I've now seen both Katie and Wendy and have always left loving my lashes. They really pay attention to detail, customize the look to what you want, and keep great records of your lash sizes/styles which makes appointments feel easy and consistent. Well, not only the experience was horrible but she also over charge me, online and all of their social media they have listed for new clients additional %20 off. My procedure cost $75 instead of $60. I paid $120 including tip. I was only refund $25 of $120. 3. When I reached out to the owner the only thing he did was Venmo me my $25 over charged, I asked all I wanted was my money back for the over charge and to have some else do the services again since I did get any of the services listed on the videos, this place is a complete scam. Don't spend your time and money in a placed based of lies and poor customer services skills. Till this day the owner has not reach out to me to schedule my services and make my money worth.

It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed. She was so friendly and sympathetic through the whole process. Honestly- she is so great. And once I recover from this crazy lash adventure I am booking my lash lift and tint with her!
