For starters, I'm a guy and definitely not a nail expert. I tend to pick and bite my nails because of anxiety, and I'd read that getting acrylic nails could help prevent that. I looked around for a few places in my area with decent prices and decided to try Get Nailed Salon. The initial experience was fine, but within two weeks one of the nails came off. I went back to get it fixed, which they did, but then the same nail came off again about a week later. My girlfriend has told me (politely) that this really shouldn't be happening with acrylics. I came in wanting an ombré design but had no idea what colors to choose. Why are they were prepping for the pedicure? I chose a few different colors and shared with them. The ladies were helpful to pick out the right shades for spring. The final result turned out beautiful, and I'm really happy with how the colors blended. Brought my daughter in to get her nails done for homecoming. We walked in around 4pm and they were able to take her right away, which was great. She wanted acrylics in a soft white with a white chrome finish. The nail tech was very nice and really took her time to make sure the length and shape were exactly how my daughter wanted. Right before applying the chrome, they let me know it would be an additional $15. I was a little surprised, since that seemed pretty expensive, but they explained it was a higher-end chrome. We went ahead with it, and the final total came to $70 (before tip). Overall, my daughter is very happy with how her nails turned out they look beautiful. Just had the most amazing experience at Get Nailed Salon. I went in for a pedicure since I recently had back surgery and cannot cut my own nails. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very accommodating and made sure I was comfortable at all times. One of the most important things to me when going to a nail salon is cleanliness. They use a bowl liner for the foot spa and all of their tools are one time use and are sanitized. Also the scrubs and lotions are all in individual packets so you know they are new. Went in on the 23rd and one of my nails came off on the 31st. Usually my nails last me up to 3 weeks. I paid 135 for a gel set and the lady said she will charge me a extra $20 for the French tip because the French tip was a different compared to normal. But she couldn't even do them and had someone else do them and they still look basic not like the pic I wanted. They charge me 55 for my daughter toes and nails. You can tell when a place is money hungry and greedy. Will not be going back I'm never cheating on my nail salon but I just move here and it was just convenient. read more

I came in to get a fill a bit disappointed in my first experience as they didn't push my cuticles back or do the oil etc ..the usual routine they USED to do back in the day apparently and I needed a fill sooner than I was due but Im glad I gave them another shot because NIKKI was great and delivered everything I asked for and also didnt charge me for the fill. Made an appointment for 11:00 am on a Saturday for 2 pedicures. We arrived on time and the place was packed. We were seated in the pedicure chairs, but we weren't helped for about 20 mins because they were so busy. I feel like they helped people who arrived after us before they helped us, so that was disappointing. I seriously considered leaving, but we were helped shortly after. The pedicures range from $30-$70 depending on what you're wanting. We picked the Ultra Pedicure for $40. It included a hot stone massage and a paraffin wax dip. The pedicure was amazing. The massage was top notch and it felt like it was pretty long. The color selection was extensive. I got regular polish because gel was an additional $15 I think (which seems really pricey). While the pedicure was really good, I'm not sure if I will be back simply for the fact that I made an appointment and felt like people who arrived after us were helped before us, which is really unfortunate. read more

Updating my review-- thank you Ann for reaching out and fixing my nails. They look great now. The people were very nice and the atmosphere was clean, however I regret to say I won't be coming back due to the condition of my dip manicure. The prices are the same as really anywhere else so that's a plus, but my dip looks uneven and bubbly. My cuticles are cut in a few spots and the dip overrides the shape of my natural nail. After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to try this place because I've been looking for a nail salon closer to home. I came in wanting just a pedicure, but walked out getting a gel mani and pedi. Usual me...go big or go home. Anyways, I was offered a choice of white wine or champagne...white wine, please. I started with one technician doing my pedicure and she did an amazing job, but she handed off the manicure work to the technician sitting next to her. I've seen this happen before, but only if they were busy. Unfortunately, I found out the reason, which I will not be stating here. The manicure turned out good. Love the simple design, but in one of the close ups, you can see that she painted the off white of the ring finger too close to the skin, creating a lifted look, if you know what I mean. And it wasn't just my left, but also on my right hand. Lastly, when I noticed she started painting on the gel color, I asked if she was going to shape it first? Her answer was, "I do it after". Huh?!? The other thing I don't like is that they use a gentle drill to trim your cuticles. I'm not a fan of that because my cuticles tend to grow out weird and it leaves an indentation as my nails grow out. In the end, Imma go back just for a pedicure. read more

