From the moment Lauren started my pedicure, I had a feeling this was going to be the experience I'd been looking for. And, she absolutely delivered. Both my manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully. Lauren is clearly skilled at what she does, has a great eye for detail, and checks in to make sure you're happy with the results. I didn't need to give her much direction because she already knew exactly what she was doing. After 40 years of experience with nail services, I know quality when I see it, and Lauren is the real deal. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, professional, and welcoming. The prices are definitely on the high side, but the quality of the experience and the results made me feel I'd finally found what I was looking for. Five stars! Right before applying the chrome, they let me know it would be an additional $15. I was a little surprised, since that seemed pretty expensive, but they explained it was a higher-end chrome. We went ahead with it, and the final total came to $70 (before tip). Overall, my daughter is very happy with how her nails turned out they look beautiful. I'm just a little overwhelmed by the extra charge for the chrome.
