better and it got to the point where I stopped her and just said I'm over it forget about it I'm done because all it was was painting my legs and oil and the callous treatment consisted of her using a pumice stone along with the cold water that was in the foot . it she used the stones. She kept rubbing them over my ankle hitting my ankle and I kept saying ouch and looking down and she just looked up at me and smiled. It was a terrible experience oh and by the way, this was done day before yesterday, and my gel nail polish that I paid extra for five of the fingernails are already off. read more

Went in yesterday for a gel manicure and left with two cuts on my cuticle that continued to bleed for a few hours. No apology, he didn't even acknowledge it. I've never had a manicure where they just have you soak your hand in freezing cold water and start trimming your cuticles right away. Also, had a pedicure there over the summer and ended up with an infection and had to have urgent care remove part of my toenail. Should have known to not go back after that time. read more
