My friend and I have been going here for years. We love it. Mostly we do the pedicure service. With the leg massage, hot stones, salt or sugar scrub, and a mud mask. I will get gel polish because I like it to last and my friend likes regular polish so she can change her design often. We went in last weekend and had an amazing time. The ladies who helped us, Vi and Tina were absolutely wonderful. We asked Vi to recreate a bunny design and we loved it. She was pretty proud of herself too. You never get care in your pedi they skip different thangs everytime I go polish comes out lumps and sloppy today when I asked about my toe being black after they was done (I had Blach Gel polish) they told me I can wash it in the shower. **crazzy* not to mention it still have dead skin in spots on the bottom on my foot and heal . . I visited this salon last weekend with my niece for the first time. The advertised price was $25 for a basic pedicure. I really appreciated that they were able to make an appt for us right away. I told them we wanted a basic $25 pedicure and reassured them at least twice when they asked if I wanted to do the $35 one. I was in a rush because I needed to leave town, so I just wanted it to be quick, which is why I didn't want the extra massage and whatever else they would do. The ladies were nice and the pedicure was fine. When I got to the front, she said I owed $70. And that the pedicures were $35 each. I didn't mention that she was overcharging me, I just paid it, gave a $10 tip to each lady, and left. I was actually going to tip them $20 each, so I ended up paying the same I was prepared to pay. And yes, she knew she was overcharging me because she was the one who did my pedicure. I don't appreciate dishonesty, so for that reason alone, I won't go back. The only reason I went was because the salon I normally go to is closed on Sundays. read more

I had recently got a gel manicure. The same day 2 hours later the polish chipped. And I called the salon and they had already left for the day, actually before 7pm the time they close. The phone call was diverted to Christy the manager/owner. She told me she is already closed, for me to come the next day. I told her I had a flight to catch and I was leaving my house at 4:30am. So I ended up going on my trip slowly one by one my nails started chipping. Within 3 days of having my nails done all of them had chipped. Once I was back from the trip in 6 days I called the salon numerous times and each time I was told the manger is not there or she is busy. I left my name and phone number for her to return my call and I never heard back. One day when I called Christy answered the phone herself and just kept saying I'm busy and I told her I have been waiting for her to call me and she just kept saying she is busy. I'm actually done with the salon. I won't be going back. Their prices are more than the other local shops, and they are always trying to upsell. All I wanted was a credit for the next time I went in and the manager was too busy to deal with me. I'm so disappointed and don't even want to give them one star. This is my first time at Jolie Nail spa at Antelope. I am so happy with everything I got . The girl who did my Nail is so very pretty. She did very detail and great on my hands . At Jolie Nail you can get full services such as.. micro-blading, eyelashes extension, waxing, facial massage.... The shop very clean and the equipments did set up in a sanitized bag, the supplies are one-time used. They also used the sanitize liquid spray for cleaning the spa chair and the nail station after each customer All the staffs working here are very nice and friendly Wow! I had dip done, it was not good at all. 1) they could now color match with the dip on my hands, gel on my toes ( which is always a problem with dip). 2) the dip application was done uneven, I can see through my nails. 3) I asked for the shape to be coffin, go square/round. read more

First time here .... let me say... I am impressed! All of the ladies are super sweet & accommodating. When I showed them the picture of the nails I wanted, she (Hannah) seemed a little nervous. But she went for it and then came out just how I wanted! Beautiful. Their pedicure was super relaxing. This place is also very clean! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never been to a place and had such a bad experience. I got my nails done three weeks ago from my original place I love and unfortunately with my new job I needed to get them removed but they were closed so I ended up coming here. First I want to mention that on there page it says 7$ to have nails removed, they charged me 20$ and when I asked why they told me because my nails were thick. I've never had a place charge me 20$ to remove nails. Second I was there for over an hour and half getting them removed, they had my hands soaking in acetone the ENTIRE time. I told them my skin was hurting from it she continued to put my hands back into the bowl. As they are removing them they are talking badly about my nails the entire time to each other in front of me. I told them multiple times I loved how my nails were done that wasn't the problem I needed them removed for work related things. Another lady getting her nails done even apologized and said she was sorry I was dealing with this. I was absolutely embarrassed and irritated. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

