This nail salon was recommended by a friend who works at a grocery store. I would always notice the gorgeous acrylic work she had done, with super bright and gorgeous artwork! She sang the praises of Palace Nails and says she has been coming here for years. Say no more! Brought my daughter and her little bestie along for some birthday acrylic sets. I called first and Tina was so welcoming and accommodating for the time that worked for us. The salon bright and packed, we arrived and Tina was still so sweet about us being there (even way earlier than anticipated). Sure enough, the work they do is gorgeous and high in quality. They take their time to ensure that things were done right. While I am grateful for speedy nail salon visits, I've now learned over the years that the work doesn't last if things are applied and done quickly. I would definitely recommend this spot! Tina, Quan, and Hannah are all fantastic and do amazing work!!! My two girls are over the moon (which means that I am too)! read more

I went in for an acrylic nail removal and instead of doing a proper soak off the lady just went under the acrylic with a fake nail tip and pulled it off with nail clippers. Charged $15 for something I could've done at home. My nails were so healthy and long underneath but they left me with the worse looking nails. Most nail salons don't care about your nail health, I recommend looking into at home nail techs in the sac area. read more

I've gone twice to Palace and have been impressed with their work. My first set was the yellow nails and i absolutely loved them! I also got lots of compliments by the ladies there. I went back a month later since they had grown out. Su did an awesome job with the milky white ones! She had so much attention to detail in making sure they're smooth and event. My other nail salon closed so I luckily found this salon close to my house. The price is comparable to other salons in the area. Both times I just walked in for a pedicure and was seated right away. The massage chairs are extremely comfortable. They have so many variety colors. Excellent service, they take their time and you receive definitely receive the spa treatment. read more

I called at 904am on a Sunday for a walk in gel manicure. The very nice lady that answered said they had available technicians and to come in. I got there about ten minutes later and was pleasantly impressed. The shop was clean and there was clients already there getting there nails and toes done. I was welcomed with a very friendly greeting and was directed to an empty chair. That's when Ruby took my hand and began her magical journey. I told her that it was months since I got my nails done. I explained that my cuticles were a mess, nails were different lengths and shapes and that they needed love. I saw this look in her eyes, like she knew exactly what I needed. And that's when she began to do her thang! My nails turned out AMAZING! And she hooked up my cuticles, nails and everything! Then did an amazing job with the "cat eye" I wanted. I'm not going anywhere else! Thank you Ruby and the rest of the fantastic staff for making a believer out of me!! Can't wait to come back and for that magic to be spread on my toes. read more

Got a nail tech who was chatty. I get that she wants to make small talk but I was just not in the mood. What I disliked was she kept dropping her tools on the floor. I came in for an appointment someone 5:30 for a mani pedi set. I asked the prices for everything before my service of course and even double checked before I was finished. They quoted me 50 for my nails 47 for my toes. Which what round up to $97 but when I paid they quoted me $102 which at first I thought nothing up until I went to pay and had to grab cash from the ATM inside the business. which they then told me was only $.50 which is also located on the screen of the ATM when I check my bank account. I find out that they have charged me three dollars just to pull out money and then I tipped them $18 on top of that I feel cheated and I do not plan on coming back. read more

I came in here and was over charged for all my services. A man did my pedi and I asked for the number 2 which was $35 and he charged me for a $60 pedi, I thought flavors were included in the number two so I told him green tea. He did not clarify that my #2 did not come with a flavor but just continued with the more expensive service. My nails were priced at $45 for a SHORT, square, white power... the Lady tried to charge me $65. I ended having to pay for the $60 pedi, but I will not be coming back. Super greedy and completely conned me. EXPLAIN to people what services are and don't try to rob someone of their money just because you want to make more money. Just not nice. read more

Did not supersede expectations. When someone opens next to an existing salon, I feel like the service, customer care and cleanliness should be top priority. I did not experience it here. The tech kept picking at my cuticles like literally just motioning like she was cutting the skin but didn't really cut anything also my color turned out bumpy. I pointed out the flaw and it did not get corrected. read more

This place is down the street from where I moved in with my husband. I decided to check it out and it was pretty cute. Pretty busy I might ask for a Tuesday but they were welcoming to walk-ins. They abided by the COVID regulations, masks worn by the customers and they were really nice and conversational with their guests. Prices were reasonable, equipment sanitary, and would definitely come back again. read more

"I paid $35 for the spa pedicure at Palace Nails Spa and it was extremely disappointing. They didn't give me the hot towel or the calf and foot massage that's supposed to be included. The whole thing was rushed and finished in less than 5 minutes, and then the person just left. It felt super quick, careless, and definitely not worth the money. Prices are inconsistent, one day your ombré fill is $45 the next it's $60 with polish/glitter polish. (Nails medium short) I've had family members that came here experiencing the random up-charge. Pedicures feel rushed. I've been coming here for years, but sadly the inconsistency has me looking elsewhere. read more

