I had been coming here for months for pedicures only and it was mediocre at best. They never polished my nails correctly and one time all the nails on my right foot were slanted. I decided to do a gel manicure against my better judgement and never again will I step foot into this salon. They literally butchered my my cuticles and 2 of my fingers wouldn't stop bleeding and multiple fingers were stinging. The manicurist tried to hide it by bending my fingers so I wouldn't see the blood and just kept on working like nothing happened. When I finally saw the blood I told them that I needed to wash it off and this guy squirted I don't know what on it and put his bare dirty thumb on it and pressed down. I finally was able to wash my hands but the cuts were so deep that it would not stop bleeding. They said sorry and gave me $5 off the service, yes, $5. So $2.50 per cut finger which was just tacky. How many of you think $2.50 is proper compensation for deeply cutting a your finger. Keep in mind I still had to pay for the service. My fingers stung and hurt for days. Even some of the ones that weren't bleeding because of how violently he cut my cuticles. Never again. You've been warned. read more

I came in last week as a walk-in for last minute gel white nails for my maternity photo shoot. They fit me in right away and were so thorough! My toes hadn't been done since February, so they were pretty bad and extremely dry, but the gentleman who took care of my toes & fingernails made sure to bring them back to life! So came in after a while to get my nails filled and my toes done regular polish. The elder nail tech did my nails and fixed my middle finger on my right hand something just looks off about it I think it was a different nail shade of white. Not to irritated about it but that was one con, I'm going to leave a photo. the pedicure was great per normal will always come back for them. I think the next time I get my nails I'll stick with the owner. Just a little disappointed with acrylic color and shape not being on point and I'm very picky so this may not apply to you. 4/5 overall paid 56 plus 6 dollar tip great price that is what I love about this shop, they don't try to hip u on prices. Disappointed not even 3 days after they were done. The whole nail came off completely pictures included. I'm saying this first because I think it's really important: they charge an extra $5 coffin shaped nails! I have gotten coffin shape the last 2 years at probably 10 different salons and have never heard of this, so I felt like it was worth mentioning as it's not on their price list. That being said, the attention to detail here is the best I have seen! The tech really took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. I didn't have to wait long without an appointment either, maybe 10 minutes. I took a star off for 2 reasons, the first being that I don't know how she rang me up. The sign says $25 for a full set, $5 for gel polish, and then I was told that coffin shape was another $5. My total was $40 so I'm not sure what happened there. Maybe they need to update their price list. The second is their gel polish selection isn't wonderful. I like nude/neutral colors and there was very few. Typically salons will have so many of these colors, it's hard for me to choose. I will definitely be back! Loved the service I got today. read more

Color: #13 - $40 Came in around 5pm on Friday last week. It wasn't busy but the wait was almost 30 minutes since the ladies were all with someone. That was fine. The ladies were all nice & one of them remembered my boyfriend & I from a few months ago when we came in during May. (He's hard to forget when he brings his girlfriend to get her nails done & offers to share with everyone the chocolate covered strawberries & champagne he brought her for the vip experience, lol.) The experience was nice & everything was clean but right before my lady was going to put powder on I had to ask her to shape them, or she would've kept going, & she said it'd be $5. I've never been charged to get my nails shaped at other places. She also kept feeling under my ring finger nail for a bit & it was only later that I realized that a sharp piece was poking out. I filed it down but if she was feeling it up & noticed it she could've done something about it. The nails are nice though. read more

Used to Love this nail salon. They have changed management/ownership and raised the prices dramatically. We are now going to a different salon for our pedicures. Its too bad because for the most part we really liked the staff here and most of the time pedicures were really good except the few times you felt as if they were rushing to get thru pedicures, which to us it should be relaxing and slow massaging on feet/calves. 3 stars for the staff. I went to a different nail spa this morning (which I won't be naming) and got a dip manicure nothing fancy, just solid black with two accent nails. Yikes. This was probably the worst nail experience I've ever had. I asked for my old acrylic set to be removed and a new set put on. The woman doing my mails was so rough with no concern for how badly she was hurting me. Ripping the fake nails off.... cutting my natural nails so far down that I bled (a lot) without so much as an apology. The real kicker was being charged $40 when their sign says $25. If you enjoy being overcharged and being in pain for 90 minutes, this is the place for you! read more