First time I've been here. I asked for dip powder. They didn't have many colors to choose from. Mostly red, very light Pinks and whites. I got black. The lady didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. She was constantly sanding them down and re dipping them. She was moving very fast but kept having to go back and fix her work. The clear coat was already peeling off within an hour of leaving. So far two and a half nails have no clear cost and the rest are starting to peel. I've only had these for less than 24 hours!! read more

This was my first time here. I live right down the street but am never usually one to get my nails done. Usually just pedicures and I had a spot I was driving out of my way to go to. Anyways, I had had my nails done at another salon previously on vacation in San Fran. I then had to have my index finger nail removed for a test. I went into Jolie's to have the index acrylic put back on and then fill the rest or my nails. I made an appointment for 1. I arrived at 12:50 and was seen at 1:30. It's a Saturday so I was forgiving on wait time. I was sat with Anthony and he was great. Super attentive and detailed oriented. He didn't rush and really focused on the shape (which was nice) He also did a fabulous job at applying the gel polish. Needless to say, definitely my new spot and will be back! **The only reason it's 4 stars out of 5 is because I'm realizing I paid 30 bucks to have one nail put on and a fill with gel polish. An acrylic fill is 16 dollars. Gel Polish is 5. That's 21. So unless putting one nail on cost 9 dollars or they're charging 5 bucks a hand for gel, that doesn't make sense to me. Will have to figure out next time I go in. read more

I have tried and tried and tried again with this place for years. Done as of today and moving on. From the glue-ing of my eyelids together (not supposed to happen) with lash extensions, like glued shut, to the use of literal rags with holes in them for facials when the regular facial person isn't there and no one cares, to the inexperienced techs who do not know how to apply powder dip for a fill (all previous powder should be removed from the nail bed with proper tools instead of stacking new powder on top of old powder), to over applying the Uv light. I give up, last straw was a manicure that had crooked edges and bubbles in the gel polish and an argument with a rude tech who probably isn't licensed and was so entitled that she didn't seem to think uneven nails and bubbles in the polish on my fingers were a problem, instead she just kept pushing designs for additional money, why would anyone want designs on top of shoddy paint!?! My first time here, I had Ha as my nail tech. She seems very nice and talkative but her work was half-assed. I asked for a nude powder with neon yellow French tips. She had the shape and length but when it came to the French tips, she struggled and I ended up not getting them. Through the last 30 minutes, another worker bombarded her with a new phone she got and I was helping her get used to it so obviously, it was my fault for engaging in her and not paying attention to my nails. I got home and I noticed some flaws. I paid $40 for this fill and I'm not going back. I guess that's what happens when you're desperate and choose to go anywhere! read more

I came in this past Saturday night (11/4/17), an hour before closing to get my gel nail polish pedicure off. I got clear nail polish because I like to give my nails a rest for a little bit. I am really disappointed on the work and never coming here again. It was my first and last time coming there. I ended up getting an in-grown on my right big toe nail. It started hurting that night. I have posted a picture as well. The picture was taken Sunday night. A day after my services were done. If I had an in-grown, that means their tools were used and not clean. This used to be my regular place of choice for pedicures and today decided to try for my natural nails. Well I got reminded as to why I do not go here for manicures. The random up-charge that is not on their menu, mixed with random pushes for designs you're not asking for. It makes for an overall bad experience when you feel the math isn't adding up. Ask for clarification but all the sudden they charge for something to make the math. Disappointed. Natural nails, no tips so guess they need to increase the price somehow. Only keeping at 2 stars because the pedicures are decent, they do best of fitting you in (but can be a headache as they try to get everyone in, you can be sitting for 30mins). read more
