I've been coming here off and on since before Covid. I usually get a gel pedicure and have my natural nails cut and shaped. Kathy and Henry are always very nice and do a great job! Today, I went in for just a manicure of my natural nails, no color. Kathy was as upbeat as always! She did a great job and she even rounds out my nails for me, as I can't have sharp corners on them. This is wonderful, because most nail salons don't do rounded nails anymore unless they're the sharp, pointy ones. I did not get the names of my technicians but, my pedicure was done by a woman wearing a necklace with an "H" and a young gentleman with the most beautiful hands, manicure. Customer service is absolutely amazing, they are so sweet and so nice and the vibe of the place is absolutely peaceful and relaxing. I got a pedicure and a full set and the two ladies that did my nails did a wonderful job super patient very nice. I got it I got to sit down and my toes done on September 3 and my toes still look great and my nails have still stayed on and look it's still good as new. They do inside which is really great and they were a mask for their safety and yours and you must wear a mask as well but it's just so nice to be able to sit inside instead of outside. They take such good care of you they take a lot of time with doing your nails to make sure they are up to your standards and perfect. Previously took my daughter to get her nails done somewhere else far from home but two of her fingers gel polish came off after a week. I called Bella nail bar and asked if we could come in and fix the two nails. They were able to get us in that day and fix her two nails and they matched perfectly. Bella Nails is under new ownership, and the owner, Sue, was friendly and competent. I didn't have an appointment and was taken right away. Sue did my pedicure and I added a manicure. She asked me what I wanted along the way. The place was clean and quiet. The massage chairs worked and they had a large variety of nail colors. I liked that they were sorted by color, which helped me select what I wanted more easily. I will definitely come back here and I recommend you stop by and give them a try! read more

Making my appointment was easy, I was able to message them Friday night for an appointment the following day. This was May 22, not even two weeks ago. The technician that did my pedicure was really nice and chatty which I appreciated. However, that's only reason I'm giving any stars. The technician who did my acrylic fill pulled her mask down at one point while I was sitting there, grabbed my phone to see the design I wanted (other places just take a picture on their device rather than touching my personal property IN A PANDEMIC) and tried to use stickers for the flame design I wanted. She doesn't a few minutes trying to decide which one too use only to put it on my nail and decide it wouldn't fit so she put it back in the pack and grabbed the gel colors. She was able to grab basically the exact colors in the photo I had, but the nude color she grabbed went on patchy and grainy. It was a Saturday afternoon and the salon was dead. The employees who weren't with a customer were on their phones, which never bothers me, except that I was looking around and noticed how gross the place was. There was dust everywhere and my technician was clearly using previously used monomer without putting it in a new pot. To top it off, my gel color that never chips when I get it done at other shops is peeling off already and one of my nails broke in half from opening my fridge. This place is not worth it for me to return unfortunately. I was hoping I had found a shop closer to home but I'll keep going to Roseville. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews... however I'm going to make this an honest and fair one in my opinion. I'll start with the positives. Positive: The staff is very nice and they offer an array of beverage, ranging from Pepsi to Ice tea or Champagne for example. The salon is very pretty and clean. Prices are very good especially with their current 15% off special. Their pedicures are very good as well. Negative: I gave them 2 chances thinking maybe they just had an off day. 1st time I had French ombré nails. After 2 weeks both index fingers broke and 1 middle finger. I don't do any line of work where their would be lots of wear and tear on my nails. When I do dishes I wear gloves to protect my nails. 2nd time I went my nail tech Phil was on vacation so I had a different nail tech, she was a woman but I don't recall her name. I got a fill and gel red nail polish with some glitter accent nails. Again, after 2 weeks one of my index fingers broke and the other started cracking after a week. After 1 wk 1 of my thumbs nails polish literally started peeling. Keep in mind I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days and have not been able to work. So I really have not done any type of activity that may have caused any kind of wear and tear my nails. I have been getting my nails done at other places for 19 yrs. I have never had my nails do any of those things I mentioned. Yes, I have broke a nail once in a while, but that was my own fault. So in my opinion their products must be old. This place is absolutely amazing!! Walking in I was greeted right away by Lena and Lili. I came in for a full set and pedicure. Lena sat me down while her sister Linda did my set. This place is the best! My hair lady Lilly who is fabulous btw, moved to this shop so I followed and don't regret making the switch for my mani pedis too. It is clean, elegant, the staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. In addition they are open 7 days/week which really helps with my schedule. This place is great...! I came here to get my haircut from Lily Thai who is amazing at haircuts and color! She helped me pick the perfect color that I was looking for and she knows how to make my haircut flatter my face shape and personal style. I am very happy I have Lily as my stylist. She is very accommodating and even helps me find great quality face serums and lotions that work with my skin type. She is more affordable compared to other salons but she is better skilled.
