I love my nails. The customer service was so good and I had a fun conversation with my nail tech. The nail design that I had in mind is exactly what I wanted! This place is amazing! It's clean, the inside is super cute, and spacious. Everyone is very professional. They really listen to want you want to do with your nails. I really used to enjoy this place when it first opened but has gone down hill. The employees are sleeping in the chairs next to you and others are playing loud videos on their phones. They do a nice pedicure but my manicure today was a disaster. The employee kept asking multiple times if I wanted gel and I kept saying no every time. The place looks like a mess. They used to ask for different style pedicures, now they do whatever they seem to have on hand. They don't diffuse anymore so it smells weird. read more

UPDATE: went from three to two stars because while itching my leg my gel mani chipped significantly on TWO nails, pretty bummed Not a bad nail place I've been here twice and gotten a pedicure each time (they are incredible). Just got my nails done here for the first time, nothing crazy just a gel polish. They have great color selection and exactly the color I wanted. I have some gel on my cuticles and the polish on toes looks a little sloppy. LA Belle Organic Nails - Day two of manicure. Happened while scratching my leg - Nail Salons Near Me - Lincoln, California

Sadly, this will be my second and last trip here today. I paid for the $55 pedicure, it was relaxing but the massage was pretty mediocre. No pressure and erratic speeds. Massage on one foot was super fast, massage on the other foot was slower and more relaxing. I also question the cleanliness of this place. I am a licensed cosmetologist, I know proper sanitation/disinfection procedure. They do have tools that come out of a blue bag, however the bag is folded over and taped shut, not sealed at the top like it should be if they were not reusing the bags. They used a pumice stone on me which is against state board rules because there is no way to properly disinfect a pumice stone as it is porous. My nail tech also was storing supplies like cotton and other things in an empty tissue box that she reached into with wet hands covered in water from my foot basin, how many other people has she done that with? Overall though, I felt relaxed when I left. I like that they have spa music playing and it doesn't smell like acrylic. That relaxed feeling quickly changed when once again my nail polish NEVER DRIED. 4.5 hours later, my polish was still tacky just like last time I went in (2 years ago). I figured it was a fluke last time and decided to give them another try, I should've known better. I got home and didn't do anything with my feet where I would've smudged or chipped them for about 3 hours after my toe nails were painted. I decided put some laundry away and noticed that my polish had stuck to the carpet on both of my big toes. I felt the polish and it felt sticky and pliable. Upon very lightly pressing my nail against what should've been totally dry polish, it made an indent. With very light pressure, I was able to literally scrape the polish off of my nail. Nail polish should be 100% dry within an hour. I called them 3.5 hrs after my nails had been painted to ask what could be done. They said to come back in to get them repainted. By the time I got there, it had been about 4.5 hours since they had been painted and they were still tacky. At this point, I got them repainted about 2.5 hours ago and I'm having the same issue, nails are still tacky. Either someone is playing a joke on me or something is wrong with their nail polish. Either way, I will not be returning. read more

Got a manicure and pedicure which was standard nothing really set it apart. Got my eyebrows done and the lady dropped hot wax on my eyeball...so don't get waxing done here. Salon is clean and the people are really nice but even though she dropped hot wax on my eye and my eyebrows didn't look great she still charged me for it which I thought was messed up. I've had better experiences elsewhere. This was the first time I've had wax go in my eye in my life. read more

Really clean and nice atmosphere. It's very spa-like - calming, relaxing. I received a fabulous pedicure and highly recommend. The manicure was not so great - clumpy and rushed. And my only other complaint was that there was no one there to greet guests as they came in (I had an appointment) and I wanted for 7 minutes before someone finally came in. But even with that, I'd go back. I'd definitely ask for someone else to do my manicure though. read more

I stopped in for a walk-in appointment and got a manicure and pedicure. Both the manicure and pedicure were great for the most part. I think who you get for the nail polish part matters more - for a while, I had very careful people doing the mani and pedi. They offer massage services which were extremely relaxing. However, the person who took over my manicure to paint my nails didn't do very even coats and kind of rushed it. Overall, I would only recommend it if you get specific employees. read more

Super impressed with the vibe & decor in the shop (very spa-like), and my technician spent so much time massaging my very tight calves and working on my calluses. I was at La Belle Organic nails about a year ago. It was AMAZING. I spent $70 for the deluxe pedicure and got the best pedicure I have ever had by Kristine (who is no longer there). I went today, (as $70 for a pedicure is not something I do often) and was so disappointed. I wasn't given an option on what scent I wanted for my water and oils, I barely got any massage, and my toes never got any massage. Every step in the Deluxe Pedicure process felt rushed. The hot rocks were used for maybe 2 minutes, the hot towels weren't hot at all, at best they were lukewarm, the massage was good but it never reached the balls of my feet or my toes, and it was too short. For $70 I would have loved more message and a choice of lavender. The whole experience was too short. I left feeling like I wasted $80.50 which is what my final bill was after tip. They also use very strong detergent or fabric softener for their towels the smell is very overwhelming on the wet towels. For being an organic salon I would have expected them to use organic detergent or at least unscented detergents. I will probably never go back which is sad because my first experience with them was out of this world!!! read more

It was a wonderful experience. The only thing I can say is that the young man bumped my feet as he was trying to get the foot tub. My toe polish was smudged. The pedicurist attempted to fix it by adding more polish. I think it should have been removed and just reapplied. The treatment was great. They were all nice. read more

LOVE that they have organic and less toxic polish & gel here! There is NO chemical smell at all in this salon. I wish it was great but I went twice and the first time it just wasn't clean. It was a big turn-off because everything was very dusty and/or oily. I gave it one more chance hoping they maybe were just having an off day but nope the second time was even worse and my nails were painted sloppy, like I did it myself and my gel which I paid extra for didn't even last a week and started completely peeling off on day 5. They did offer to re-do it once I showed them that the polish was messy but I was out of time and no discount was offered for the sloppy nails and then to have gel peel off by day 5, no thanks! This was a fun surprise and we will be back for sure. While 5-10 dollars more expensive than usual places, the experience was SO worth it. My husband, daughter and I all went in for a pedicure. The place is so clean and I love that they use organic elements (like lemon and lavender). The massage was longer than I expected and almost put me to sleep. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Horrible management. We had appointments and they took walk-ins before us so we had to wait an entire hour with our feet in cold water. We said we wanted to leave and cancel and we didn't want to pay full price for this and they told us "don't worry we will take care of you". Our pedicures were rushed, two of us never even got massages and one of us didn't even have time to get any polish. We were all done at different times (4 of us went together and had the appointments all together). We went to pay and they told us they would take $5 off our purchase. This was one of the best pedicures I have ever had! The staff were attentive and very nice. The chairs were great - like getting a full massage while having a pedicure! No chemical smells, all natural items used. Day 3 of the polish and still going strong. Only thing I should have asked for was more scrubbing on my heels. Gave this place a 2nd chance, my fill was supposed to be $30. I also had my toes polished with just regular polish, went to pay and she says it's $45. They seriously charged me $5 to change the shape of my nails and $10 to do a toe polish change. Little ridiculous I think! read more
