I was in need of a pedicure . Found Logo Nails. They had an appointment when I needed it and they also accepted cards and cash. Walked in and was kindly greeted. Sat in the chair and a nail tech sat down and went to work. Her name was Lam .. she was so patient, kind, had good conversation.. it was a pleasurable experience. The look of the salon was SO clean that it looked to be newishly' renovated.. but had not.. it had been there 8yrs. Like I said my feet needed to be rescued and Lam did just that . I've been getting pedicures for years. This was definitely the worst experience of my life. I walked in since they seemed nice and clean. The problem started when the girl started cutting my cuticles. She started digging in so deep and instead of cutting, she a was pulling. I kept telling her "you're hurting me. Stop pulling please" but she just didn't know how to I guess. I left with both my big toes injured and worst of all, I'm so afraid they will get infected now because of what she did. I have them wrapped with bacitracin hoping it will be okay. There's a chance the other technicians are better but this was so horrible I will never set foot in this place again. read more

Today was my first time going to logo nails in Rocklin. I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the salon was. It was very cute and cozy as well as relaxing. I had a wonderful lady working on me. Her name is Lam. She was absolutely great! She listened to exactly what I wanted and I ended up with beautiful nails. She was very gentle and took her time which I don't find very often. I had a very disturbing visit with Bryan at Logo nails the other day. I am a new woman of color client but never have been so insulted and disrespected at a nail shop in my entire life. While at my appointment when a non person of color came in without even asking me the client who was there 1st and was halfway through my appointment, Bryan rudely without even checking with me quickly got out of his seat and started working on the other person. Therefore if you are a person of color and do not wish to be treated in a very disrespectful racist manner then I would warn you to think twice about proper respectful protocol and this establishment at this point has lost a very disgraced extremely disappointed client. This type of treatment (Bryan) is not acceptable on any level and all I can sadly say at this point is (Shame on you)...My rating on this visit is 0. read more

I hate to do this but this is my last time coming here :/ I've had multiple times where I come here for a dip powder manicure on my natural nails and it takes 2 hours with an appointment. I don't know what it is about the powders but there has been two times, this time being the last where my nails glow in the dark. I have to specify each time that I dont want my nails to glow in the dark. Today I asked for a pink/white dip color and my nails are completely white and glow in the dark. I feel like I just wasted 2 hours and 50 dollars. And my cuticle is cut as well. I've been coming here since Covid but will unfortunately have to find somewhere new. Everyone here is super sweet and welcoming though. read more

Gel manicure by Brian. This was my first visit and it went very well. I shared that I didn't want a ton of sanding my nails when removing gel polish because my nails can be weak. He listened and followed my request. Nails look great. He checked with me on how I liked them and I asked for a little more shape and he obliged. Unless you say what you think no one can read your mind..so I asked lots of questions and made sure to verify price before we began. It was a great price and was done in an hour. The place had steady clients too. read more

My friend and I get our nails done together every 3 weeks approximately and finding this salon was one of the best things to happen to us. Mui and Brian are amazing--they are detailed oriented and always open to doing the designs we show them, no matter how complex. Compared to some other salons, the prices for our requests are very reasonable here. They also have the best attitudes and energy, we laugh the whole time and it's so much fun. I not only love the service I receive, but also the technicians. The salon itself is gorgeous inside and has a very comfortable, cleanly vibe. AND THERE IS LITTLE BLACK HAIRS AND DOTS ON MY MIDDLE TOE AND THE BIG TOES LOOK SO BAD AND SLOPPY I got a pedicure here and the technician flooded the polish into my cuticles and sidewalls. Within days, the skin around the sides of my toes became red, swollen, and painfully inflamed. When I reached out privately on Facebook with photos of the swelling, they read my messages and completely ignored me left me on Seen. When I called to speak to the manager about a refund, she was incredibly toxic. Instead of taking accountability, she tried to blame my swollen toes on 'pregnancy or medication.' This is a blatant lie--I regularly get pedicures at Blue Sky Nails and have NEVER had a reaction or pain like this. Furthermore, their own security cameras will show the technician repeatedly trying to wipe flooded gel polish off my raw skin before curing it, which is exactly what caused this chemical irritation. When I refused to let her gaslight me, the manager insulted me, told me I 'complain too much,' claimed I just hated the color (which makes no sense, I chose the color--I care about the swelling!), and then literally HUNG UP on me. They completely refused a refund. Unprofessional, unsafe, and defensive. Avoid this place at all costs.

