Let me start off by saying this was probably the best pedi I've ever had. Peter did my mani/ pedi and did an amazing job, every part of my nail is polished, got all my cuticles trimmed and the massage was amazing! We are new to the area so I just randomly pulled into this parking lot and I'm glad I did. I got "perfect match" on my nails & toes and the colors never seem to match st any salon I've been to so I can't really dock them for that. I have been a loyal customer for several years despite prior bad ratings this business has received in the past. I have always been treated kindly and have been pleased with my experience. So today I felt it was important to write a review and express how shocked I was to call and make an appointment and be treated like garbage. When the woman answered the phone, I asked if there was availability to make an appointment two days from now and she was " snappy" asking me what time. I then asked what times are available and she said- 9, 10, 11 what do you want?!! After expressing 9am would be wonderful I gave her my name, and as I started to provide the spelling she snapped again and said I KNOW and hung up!!! Still in a state of shock I felt it was important to share. Especially if you are going through something in your life and just wanted to take some time for yourself and feel pretty. Let this be a reminder in a world full of hate to be kind towards others. And if you are a business owner, remember the employees are a reflection as well. We all have bad days but this woman was awful! I did call back, spoke with the same woman and told her I would like to cancel my appointment because she was very rude- she hung up on my again!!! read more

Very UNSANITARY! Not clean, needs serious attention. During this pandemic you would think they would take cleanliness more seriously! Walked out, went to the salon in the next strip mall over. So I have been to this place several times. When I was served, They did a good job. Today? Ugh. I walked in, asked if I could get a pedi. "Yes, Right now," I was told. I was told to place my feet in the water, and the woman proceeded to start cleaning the pedi stations around me... ok.... Then apparently a regular came in, because she went over, and found out what she needed, and started taking off her gels and giving her a Pedi. After 20 minutes and soggy toes, I asked the person beside me if I came at a bad time. She pointed to the guy behind her and indicated he would do my toes.... Then he comes over and starts the water to give the client he was working on a pedi. I put on my shoes and started to leave. The worman told me to sit down. Uh - I don't think so. I was told I could be helped right away... and I have stuff to do. Bye-bye Bellezza...This has been my go-to place for a pedicure for the past 4 years and until last summer I was so happy with their service. Then the staff almost completely turned over, although Thomas (the "main guy") remained. At the same time, the quality of service dropped dramatically. On my last visit, I was relaxing and looking through a magazine when I looked up to notice she was using someone else's color on my toes. When I told her, she got mad (like it was my fault) and apparently she had another client waiting for her because Thomas came over and finished my pedicure - in a mad hurry. He removed (most of) the wrong color, didn't reapply a base coat, hastily applied my color, cursing under his breath. At that point I decided I would not return, but my husband - without knowing of this situation - bought me a gift certificate for a pedi. So I returned today, showing up on time for my 4 pm appointment. Thomas said they were running about 15 minutes late so I told him I'd run a quick errand across the street and be right back. On my return, I was told to pick a color and they'd be right with me. I always bring my own so I sat down to wait. And wait. The place was swarming with little girls and I suspect they said "yes" to a birthday party - to hell with the regular clients - and maybe miscalculated the timing. At any rate, I decided to take it in stride since I had some time on my hands, but this is not often the case. At 4:40 I left without a word...bye-bye Bellezza. I drove out the parking lot, took the first right and parked in front of Awesome Nails. Got right in, got a decent pedi. I will probably keep looking for my new place...my requirements are the right combo of quality of nail painting, strength of massage, ambiance, and price. Suggestions? read more

Thank god we found this place...my nails were trashed and chipped and needed a mani/pedi STAT! After some searching around the godforsaken valley of meth in North Highlands my friend and I decided to travel a few miles out to Roseville and see what there was to offer on the way to the mall. We got lucky when we walked in before the after work crowd and even then still had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Probably one of the cleanest nicest nail salons I've been to that has reasonable prices without having to go somewhere fancy and pay a million bucks for and the owner and all the workers were super nice. I know I reviewed Kathy's Nails....and I stand by my review....HOWEVER if you are looking to save a little money on your weekly mani/pedi Bellezza is the place to go. A mani is $12 and a pedi is $25....$27 for a french, and they do an AMAZING job on both. I live in Lincoln and the last 2 weeks i have traveled to Bellezza for my mani and pedi. I came to Bellezza for my first time today. I came in with 2 week old nails from another salon that were a wreck. They were thick and misshapen and my fingers still hurt from having them put on. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my nails at Bellezza but she did a wonderful job. She took her time removing the he old ones, gave me a more natural look and told me steps to take to improve my nail health in the future. They also painted my 3 year olds toenails and made it a great experience for her. I have struggled to find a regular nail salon for years, but I think this is it! read more

I have been getting gel manicures done for as long as I can remember. This was by far the rudest experience I have ever had. I have never had a gel manicure that I couldn't wait to get out of the salon fast enough like today. I am a hair stylist and understand that the majority of beauty professionals income is from tips and for that reason I have never not left a tip even when I was unhappy. However today was the first time that was the case. The lady who did my nails said ONE word to me and that was when I was finished she pushed my hand to the side and said "you're done", mind you that was without any lotion put on my hands, no massage , no oil on my cuticles and not even dusting of the nail filings off my hands. The entire service she would aggressively grab or push my hand away depending on what she was doing. She didn't ask how I wanted my nails shaped, or if I wanted them trimmed down, and she used the electric file so much on my natural nails they are now sore. I typically am not a hard person to please and normally don't even do reviews but I honestly was just shocked at the way I was treated today. read more

