Came here with my sons step mom for a much needed pedicure. They've remodeled since I was here years ago, and it's nice inside. I feel like the price was on point. The lady who did my pedicure was nice and did a great job. Will definitely be back for a much needed and relaxed pedicure again in the future.

I had an horrific experience went in to get a nail fix I called in the morning to get it fixed. She tried one powder then owner gets mad because I told her that I just want the closest color possible since I didnt pick the color then I told her "it will do" then she tells me to get up and leave while I had my son in my other hand. I was so surprised because I tip everyone and not only was I treated disrespectfully but she started yelling in front of my son. Its ABSOLUTELY INSANE horrible business. NEVER GO THERE!

If you are unclear or unsure, it is your responsibility to ask until YOU understand. These services & products used are high quality, if you want cheaper, go to some shit shop that dgaf about you or your wants. Good nails aren't cheap, cheap nails aren't good... Also if you can't afford to tip, you definitely shouldn't be getting services done from here or anywhere. The ladies are friendly & always cheerful. The shop is clean & the workers themselves & equipment are as well. As stated, I've been coming here for years & have stayed late many times & witnessed their meticulous cleaning processes first hand. I've stayed loyal to this shop through 2 owners, numerous remodels & allllll these years because they are wonderful people who provide wonderful services. I've referred a ton of people as well without second thought, because I know these woman take care of their clients!

I've going to this place for years starting with the talented Annie. It's a total Vibe. All the techs are friendly and talented. They are innovative and always down to try new designs. I always leave there with an amazing set and even better feeling. Yvonne does incredible designs freehanded and never disappoints. 11/10 highly recommend. Also the spa pedicures are amazing and so relaxing. Don't even get me started on the foot massage lol they are amazing people .

I've been going here for well over ten years. Lina is my pedicure person. I had given up my nails about a year ago because of personal reasons. Decided I wanted my nails done and after going to another nail person for over ten yrs I decided I'm going to Lena for all these years for my pedis well why not nails? EDIT - Response to owner. Why would the exact date matter? Why not just take responsibility and constructive criticism and grow as a business instead of responding to all the negative reviews? Shows what kind of business you are. AND i forgot to mention that despite the negative experience we STILL left a tip just to be kind. Again I never leave reviews so if i'm leaving one especially a negative one... that says a lot. Went about a month ago with an appointment with my little sister and my mom as her birthday gift. I was motivated to go because of all of the positive reviews but I honestly don't recommend. Even though we went with reservations they took FOREVER to start the pedicure on my mom. When my mom didn't want to wait anymore they tried to convince her to wait. They started 2 other ladies nails that got there AFTER us before they started on my mom. They also rushed my little sister and I into picking our colors quickly, the ladies that did our pedicures also seemed to have such a bad attitude. It was HORRIBLE. I'm not one to leave reviews usually but this was just so bad. Safe to say we will never recommend this place or ever come back. Absolute worst experience ever. read more

Such a great place. Every technician is kind and thoughtful. The owner is amazing at multitasking and making sure everyone is taken care of and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. I love this place!! It is professional and clean. Other reviewer said give it one out of five stars are ridiculous. They run a very tight business because they are very busy. We need to show up on time because they have it scheduled that way. It's not a walk-in salon. Its the classic " you get what you pay for." Its not the cheapest but it is the cleanest. They are so sanitary and for that alone i will keep going back! read more

This place is an overpriced salon FULL of rude ass nail techs who are NEVER ready for their appts on time, but will give you an earful if you aren't there early. I've gone here for over a year & I've heard the manager constantly tell customers that they're wrong in such a rude way (similar to how she argues w/ people in the comments of their reviews on here) & Im just so over this disgusting place. They charge you $5 for every tiny little thing, including when their shitty work is to blame. All I can say is read the other 1 star reviews before you come to this salon bc they definitely tell a story. read more

I will never go here again. I walked in for a fill. And they kept insisting for a full set because my color I wanted wouldn't look right with fill because the color powder it was originally..... I went in showing a picture of what I wanted...... she said yes she could do it.... I walked out with ugly ass alien nails. Color and shape completely off. Recently moved near Antelope and been looking for a good nail place. Came across La Belle Nails, while looking to get some Christmas nails done, and called to make an appt with Yvonne. Once I arrived, I was instantly greeted and offered a beverage. The nail shop was so nice and clean, too! I was instantly seated and Yvonne got to working on my nails. She's so nice and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the process, which I appreciated! In the end, I absolutely love my nails and was so happy with the outcome! It's hard sometimes finding shops that can do artwork based off of inspo pics, but all of the ladies here seem so talented and were doing cute work on their clients! I definitely recommend and look forward to going back! 10/10 recommend. I'm so happy I found this place! read more

I have no issue paying good money for my nails because I like my nails to look amazing. I decided to make an appointment which they were able to squeeze me in and I was thankful ! I get there before my appointment and they still did not get to me until 10 after my appointment! Okay no biggie so then these two little girls came in and got seen before me so I'm like oh lord here we go !!! So long story short Helen is her name she took mad long to remove my nails then she told me I can't have what I'm paying for because there is another family or whatever that is waiting. Recently I decided to find a new nail place after being disappointed with a few in Natomas. After reading reviews I ended up checking La Belle and OMG I couldn't be happier!!! Hanna waxed my eyebrows and let me tell you for someone who is very particular about their eyebrows being perfect she lived up to my expectations. A week after my eyebrow I made an appointment for a mani pedi for my mom and I and again they were AMAZING!!!...Annie the former owner did both my many and pedi and she was such a delightful. Not once did my mom and I feel like we were new customers. She and her staff all are so nice. Usually the staff make you feel like they are gossiping about you but here everyone was friendly and made you feel like you were a regular there. Both the former and new owners did a fantastic job on our manicures. Annie especially did such a great job with my pedicure and in grown nail. Unlike other places who dig into your nails and make you bleed she was flawless. Another huge note they aren't like other nails places that are GREEDY for tips they were so cool. I didn't have cash and told them I don't have cash for tips and they were super nice about it. Or (Vy) I rarely get full sets because I can't function with long nails so I always get gel and I love designs but nail techs on Roseville never agree to a design for me because I have very short nails. Which I do. Vi was the one who suggested this gorgeous design and I was so impressed! I will definitely be coming back for her and her designs! read more

Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

Typically I would not leave a review like this but I really dislike when companies are disrespectful and have no customer service skills. I made an appointment over a month ago that I accidentally missed this morning due to being in the E.R. most of the evening. I typically never miss appointments and have never no showed as I work in the industry and get appointments that don't show up as well. It's part of this industry. With all the health issues I've been having I had forgotten I even had an appointment and since La Belle never does any type of reminders the appointment was missed. It's a perfectly human thing to happen and when I've had it happen to me I'm always still nice and professional when I send out my no show texts but the text they decided to send me really made me mad. She said "Hey Alex where are you? Your appointment @9 with Kelly don't make appointment anymore if you not responsible for your time ok" First of all my name is Alexis not Alex, secondly don't tell me I'm not responsible with my time. I will never make an appointment here again so you don't have to worry about that as you have lost a customer forever and I will tell everyone who asks how horrible the customer service is. If you don't want no shows then you should set up reminders as I do in my own business. Maybe if you sent a reminder text instead of a rude text after the fact then it wouldn't have came to this. I've never had a bad experience with them until this point and I've spent over $100 on a set of nails many times so to be treated like this for missing one appointment is ridiculous to me. I'm not a habitual appointment misser and have never missed an appointment that I've booked so you need to definitely learn how you talk to customers and how to approach these situations. I've worked in a variety of day spas and medical spas and if anyone ever sent a text like that to a client they would be fired. You don't talk to customers in that way it's extremely rude and unprofessional. I've been a loyal client of Kelly's but no longer will I after this incident. I'm sure they'll leave a rude response to this too because they have zero manners here. I've seen them be extremely rude to people that come in and on the phone but I overlooked it because I liked how Kelly did my nails. However after this never again, I will not support a company that disrespects their customers. read more

Well let me just start off with I went in there with an ideal of my nails and Yvonne the owner always makes it 100% better with her ideals. If there is something not up to her standards she'll work hard to make sure it is by the time she is done. If you don't like something she makes sure you can come back and they will fix it. This mail shop I have been going there for years now. They are not boring and keep quiet and don't talk to you. They talk to you like you are family because that's what they are all about. I got my nails and toes done and Lin who does my toes is amazing. Yvonne who does my nails I went in there for a plain boring all yellow and she did marble with flower with powder on my nails and I love them. This mail shop is nothing but nice they are never rude they make sure they live up to standards. If they are running late with you it's because it takes time doing nails and up to there standard of perfection. They don't want you walking out with ugly nails. They want you looking good and feeling good. I highly recommend coming here and getting your nails done. If you know you want designs or anything on nails and don't something on pintrist I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time so they have time. read more

Horrific experience, the owner is mentally unwell. I was there for 4 hours for a simple French tip, I got conned into putting on a new set when I already had a one month old set on, the work was bad and 3 people tried to fix, they couldn't admit the work was bad and the owner flashed on me. Their tools are dirty, their attitude is bad, their work is rushed and not even the bare min you can't even get a French manicure here, they burned every nail so badly I'm laying here with lidocaine on my hands with NO nails after 4 hours of bs. This is a chop shop, not a shop that's going to take good care of you and wants your repeat business they triple book and take every walk in and phone call is "come now" so every job is rushed and this by far today was the worst. I'm burned cut and no nails and got gaslit by the owner that I WAS WRONG. No accountability she just said "go somewhere else" I would've been a great loyal client but after today I will happily find another salon that isn't triple booking and can handle a French tip and not cut corners. My experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the service was lacking as the staff treated me rudely and even raised their voices. After my nails were already done, I requested a color change because it didn't match what I had initially asked for. Instead of addressing my request professionally, they told me they could refund my money, creating an awkward and unnecessary situation. Furthermore, I was informed of an additional $5 charge at the end of the visit, contradicting the information provided on their website, which stated a different price. To make matters worse, the electric nail file used during the procedure caused an injury, which is unacceptable and goes against any safety standards. In summary, my visit to this nail salon was unpleasant and frustrating. Not only did I experience unprofessional treatment, but there was also a violation of the established payment terms on their website. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as the quality of service does not justify the price. read more

1st , I loved the atmosphere here! I walked in and I felt welcomed, I felt happy, and I knew right off the bat I was going to get good service. 2nd, Annie the owner, was absolutely AMAZING!!! She listened to what I wanted, she was very sweet, she was very straight forward, and I could tell she takes pride in the work she does! She was able to take me in last minute because I needed cute nails for my interview at MAC. I've been to numerous nail shops, and never have I received service the way I did here. Everyone was so kind. Annie did the best job on my nails, so I will definitely be going back!!!! $45 for a full set! Amazing price! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing nails! I am absolutely in love with this place !!!!!! all of the ladies are sooooo sweet and funny! and they all do a terrific job so you really cant go wrong in this salon from flares to rounded to plain to super creative they do it all !!! I Love this Nail salon!! Lena does my nails. She always does them the way I want them. I go three weeks between appointments. I have never had a nail lift, break or chip. You have to have an appointment, which I like. The pedicures are just as amazing. I recommend La Belle Nails to everyone who comments on my nails. read more
