We did just that. Note: even on Monday they were very busy so this might just be a reservation only type of place. How am I supposed to know how you number your stations? Hot day today and I was thirsty- other customer had drinks. I asked if they had any drinks, like water or such. The lady said "ya" and walked away, did not give me options and came back with a mini water. Ok. Whatever. I'm sitting there waiting for 10 mins 20 mins, assuming my appointment will start at any time now, mind you I was never updated regarding what was happening with the wait time. I finally asked and was told it would be another 10-15 mins! Why would you not tell me that on the phone? Or when I came in? Or when I told you that I was looking for the shortest service possible? I understand a walk in is a walk in but at least explain to your customers what is going on instead of making them sit there thirsty and wonder. This woman had no warmth, every time I asked her something I felt like she was annoyed. On top of that, there was nail dust at the station I was sitting in very obvious spots. I needed a new place to get my brows done because I was tired of driving downtown after work with all that traffic. Anyways, the room she does brows and facials is so adorable. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! Mine weren't has bad as others I've seen but they have changed drastically. Her facials are awesome as well!! I'm not going to lie: it hurts. But it's only a little bit of pain and well worth it. She gives you the best neck, hand, and foot massages which are all included in the facial! I get goosebumps when she does my neck. My face feels brand new when in done. The only negative is that she books up so fast!! So it's not a walk in type of establishment. I usually book her months in advance. If you do need to change any appt you can always text her and let her know. Oh yeah.. I've never had a brow specialist text me to see how my brows are doing! Update: I have a nail infection. Beware of this place…read more I never write bad reviews but I had to based on my experience (and clearly I am not the only one). I walked in for a pedicure and had such an unpleasant experience. The man was so rude and so rough with everything he did. I really had to check several times to see if I was bleeding. The scrub and massage was rough and painful and unpleasant. By the end of the pedicure it was clear he was done with me and wanted me to leave so he took my flip flops and made me walk barefoot (slippery and also gross because lotion was still on my feet) to the fan area to dry off, threw my shoes on the ground and left without a word. I sat there for 10 minutes before putting my own shoes on and checking out. The pressure to tip is intense, when I didn't want to leave anything. It wasn't until I got home that I realized how sloppy the paint job was. Paint everywhere on the skin and cuticles, uneven file, the worst job I've ever had. I got this particular pedicure because I just had hip surgery and can't do my own toes and instead I was doubled over fixing his job, exactly what I was trying to avoid. I will never go back here.
