Hi there, Just visited this place today. Customer service was terrible, no receptionist and had to wait 20 min in lobby with no greetings. My friend and I came in for lashes and i got the " master lash tech" I pulled up inspo from AMAZING LASH STUDIO ROSEVILLE, and the master lash tech said she wasn't able to do it??? so why be a master tech if you can't even do the inspo your own salon has posted and recommend the clients to pick inspo from instagram?? I ended up settling for a classic set. Pro Texh said it was a hybrid.. i then went to folsom amazing lash to ask what she did on my eyes and she confirmed that what that tech did was a classic set. Not only that , the minute i got home 4 lash fans fell out and my lashes looked absolutely nothing like the inspo, incredibly rushed and lashes are not staying on. CRAZY FOR $194 .... I also asked this "pro lash tech" for my receipt because i was uncomfortable with the price and the result of my lashes. She said there was no receptionist and had to check me out herself, I asked for the receipt and she said she couldn't print it because the printer was down so I asked for an email and she said something was wrong with her system. Incredibly sketchy and i was refused my receipt.. ? As a client this is extremely disappointing and sketchy especially having hopes for a first time lash extension. This lash tech was not professional WHAT SO EVER service wise and profession wise. The vibe in the room was off , she wasn't welcoming and was trying to get it done as soon as possible, kept going on her phone and walking out of the room multiple times mid service. I also paid for my friend's lashes, again almost $200 and I was refused to receipt and I was told she would be done in 15 minutes and waited a whole hour without being updated. I went here twice and wasn't in love with the lashes I had, especially given the cost was significantly more than what I know others pay at smaller businesses. I was going to give them one last try but with a different lash stylist and I'm so glad I did. Isabella gave me my dream lashes the day before my birthday. Will be back especially for her. The first time I went to this location, I got my lashes done by Katie (she was practicing at the time so I was her "model") and she was so amazing, nice, and we talked the whole time she was doing my lashes, she was great. Second time I came in, I got my lashes done by McKenzie and this was also a good experience as she was very considerate of anything she needed to be aware of, no conversation though, which I enjoy, but not everyone does! I came in to inquire about pricing. I was very discourteously shooed away by the two girls sitting chatting in the front. Two girls were obviously too busy chit chatting about instagram to answer any of my questions. This occurred around 5-7pm June 19th Friday. I wont be coming here. Nor will I become a customer ever. Both of them were in much of a rush to let me know without any uncertain terms that they were full and had zero desire to take new clients. Neither of them offered me any recourse. I had the best experience here! I called the week of my wedding (it's on a Saturday), and was able to get an appointment after work pretty last minute. I was pretty nervous because I've never had eyelash extensions before or even worn false eyelashes. I don't wear much make up and prefer a natural look, so getting eyelash extensions was a little daunting for me. I arrived early to my appointment and Olivia, the front desk receptionist, made me feel SO comfortable being there and walked me through all of the instructions and care of the eyelashes, and she was just so kind and helpful answering all of my questions. She was the first person I interacted with there and it gave me a great first impression of the business! Plus because someone had referred me there, I received $10 off my appointment and the person who referred me will get $10 off at her future appointment. So that was a nice bonus! Okay so for the eyelashes. My stylist was Story and she was amazing!! There's several options of eyelash styles to choose from and I thought I wanted the one called "Natural." However, Story took the time to talk with me and understand the look I'm going for at my wedding and suggested that I get the "Gorgeous" style because that's actually the most natural style because it follows the natural curve of your eye (or something like that!). The whole entire experience was so relaxing, I even started to fall asleep sometimes while the eyelashes were being placed. At the end, I was so happy with the result!! I love them m! I've already received so many compliments, and everyone is asking me where I got them done. I'm already and will continue to refer people here, and I'll definitely be back. Today I had a lash fill at the Folsom Amazing Lash location. The staff there is always friendly and helpful. I mentioned my previous problems with the Roseville location and wanted to update this review to reflect how helpful they were. The receptionist was so sorry for my 109 dollar charge that she told me over the phone that she would speak to Grace, (the district manager) and see what Grace could do. So today when I went for my appointment. Grace was there and did not charge me for my lash fill! She only charged the price of the volume lashes and master stylist fee! I felt like someone actually listened and acted. I was very sorry that I forgot my appointment, but being a three year customer should amunt to one mistake! Never have I ever had my card drafted for $140 without my consent!!! I came here for a fill and by the time I was at the register I was crying, they looked horrible and I was now stuck between paying over $100 for a fill or $140 for a membership which included 2 fills, (mind you I have never received a full set but still had to pay $140 for a fill) I decided to go with the membership because it came with 2 more fills for only $35 vs over $100 per fill. Dumbest mistake of my life. I signed what I thought was a month to month membership and this front desk rep never once disclosed that my account would be drafted every month for $140!!!!
