Hi there, Just visited this place today. Customer service was terrible, no receptionist and had to wait 20 min in lobby with no greetings. My friend and I came in for lashes and i got the " master lash tech" I pulled up inspo from AMAZING LASH STUDIO ROSEVILLE, and the master lash tech said she wasn't able to do it??? so why be a master tech if you can't even do the inspo your own salon has posted and recommend the clients to pick inspo from instagram?? I ended up settling for a classic set. Pro Texh said it was a hybrid.. i then went to folsom amazing lash to ask what she did on my eyes and she confirmed that what that tech did was a classic set. Not only that , the minute i got home 4 lash fans fell out and my lashes looked absolutely nothing like the inspo, incredibly rushed and lashes are not staying on. CRAZY FOR $194 .... I also asked this "pro lash tech" for my receipt because i was uncomfortable with the price and the result of my lashes. She said there was no receptionist and had to check me out herself, I asked for the receipt and she said she couldn't print it because the printer was down so I asked for an email and she said something was wrong with her system. Incredibly sketchy and i was refused my receipt.. ? As a client this is extremely disappointing and sketchy especially having hopes for a first time lash extension. This lash tech was not professional WHAT SO EVER service wise and profession wise. The vibe in the room was off , she wasn't welcoming and was trying to get it done as soon as possible, kept going on her phone and walking out of the room multiple times mid service. I also paid for my friend's lashes, again almost $200 and I was refused to receipt and I was told she would be done in 15 minutes and waited a whole hour without being updated. My friends lashes looked nothing like her info. She's incredibly disappointed. And her lashes are falling out already. this is extremely disappointing and won't recommend.. read more

Amazing Lash Studio - bald lashes , definitely not volume or hybrid. lashes falling off like crazy by a so called PRO TECH btw.. - Eyelash Service Near Me - Roseville, California

Absolutely do not go to this studio!!!!! I wouldn't go to any of their studios this is a total scam I went in to get a full set and at first they looked great and was a sucker signing up for their membership plan- Do NOT DO THIS they said they the hypoallergenic glue which I had a severe allergic reaction to and i had to remove the lashes as my whole lid was swollen it was horrible I called to cancel my fill appointment and cancel the membership as the chemicals used made me miserable They would cancel but keep $150 and they said i can come in for a different service that the $150 could be applied to I have called many times either it is a receptionist who doesn't know anything or a voicemail It took calling and pestering about 8 times to get a response Nobody I talked to would consider a refund Do not go here this is a scam read more

I went here twice and wasn't in love with the lashes I had, especially given the cost was significantly more than what I know others pay at smaller businesses. I was going to give them one last try but with a different lash stylist and I'm so glad I did. Isabella gave me my dream lashes the day before my birthday. Will be back especially for her. As much as I'd love to gate keep her, she deserves all the business. Welcome to California, Isabella! read more

I've gone to Amazing Lash Studio twice now for lash fills and both times have been amazing! Kayla and Alyssa have done my fills and I love the way my lashes look! The studio is very flexible with appointments and I always feel comfortable when going in. Highly recommend! read more

Paid for a fill, left with ~50%. Tech said she was booked every hour and couldn't do more. Felt rushed; outcome uneven. Overpaid and under-delivered. Not returning. read more

There customer service is awful. No one seems to know how to manage this location properly and waste peoples time. read more

Maria is amazing, it was my first time getting my lashes extensions and I was a little nervous about how they would look, but Maria did an amazing work, I love them so much! read more

Amazing people there! Kaitlin at the front desk was so professional and kind. The store has an amazing membership program and good deals!

