Sandy was the one to do my pedicure and she was so sweet and friendly. She checked in with me multiple times to ensure I was comfortable, that I liked the shape of my nails, and made sure I liked the color I chose. She was very detail oriented and worked carefully. The pedicure itself felt very careful and detailed and the massage was perfect. I am so happy to find a salon that finally delivers on an affordable and overall great experience for a pedicure! They don't use that generic multi-pack a lot of other salons use, and the green tea scrub and lotion was such a pleasant and refreshing scent. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! Update: I have a nail infection. Beware of this place…read more I never write bad reviews but I had to based on my experience (and clearly I am not the only one). I walked in for a pedicure and had such an unpleasant experience. The man was so rude and so rough with everything he did. I really had to check several times to see if I was bleeding. The scrub and massage was rough and painful and unpleasant. By the end of the pedicure it was clear he was done with me and wanted me to leave so he took my flip flops and made me walk barefoot (slippery and also gross because lotion was still on my feet) to the fan area to dry off, threw my shoes on the ground and left without a word. I sat there for 10 minutes before putting my own shoes on and checking out. The pressure to tip is intense, when I didn't want to leave anything. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how sloppy the paint job was. Paint everywhere on the skin and cuticles, uneven file, the worst job I've ever had. I got this particular pedicure because I just had hip surgery and can't do my own toes and instead I was doubled over fixing his job, exactly what I was trying to avoid. I will never go back here.
