I've now seen both Katie and Wendy and have always left loving my lashes. It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed. She was so friendly and sympathetic through the whole process. Honestly- she is so great. And once I recover from this crazy lash adventure I am booking my lash lift and tint with her! She acknowledged the issue and agreed to repay in weekly installments. Unfortunately, those payments were inconsistent, and only a few were made. Recently, received a message stating that no further payments would be made unless I removed my original review. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and manipulative, especially coming from someone in the beauty industry who is trusted by clients. We haven't heard from her in two months since the text message was sent. It is now over nine months since this incident occurred and has not been resolved. As of today, I am still owed money. I believe it is unacceptable for any stylist to use intimidation to silence honest feedback rather than making things right. Furthermore, I question why the salon owner continues to allow someone with such unethical practices to operate under their roof. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. Clients deserve integrity and accountability--this experience has been deeply disappointing.

My friend and I came in for lashes and i got the " master lash tech" I pulled up inspo from AMAZING LASH STUDIO ROSEVILLE, and the master lash tech said she wasn't able to do it??? so why be a master tech if you can't even do the inspo your own salon has posted and recommend the clients to pick inspo from instagram?? I ended up settling for a classic set. Pro Texh said it was a hybrid.. i then went to folsom amazing lash to ask what she did on my eyes and she confirmed that what that tech did was a classic set. Not only that , the minute i got home 4 lash fans fell out and my lashes looked absolutely nothing like the inspo, incredibly rushed and lashes are not staying on. CRAZY FOR $194 ....