I went in and asked if they had time for a pedicure they said yes. Sat me in the chair after 15 minutes of waiting. Other people came in and they started working on them. They said they had appointments, and that's totally fine, I understand. But knowing they had appointments and still making telling me they had time for me is terrible. They could've said they didn't have time they have appointments but instead, I was going to have to sit another 40 minutes in the chair for someone to show up absolutely terrible customer service do not go to the salon! read more

I booked an appointment for myself for a full set and my 2 daughters for pedicures. My daughters waited 45minutes past the appointment time and their water was cold. they took in walk-in before honoring the appointment time! my full set looked like garbage! I was almost in tears! The owner said she would fix it if I waited, then said wait until tomorrow, and then wait 2 days after that! I didn't have time to cone back during the week and by the next weekend my nails started falling off! owner then told me I needed to schedule a fill!!! read more

I made an appointment for 4:15 on a Monday evening for 2 pedicures as part of a celebratory date night with my fiancé. We hadn't gotten pedicures together in over a year and was really looking forward to unwinding and some much needed kid free-self-care time. Palace Nails and Spa is new to our area so we decided to give the local business a try. We arrived on time to our appointment and we were not even greeted. I signed us in on the clipboard and we sat down. The salon is very tiny and feels way too cramped and they played country music. No offense, but I did not want to sit and listen to country music and have my immediate view of someone getting there nails done. They are heavy lacking on the welcoming ambiance here. We sat for at-least 10 minutes before anyone came up to us and we should have just left then. A man ran barely lukewarm water and sat us in the pedicure chairs. We sat there for 30 minutes before anyone came to start on my toes. My fiancé sat for 50 minutes before anyone came to start his toes. Mind you at that point our feet were shriveled and sitting in cold water. I had to ask her to please make our water hot and throughout our time there we kept being told just a few more minutes. Everything there is soooo close to each other, there is literally no space in there. If you are looking to unwind and relax this is not the place to come. There was nothing inviting, welcoming, or relaxing about this salon. This wait and service here is unacceptable. This salon is a hard no for me. read more

What a great pedicure. One of the best pedicures I have ever had. I'm from SoCal and was visiting with my daughter, mom, and niece and we decided stopped here for manicures and pedicures. We were seen right away and the staff was extremely friendly and communicative. They let us know up front the cost for each service. Wife and I walked in to get our toes done. The prices were ok but the service was worth it. No appointment and was seated right away. I got the second tier foot job with a good scrub and hot stone rub. Wife got the first tier with a gel coat. I liked that the lady working on us just went to work. No extra talking or pausing, just getting us done. They made sure to get all the in grown nails out which a simple pleasure I enjoy. Would definitely go back. read more

Anthony is the best!! I LOVE every set he has done for me so far. His shaping is amazing! My nails are always so smooth, sharp, and even. side note: the blue set lasted me 4 weeks and they were still in great condition. I'm so glad I found this place! For pedicures this place is amazing super nice super friendly. First time there price is good waxing that's a different story. I will not get wax there again. They use the same stick over and over again to wax you. Not sure if that's legal but pretty gross. read more

Went in as a walk-in on a whim today and am super glad that I chose to do so. I've been growing out my nails for awhile now and just wanted to treat myself. I met Anna, who I definitely plan on coming back for. She did an amazing job. Most technicians miss the side of my nails, but she was SO precise. We did 3 coats of this BRIGHT orange/coral gel polish, and I felt fabulous coming out of the salon. She took her time and had pride in her work and I'm very grateful for that. We had a bit of conversation, she politely let me know what was going on... I'm very grateful to have come in today. Thank you guys so much again!!! *I'll add a photo later! read more

When I expressed my concerns, instead of listening, he argued with me and kept saying they weren't short. The woman with the tattoo came over and repeatedly interrupted me. She kept insisting they could add acrylic, powder, or tips to make them longer, but I explained multiple times that I wanted my own natural nails and did not want fake nails. What bothered me most was that neither of them listened to what I was saying. They continuously talked to each other while looking at me, which made me feel very uncomfortable. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to understand why I was upset. After about 20-30 minutes, I decided to leave because I no longer felt comfortable. I told them their customer service was rude and unprofessional. I paid $5 for the nail cutting and left. This experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and frustrated. I will not be returning.

If you want complete gel color and top coat it is an extra $10. Design prices vary. I thought these prices were extremely fair. That can definitely affect the quality of work. Both ladies were friendly and hard working. My only complaint was when she was painting my nails she didn't go right up to the cuticle so they look a little more grown out then they should after only a week. Also, a small piece of the gel top coat on my thumb chipped after just two days. I only consider those minor flaws compared to problems I've had at other nail salons.
