Kim has had a ton of training to do what she does, and it's evident in her work. She also takes the time to take on new trainings as the lash extension world evolves and always makes sure to explain to me what she's doing and why she's doing it. She has helped me learn how to take care of my lash extensions when I'm not with her, which makes them last longer too! Kim is professional and takes special care with everything she does, especially since she's working around my eyes - which I'm SO thankful for! I literally never feel a thing when she's working and always feel super comfortable putting my eyes and lashes in Kim's care. Before I started coming to Kim for my lashes, I had another lash artist doing them, and let's just say it ended poorly and I'm lucky that she didn't damage my eye permanently. Kim takes time to make sure everything is sanitized and clean, which again, I'm SO thankful for. She cleans all of her tools between clients, constantly uses hand sanitizer throughout our appointments, and has added extra precautions with recent appointments given everything going on with COVID. I never feel like my health & safety are being compromised when I'm at an appointment with her. Finally, Kim is just an overall great person. She's so sweet, and we click really well. Every appointment just feels like I'm catching up with a friend - because that's what Kim is to me. She truly cares about me and what I have to talk about. Like I said above, I refuse to go to anyone else but Kim, and I would 110% recommend Kim to anyone considering getting lash extensions (or even switching estheticians like I did).

I paid $120 including tip. I was only refund $25 of $120. 3. When I reached out to the owner the only thing he did was Venmo me my $25 over charged, I asked all I wanted was my money back for the over charge and to have some else do the services again since I did get any of the services listed on the videos, this place is a complete scam. Don't spend your time and money in a placed based of lies and poor customer services skills. Till this day the owner has not reach out to me to schedule my services and make my money worth.

She really does nice work, I just don't know what it takes for her to commit to an appointment. My lashes have started to barely last a week before I'm left with gaps, or multiple lashes glued together making for a painful time waiting for when they finally decide to stick to an appointment time. Every appointment I am called to reschedule, last week I was called 5 times and then booked at the incorrect time and never got serviced. Way too many additional fees like senior/master stylists that they don't warn you about until after the service. They book you a time slot then will bombard you with calls to move it around because they want to fit other clients in vs worrying about the client who came first in the books. So difficult to cancel your membership and they want that last months fee so don't try to find a new place until you do that unless you want to pay an addition $29 for a foreign refill due to there terrible scheduling. My lashes never came out bad here, but they never were truly full either due to overcrowding there schedule and not giving us enough time. The stylists are great although they are limited to options on sizing and colors, but the management is terrible, hence the 2 stars vs 1.