I will not be coming back. I probably have been here 8-9 times and have spent at least $1000 here this year (looking at venmo).I thought I found a great place, but yesterday I went for last-minute pedicures with my daughter, and the vibe was terrible, the staff was rude, bothered and irritated. My 15 year old daughter got a "Quick" Gel pedicure. She doesn't want hot stones or parrfin. I got a green tea pedi (pretty much the works) not gel. They wanted me to gel. I was never rude and kidly said no thank you.I felt like we were treated poorly because I didn't spend extra money on her pedicure, I didn't get gel and we didn't get gel mainicire or tips like we do sometimes. I was asked so many times if I wanted gel? Sorry, no, gel has peeled completely off my toes after a few days and has caused damage. Regular Pedicure lasts longer on me than gel. I know myself. It's opposite for my daughter. We have brought family here and have had many services in the past. I felt the staff was so rude and unpleasant. I felt like they talked bad about us. It's kinda easy to tell with the stares laughs, the word Gel in between, multiple times. Especially as my nails are painted and an employee comes right in front of me, speaks to my tech in her ear, laughing, rambling on, and says gel AGAIN! It was slow. No one was in there. It felt like our pedicure was the last thing they wanted to do. We both felt the bad vibes, rudeness, poor customer service, and unpleasantness. Still paid over $100. I been here a few times. My first time was a nice experience. My last visit was just okay. Gel application was a bit messy leaked on to many of my cuticles I felt rushed. Also they raised the price 10$ since my last visit 3 weeks ago. No notice of the price increase posted anywhere nor any mention that they recently raised their prices. I find this practice very deceptive. It's too bad because I feel used and betrayed. Sometimes I think salons like this think that customers really don't care about the money and probably don't pay attention. I should have realized something was not right on my first visit when there's no pricing posted. Probably won't be back. It's too bad because the staff is nice. Thanks for the quick response. But 3 times ago I got gel and paid $35. Then next I tried the powder and was charged $45. This time I said I didn't like the way the powder felt on my nails and I would like gel please. I was charged $45 this time for gel. So, I am not sure if your employees don't know the prices or just made a mistake. And I had a manicure not a pedicure. Thanks for the clarification. It doesn't state anywhere in the pricing that that removal of powder has a fee and the employee did not mention it to me. I don't think you are being transparent enough with your pricing. read more

I've been going to see Anne for years and have followed her to 3 different salons and was ECSTATIC to hear she was opening her own! I made an appointment for my friend and I as soon as they opened for both a manicure and pedicure. My friend was getting married so the stakes of this manicure were HIGH and when I say they DELIVERED I mean it. My friend left obsessed with her wedding nails, and I continued to be delighted by own nails. We also went for one of the longer pedicures and when I say the foot/leg massage was heavenly... oh my gosh. I'm dreaming about it now. Some things I love about this salon are that it's clean, modern, and comfortable. It's easy to get to, shares a huge parking lot in the strip mall its in, and the staff are all so friendly. We were offered drinks as soon as we arrived and we continued to be treated so well throughout our appointment. I could not be more delighted with this new location and am only afraid that the secret will get out and I won't be able to get in last minute when I inevitably forget to plan in advanced. Get Nailed is the only salon that I've been to that sterilizes their tools with each client and uses skin shields for the feet when using gel blue light. I really wanted to love this place since the staff were very nice but unfortunately my nails look half done. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and originally asked for the same deep french design that i came in with. unfortunately they weren't able to recreate the same design so we settled on a V french instead, no problem. I'm just upset with the quality and i didn't even notice until i put on my glasses at the airport. I just feel like this mistake could've easily been avoided by doing a second coat of the pink. It was $60 for my manicure and $71 for my pedicure and they originally tried to charge me $191 until i asked them politely to recheck their math in front of me. Thought we would try somewhere new but unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. My daughter got her nails done (full set). Nikki did her nails. My daughter showed her how long she wanted her nails but she went way shorter than she asked. She just kept filing away and while she was filing her nails my daughter pulled away because it hurt several times. She just told her to stop moving. As you can see it obviously was aggressive to make her bleed. Anyway, she was so upset after we left. I didn't realize what had happened. I was getting a pedi by David. He was very sweet. He did a good job but uses his nails when he massages at times and it can hurt. Other than that he was good. Just wasn't amazing and he got polish on my skin around my toes. I tipped both David and Nikki $20 each and my daughters nails cost $65 my pedi was $60. A total of $165 is a lot of money to spend on nails and to be this unsatisfied is very disappointing.
