Horrible service! The worst experience ever! The workers are classless on every level! The salon stinks of urine and sweat! The chairs have holes in them. I am very impressed. I called this place at 9:30am on a Saturday and asked if I was able to get a service at 10am due to needing to be somewhere at 11am. They took me in even with the short notice, and they knew I had to be somewhere so did their very best to do a great job on my nails while also being quick enough for me. I started at 10am and got done exactly at 10:30am. It worked out great and it was quicker than I expected. I am so thankful. The nails are beautiful. I'll be there again! My mom and went in with an appointment to get pedicures. I wasn't impressed when I went a couple years ago but we thought we would give it another try. To start off this place is DIRTY. There is cobwebs everywhere, dirt caked on the fans, ect. We weren't not told where to pick out a color/given swatches and all the actual bottles of polish were behind the girls doing the nails. They sat us down after 5-10 min, and never asked what we wanted for a pedicure( every place I've ever been to has buffet levels of pedicures). They got to work and the pedicure itself was whatever, very basic with basically no massage. The tools they used didn't not come from a sterilized bag and didn't seem sanitary. At the end she put lotion just on our legs very quickly with no massage or anything, didn't even coat the whole legs! Total was $62 for two pedicures. We didn't tip, and couldn't if we wanted to because per the sign on the wall, tips were only accepted if they were cash. I would recommend going anywhere else but here for the lack of cleanliness alone, but the services will also leave much to be desired. read more

I especially liked Quan, who is a young and talented man. They have great color selections even for regular manicure. My daughter and I got manicures. Khoa did an amazing job with my French manicure. My 11 yr old daughter asked for a basic manicure with nail polish but got an acrylic set instead. She's freaking out a bit about how it feels but it is all good. Definitely a language barrier there. The people at the salon are good, but the salon aesthetics could use some work. I really wanted to like this place because it is so close to Thunder Valley and take my mom there twice a week. The lady that did my nails was extremely friendly and the other workers were also very nice...but less than 6 days later they are already chipping and she did my gel nails to far away from the bottom so they look like they are super old. She had on long acrylic nails and her trying to not mess up her own nails she wasn't able to do a very good job on mine. My gel nails typically last at least 15-18 days these aren't holding up at all... read more

Yay! What a pleasant experience! I found this place after having so-so experiences at two other places, and it's super close to my house which is a plus. I can't believe I haven't seen this place before since I've eaten at a few of the restaurants surrounding it, but I'm so glad that I finally did! The staff is nice, and their prices are great!! They offered a wonderful pedicure experience for such a good price! I've been paying $45 for the same experience they did for $29 (even less if you pay with cash). I will be coming back. Kudos to Thao. She's great at her job. And she gave the type of massage I've been looking for. My feet ache after standing all day at work 5 days a week. I needed this treatment. Called yesterday to set up an appointment for a pedicure. I asked if they do acrylics on the toes and the lady I spoke to said they do. About halfway through my pedicure this morning the lady doing my pedicure said they don't do acrylics on toes and she seemed upset that I even asked. From that point forward I felt very rushed. On top of that the gel color is very uneven and not the color I wanted. I don't think I'll be back in the future. read more