The people at the front desk are always so welcoming, complimentary and nice. The first time I went to this location, I got my lashes done by Katie (she was practicing at the time so I was her "model") and she was so amazing, nice, and we talked the whole time she was doing my lashes, she was great. Second time I came in, I got my lashes done by McKenzie and this was also a good experience as she was very considerate of anything she needed to be aware of, no conversation though, which I enjoy, but not everyone does! Some just need to focus on your lashes so its okay (: Overall, a great experience and I always look forward to my next visit with them (: read more

Shoutout to MARY for her absolutely worst customer service. THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY THE WORST. EVER. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will always always ALWAYS recommend AGAINST this pathetic excuse of an establishment. They ALWAYS have the worst customer service, just take 5 seconds to read the customer reviews.I've literally paid for my mom not once but TWICE and this lady Mary at the front desk denied my poor mom with getting her lashes done!!! It's an absolutely disgusting place. ZERO stars. DO NOT go to the Roseville location. Trust me, spend the extra time to go a little further to the Folsom location. The Roseville location is seriously such a disappointment where I could give 0 stars if given the choice, compared to the Folsom one being a complete 180 degrees in customer service and deserves 10000 stars if given the choice. The Roseville customer service is horrid. I had booked an appointment for my mom a while back and they treated my her so terribly. They never answer their phone and their website doesn't even work. Like do you guys not want clients? Versus at the Folsom one, they're ALWAYS responsive, always on top of it, treats every client with such respect and individualized care (they literally order D curl 15s JUST for me every.single.time!!!) and all the stylists never ever disa Do yourself a favor and go to the Folsom one. read more

Lily gave me exactly what I asked for. I was so nervous going to a new person after losing my lady but I am so happy I found Lily. Good on her for listening to me despite how confusing I was. I told her I wanted volume but not too much, long but not obvious haha she somehow got it just right!! I feel like my set she designed special for me. The grown up version of me not fake looking. Cheers to you Lily I will be seeing you every 2 weeks forever now. (T Swift heart emoji) read more

I came in to inquire about pricing. I was very discourteously shooed away by the two girls sitting chatting in the front. Two girls were obviously too busy chit chatting about instagram to answer any of my questions. This occurred around 5-7pm June 19th Friday. I wont be coming here. Nor will I become a customer ever. Both of them were in much of a rush to let me know without any uncertain terms that they were full and had zero desire to take new clients. Neither of them offered me any recourse. I asked again about pricing and was told to "Just go online and look it up". I've never in my life come across staff so eager to NOT serve their customers. Judging by the VERY low reviews, a high number of them relating to poor front desk service. If management cared about customer welfare, you would think action would've taken much sooner to rectify this obvious weakness in their business. read more

I had the best experience here! I called the week of my wedding (it's on a Saturday), and was able to get an appointment after work pretty last minute. I was pretty nervous because I've never had eyelash extensions before or even worn false eyelashes. I don't wear much make up and prefer a natural look, so getting eyelash extensions was a little daunting for me. I arrived early to my appointment and Olivia, the front desk receptionist, made me feel SO comfortable being there and walked me through all of the instructions and care of the eyelashes, and she was just so kind and helpful answering all of my questions. She was the first person I interacted with there and it gave me a great first impression of the business! Plus because someone had referred me there, I received $10 off my appointment and the person who referred me will get $10 off at her future appointment. So that was a nice bonus! Okay so for the eyelashes. My stylist was Story and she was amazing!! There's several options of eyelash styles to choose from and I thought I wanted the one called "Natural." However, Story took the time to talk with me and understand the look I'm going for at my wedding and suggested that I get the "Gorgeous" style because that's actually the most natural style because it follows the natural curve of your eye (or something like that!). The whole entire experience was so relaxing, I even started to fall asleep sometimes while the eyelashes were being placed. At the end, I was so happy with the result!! I love them m! I've already received so many compliments, and everyone is asking me where I got them done. I'm already and will continue to refer people here, and I'll definitely be back. So all of that to say, I love my eyelashes, had a great experience with the staff and just couldn't be happier with the result! read more

Do NOT go there!! This is the worst company and manager at THIS site. I have cancelled my membership, I had for less than a month, and they have continued to charge me!! Multiple times, despite the cancellation request I have emailed and walked in! This month they made it in two payments, maybe so I wouldn't notice. The tech was sweet, but not who I asked for. The first two appts they cancelled on me same day, first one they cancelled after I sat in their lobby for 15 minutes. The product is garbage. Save yourself, find someone! Do not go through this corporation and definitely not THIS SITE!! Yw read more