Amazing!!! Love this place and for Rhiannon L. It's a small world I was the lady in front of you and witnessed the whole thing. First of all Tonia doesn't speak English very well and she suggested to your daughter to pick another color because the one she picked out was dry (she wasn't rude or disrespectful) and the baby who was walking around is only two year old!!! Maybe some patients would help considering you are a parent yourself . And as for nails turning yellow, never happened to me in all the time I've been going here. Danny is a really hardworking man and awesome at what he does . If I had a problem with my nails I always talk to Danny and he goes out of his way to make sure I walk out of there satisfied , even if he has to start all over again. My experience was amazing. Sometimes I am skeptical about the duration for each service. Lam goes above and beyond to make sure she provides the service customers are paying for. She gives quality massages during the pedicure and manicure. The salon is very clean and the fragrances and lotions they use work well for people who have sensitive skin. i've been going here for a couple months now and it's been such a pleasant experience every time. usually nail salons are either too expensive or rude in my experience, but they are very sweet and have reasonable prices. Then she's started cleaning hear station and while filing my nails she started talking to her colleagues in their language I couldn't understand of what was being said but very unprofessional. While she was filing my nail; the nail lady filed down my nails a lot harder than before. And when she was filing my shapes to create the shape that I chose; I looked at my nails I didn't say anything yet. The nail lady said" what's wrong with nail?" I answered my left thumb and ring finger is crooked." Then she said " I know I'm not done." I sense attitude from her and kept her to her colleagues in their language. (She kept on talking to her colleagues in the entire appointment and spoke to me and husband in English). Over all experience was fine not the best, I like the overall shape of my nails but the quality wasn't best. There are some spots that are properly filled down and uneven buffing, the acrylic application was not properly it's uneven and she's the wrong tools for filing and buffing my nails. I never once was used a proper tool or even sterilized her after she used them. All of tool were dirty. (She use the same brush to wipe dust on my nails and use the same brush to dust off dirt/dust on the counter and used it again on my nails. VERY unhygienic!! )) We won't be coming because my nail lady gave me attitude and I didn't feel comfortable when everyone was speaking in their language and I don't know any what they are talking about, not professional. I walked in later in the evening and asked if they were still accepting walk-ins. I completely understood that it was late and honestly expected them to tell me no. Instead, May immediately told me to sit in chair three and agreed to do my nails. Shortly after she started, the salon lights automatically shut off because it was after hours. At that point, we discussed finishing them another day. May asked me to come back two days later, but I explained that I was leaving town that morning and could only come back the following day. She told me she wouldn't be working that day and insisted on continuing that night instead. We ended up sitting there for around two hours in the dark, using our phone flashlights so she could see my nails. Multiple times throughout the appointment, I could tell the quality wasn't what I wanted, and I asked if I could just come back the next day and have someone else finish them. I was repeatedly encouraged to let her continue. Once the nails were finished, I still wasn't happy with the designs and again asked to return the following day to have them corrected by someone else. The designs were removed, so I ultimately left that night with my nails unfinished but still paying. I then had to drive back to the salon (very far out of my way) the next day specifically to have them completed. While the second result was better than what I had received the night before, the entire experience was frustrating and not what I would expect after spending that much time and money. There also seemed to be a significant miscommunication regarding the price. I paid the first night and was under the impression that this covered the service. When I returned the next day to have my nails finished, I was charged again. When I questioned this, I was spoken to very aggressively by someone who hadn't even been present for the original conversation between May and me, and I was told a version of what happened that was just simply incorrect. Even after saying I'll pay, this woman still insisted on being aggressive and speaking on something she had no knowledge in. I understand that I came in late, but I specifically asked whether they could accommodate a walk-in and would have completely understood being turned away. Once the salon accepted the appointment, however, I don't think a customer should be expected to sit for two hours while their nails are done in the dark with phone flashlights, leave with unfinished nails, return the next day, and then pay additional money to have the service completed. I understand there could be a language barrier issue as well but if I had known I was going to be paying I would have just gone to my normal salon that I know is capable of solid work and good customer service instead of driving over an hour in total out of my way to ultimately be yelled at by a woman who had no idea what she was talking about. Making two trips to the salon, and spending hours dealing with something that should have been a straightforward nail appointment. I don't feel that I should have been charged the full amount given the circumstances, and the way the situation was handled when I returned made an already disappointing experience much worse. I understand things happen and May did the best she could under the circumstances but the price I paid did not reflect the service I received in the slightest.