I came in here today to get my nails done for my wedding in 2 days. I am a nail biter so i had to get an acrylic french manicure. Thomas helped me and was super super friendly! He seemed to be the only friendly one though. the other women didnt really acknowledge me. I did notice thomas' station was a bit dirty when I sat down. there was shaved nail dust everywhere. a little gross but he was realy nice and did a good job on my nails. they looked great. My only reason for giving 2 stars was I paid $45 for the nails and they didnt really complete the manicure part. the sides of my nails are still peeled and not clipped. And there was no relaxing hand massage or any pampering part. I just think for $45, they can finish the "manicure" and make your fingers look nice and give you at least a little bit of a hand rub. If they were cheaper I would go back, but i know I can go somewhere else and get way more for my money. read more

I can't believe I'm the first one to review this fantastic nail salon place in Roseville. I guess I am going to spill the beans about one of the best places to go. I drive from Sacramento and sometimes further, to go to this place. I just hope that it's not more difficult for me to make an appointment. I found out about this place through word-of-mouth. My friend used to work in the area and she told me how much her and all her colleagues go over to this salon. I was hesitant at first because I found a place that I liked and felt comfortable. But once I went to Bellezza, I will neeeever back. Plus I feel bad because I feel like almost every other nail salon place doesn't compare to this place. You can call to make an appointment or walk-in. I highly recommend making an appointment. When you walk it, you'll notice the beautiful decor--they have that's mostly black art-nouveau lines that are curvaceous and it looks very modern/chic. They have the deluxe massage chairs for pedicures to the left, and the manicure stations to the right. From close observation, you can tell everything is newer and clean. (Having a sanitized and clean place is a big deal to me!) I think I had a young woman named Julie or Julia--I absolutely love her. She is very sweet and always remember me. She does an amazing job with french manicures. She uses airbrush or can do it by hand. My nails always looked absolutely flawless. The white, french line, is never crooked. The length and shape of my nails are always perfect. I'm a very picky person and I even loved the pink color she uses. Moreover, she is always gentle and it never hurts for me to get my nails done. However, I only get my natural nails so I'm not sure what she's like with acyclic. I do have to admit, there's two men that work there. Not the owner but there's this other guy that did my nails because Julie wasn't there. I thought it hurt when he did my nails so I made sure my appointment was with her every time now. Thomas, I believe, is the owner. I know some of my friends prefer him. He's reeeeally funny and is always flattering women there. I think it's kinda funny because he reminds me of that stand-up comedian woman that says, "You so pretty!! You look like model!" After catching up with my US Weekly and People magazines and after my pedicure is dry... I am always surprise how affordable their prices are. I think it's about $25 for a pedicure and $15 for a manicure. I'll have to find out and update this. I just think it's great that you can go to a new, beautiful, clean, nice place and not pay an arm and a leg...especially in Roseville. read more

Horrible! my colleague and I booked pedicures 2 days in advance requesting seats together. When I called 20 mins before our scheduled appts. I was assured they WERE RUNNING ON TIME and WAITING for us. 2:00 sharp we showed up, no one was available, they told us to sit in our seats, Thomas could tell we were getting impatient he ran over turned cold water on the pedi station and we never saw anyone for 15 more minutes, got up walked out he never said a word! I had been going there for 5 years. NEVER AGAIN, place has gone down hill. I never go for nails because when I did a few times they always fell off within days. read more

I came here based on the reviews...the place was clean and everyone was friendly. Got there at 11, with no app, they asked me to come back at noon...I did and was seated right away. Pedicure $22 + $5 for white tip. Price was cheap-- OK...not the best pedi I've had. She didn't cut my nails straight and some toe nails were a little longer than others, and the sides were not trimmed straight. My daughter got her toes done and there were OK. Also did a gel Mani...nice thin nails. No cuticle trim...i've never had gel...so we'll see how long they last. Place was very busy and they were a little overbooked, which is maybe the reason for the rush service I've received. I went to Bellagios a few times, but desired to try this place based on the price and the reviews....not sure if I'll return for pedicures here, as Bellagios quality was a lot better...but may return for a manicure. (manicure was done by the owner, who was very nice, friendly) 2 stars for service and 1 star for quality on toes. I have high expectations, so I'm very picky...but also very loyal... 2 pedicures and one Gel Manicure $99.00 **UPDATE*** I am taking this to a 1 star from a 3 star So, my pedicure lasted less than 2 weeks...I've always had my pedicures last at least 3-4 weeks. The nail polish came off, the tips were chipped, etc., at the end of 1st week. I was out of town in NY, so could not come back to show them.... I really wanted to like this place...I did, I did. Yikes!! Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I have to say that I am very disappointed. The interior of the nail salon is beautiful and the staff is friendly enough... but the compliments end there. The tubs seemed very dirty to me. I was hesitant to even stick my feet in. I watched as a technician "cleaned" the tub after a client left. She took a dish brush and half-heartedly wiped the inside of the tub for about 15 seconds. I would like to see a little bit of scrubbing in between customers. Maybe that's just me. The pedicure itself was very mediocre. My technician spend maybe 30 seconds filing my heels with very little effort. The massage was very lack-luster. The nail painting job had many flaws which I didn't notice until I got home. It was such a disappointment. I have money left on a gift certificate but I won't be returning to redeem it. read more