Do not come here. Bad lash job. When expressed to girl at front desk I was blown off. Will not be back

Got lashes Saturday night and signed up for their membership. Loved how they turned out, but by Monday half of the lashes fell out and by Thursday I knew there weren't near enough lashes for a fill that I had already scheduled 2 weeks out. They offered to do another full set 2 weeks later, I opted for a refund and cancelled my membership. If they had a quicker turn around instead of making me wait a week and a half to fix them, i may have considered keeping my membership and given it another shot but they said they couldn't get me in until 10 days after I called. read more

I just have to say that these ladies ROCK! Not only did I always leave with absolutely stunning lashes, but I recently had a new baby that is dealing with some health issues and I'm unable to leave the house much besides doctors appointments. I forgot to call them to cancel my membership, and they took it upon themselves to refund me this month's membership fee (which they didn't have to do)! As soon as I'm able to I will be going back for some beautiful lashes!! Thank you for your kindness and lash artistry Amazing Lash Studio, Roseville! read more

Customer service is really bad! I came early for ny appointment about 35 minutes early because if you don't show up or cancel late, you will be charged for the full amount. They had me wait up to my appointment time to tell me that my stylist won't be there and that they have to re-schedule my appointment! 2nd time, I scheduled my mom the same day my appointment and when i called them, they told me my mom doesn't have any appointment! I am definitely moving to another company read more

I've been going to Amazing Lash Studio in Roseville at The Fountains for about 2 months. Alayah does a fanstastic job and did them exactly the way I wanted them. Everyone that works there are very friendly and the roo.d are always clean and relaxing. I am a lifer. read more

My first appointment was great and I loved my first new set of classic lashes but then the following appointments with the Master lash stylist were very disappointing. My last appointment there I had set up for a 30 minute fill and the stylist was running 10 minutes late and then only spent 19 minutes with me in total. My lashes were very sparse and when I told the receptionist that I was only in the room for 19 minutes she ignored me. I placed a complaint and asked for a manager to call me back and never heard anything. Will never go back! read more

I've been coming to amazing lash for years, and time and time again (or every couple of weeks ) their staff astounds me in the best of ways. They've been accommodating with appointments, extremely kind and professional, and most of all, absolutely slay my lashes leaving me feeling like a million bucks. The lashes are soft and weightless despite the insane volume and length, and they hold up against everything I put them through. I highly recommend visiting Amazing Lash at the fountains and booking an appointment with Stori, she is so gentle and gives you exactly what you want. read more

Amazing Lash Studio - Longest length in 6D gorgeous lashes! - Eyelash Service Near Me - Roseville, California

Awful. Right now on both eyes I have several clumps of lashes that have 5-8 natural lashes glued together, & this happens every time. The lash techs do not use magnifiers, so they constantly glue several natural lashes to one artificial one (super painful). On top of that they hit you with a ton of hidden fees. Do yourself a favor & find a self employed lash artist. The girls that work here only work here because they can't keep a solid clientele based on their skill alone. That's why they have to work someone that hands them clients read more

I happened to be walking around the Fountains at Roseville mall when I saw Amazing Lash Studio running a promo and decided to stop in and make an appointment. This was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I was apprehensive. The staff was amazing, Kaylee did an amazing job of applying them and keeping me informed throughout the entire process. I absolutely love the way they make my eyes look! read more

The service I receive from Nejila'a is always stellar. She truly goes above and beyond. She's gentle when removing/adding, and is a perfectionist when it comes to my lashes. I've never had irritation, and my lashes always look and feel natural. Her work speaks for itself, however, it would be a disservice to not share this gem with all of you. read more

