I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate. My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn. At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure. Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation. This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review. There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

Many salons offer skin peels which do absolutely nothing, and I have been mislead and disappointed several times. But Rebecca will give you a Real Peel. 2. I also had a refresher facial session which pumped up the collagen. Afterward, my skin looked amazing. 3. Her prices are very reasonable, affordable. 4. Finally, she sells Dermaquest skin care products, which are sold in many dermatologists' offices. Also very happy with that purchase, though not cheap.

I even asked her if she used 40 volume bleach because I could literally see the bottle when she poured it. There was NOTHING good about this experience. Honestly, I should have gotten up and walked out the second she started foiling my hair because the entire process was chaotic and careless. There was absolutely no respect for the condition or integrity of my hair. As a cosmetologist, the #1 priority should ALWAYS be preserving the integrity of the client's hair. PERIOD. And it got worse. When she did the paint between, she MATTED my hair. Not a little tangled... MATTED. I could physically feel her ripping my hair out while taking foils out at the shampoo bowl. It was completely unacceptable. I was supposed to get it cut but at this point I just had to leave. On top of that: - Before my service even started, she used a bleach/color bowl that STILL had leftover color from another client in it. Huge sanitary violation. - During the service, she knocked over her entire tray, bowl of bleach, color, brushes, EVERYTHING onto the floor... then picked it all back up and CONTINUED USING IT. I am absolutely mortified. I cried to my husband over this because that's how devastated I am about my hair. It has taken me YEARS to grow and maintain healthy long hair, and now I'm dealing with severe breakage, frizz, mushy overprocessed pieces, and damage that could have been completely avoided with proper care and professionalism. Due to the extent of the damage and the corrective services now required, I will be exploring my legal options, including filing a small claims case for damages and repair costs.

I wanna mention that I paid nearly $400 for a color service and returned for a second appointment in good faith to allow the stylist an opportunity to correct the result. Unfortunately, after two visits, my hair remained the same color as when I started, except now with noticeable bleach damage. While the stylist was willing to attempt to fix my hair, it became very clear that policy was prioritized over client satisfaction and outcome. There was no acknowledgment that the desired result was not achieved, and no flexibility offered despite the fact that I left with no improvement after two services. Had there been honest communication from the beginning about limitations or the possibility that my inspiration could not be achieved, I would not have moved forward. Instead, I am now faced with additional expenses to repair and correct my hair elsewhere. This review is not written out of anger, but out of transparency. I strongly encourage anyone considering booking to do thorough research, ask very detailed questions, and fully understand expectations and policies before committing, especially for major color services.