COVID has been hard for everyone. But when you charge me $119 membership fee & then 10hrs later you close...again!! I call requesting my $$ back & the manager there gave me the worst attitude ever! Not one to complain on social media but this was HORRIBLE!! I understand you are stressed having to close I even tried to console her and let her know that I feel for the stylist but I have to think about my needs 1st!! After all this is a business I pay a service for!! . The manager directly tells me and I quote "I don't know what you guys expect us to do with everyone requesting their money back!! If this is the case we may never be able to open again! So fine I'll give you money back but we are canceling your membership!!!!" I had only called to get my most recent withdrawal refunded, I had no intentions of canceling my membership but she took it upon herself to decide this for me! Absolutely rude and honestly I couldn't get a word in!! So let me ask you this, you took my $119 and you have no idea when you're going to open again or even if you can open again so if I were to have you keep my $119 would I ever see it again???? P.S still waiting for my refund read more

I got my lashes done there once and they fell off the next day. Worse still, the communication, organization, and professionalism at this establishment is severely lacking. They said they'd cancel my sister's monthly membership, and proceeded to bill her for a year without any notice. Now she is out a $1000 because they couldn't bother to keep and read the notes on her account. This is not how you build a relationship with the community. read more

Today I had a lash fill at the Folsom Amazing Lash location. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. I mentioned my previous problems with the Roseville location and wanted to update this review to reflect how helpful they were. The receptionist was so sorry for my 109 dollar charge that she told me over the phone that she would speak to Grace, (the district manager) and see what Grace could do. So today when I went for my appointment. Grace was there and did not charge me for my lash fill! She only charged the price of the volume lashes and master stylist fee! I felt like someone actually listened and acted. I was very sorry that I forgot my appointment, but being a three year customer should amunt to one mistake! Thanks Grace, you are a class act! read more

I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Mel who works the front desk at this location. She is absolutely amazing! She's so good at her job ! She is always friendly and I can always count on her to schedule my appointments and make sure they are all set. I am beyond disappointed. At first I tried the 6 in 1 lashes....followed instructions to the letter...they were half gone in 5 days. Then I went back and changed to the classic. Again, followed the instructions perfectly. Bought their aftercare stuff. Lashes half off in 5 days. Its ridiculous. When I called to cancel my subscription? They were rude and didnt even apologize. I would never recommend this lash salon to anybody. They are extremely overpriced. They misrepresent their services. And they lock you in and hold you hostage in a membership. My daughter warned me that lash extensions are addictive, but I didn't listen. Now I've been getting them done for more than a year and just love it. Hannah is my favorite, she does a wonderful job. I was seeing Hanna I believe, shes the best, but the customer service at this store is awful. Was getting my lashes done for months! then decided to take a break for a few month, probs will go to another store because they have charged me for two months of premium service with out my acknowledgement after I was told my account was put on hold for my lashes to grow more. Then told me they would call me back to straighten out the issue still havent heard back from the manager that has her nose stuck so far up her ass. She is very snooty. Worst customer service ever seen. Took an Uber there was 1 min late for my appointment and they canceled on me. Worst front desk staff!!!

Never have I ever had my card drafted for $140 without my consent!!! I came here for a fill and by the time I was at the register I was crying, they looked horrible and I was now stuck between paying over $100 for a fill or $140 for a membership which included 2 fills, (mind you I have never received a full set but still had to pay $140 for a fill) I decided to go with the membership because it came with 2 more fills for only $35 vs over $100 per fill. Dumbest mistake of my life. I signed what I thought was a month to month membership and this front desk rep never once disclosed that my account would be drafted every month for $140!!!! I HAD NEVER EVEN USED MY OTHER 2 FILLS! What a fuckin ripoff! I finally got a call from the manager stating she would refund my $140 and cancel my account! Here we are the week of Christmas and still no money in my account. I'm a single mom with 2 kids and now i'm just out of $140 because THIS STORE couldn't communicate effectively. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my money at this lash studio. I went to walgreens and got the KISS tapered end trio lash and did my lashes myself for $6! DO NOT waste your money here!!! read more

It's a scam. My daughter signed up later she cancelled her membership. Her cc was charged again , she got the run around and was promised the money would be returned, nope. Charged again.
