I had both a pedicure and manicure and both were done meticulously, especially my toes. I did not get the names of my technicians but, my pedicure was done by a woman wearing a necklace with an "H" and a young gentleman with the most beautiful hands, manicure. My total for both was $58, afforable compared to where I've been going. With appropriately earned tip, I rounded to $70. I will definitely be back.

I stopped in here on a whim a couple months ago and got a gel manicure with Cathy. I haven't been to another nail salon since. Cathy is very personable, genuine, funny, and she gives the best gel manicure I've ever had. My gel manicures last 3+ weeks with her, and I'm hard on my hands typing all day and taking care of 2 wild little boys. I won't be going anywhere else! Customer service is absolutely amazing, they are so sweet and so nice and the vibe of the place is absolutely peaceful and relaxing. I got a pedicure and a full set and the two ladies that did my nails did a wonderful job super patient very nice. I got it I got to sit down and my toes done on September 3 and my toes still look great and my nails have still stayed on and look it's still good as new. They do inside which is really great and they were a mask for their safety and yours and you must wear a mask as well but it's just so nice to be able to sit inside instead of outside. They take such good care of you they take a lot of time with doing your nails to make sure they are up to your standards and perfect. I will be coming again in October to get a set of Halloween nails because this is absolutely the only place that I trust that can do a great job for a great price

Bella Nails is under new ownership, and the owner, Sue, was friendly and competent. I didn't have an appointment and was taken right away. Sue did my pedicure and I added a manicure. She asked me what I wanted along the way. The place was clean and quiet. The massage chairs worked and they had a large variety of nail colors. I liked that they were sorted by color, which helped me select what I wanted more easily. I will definitely come back here and I recommend you stop by and give them a try!

I've been coming here off and on since before Covid. I usually get a gel pedicure and have my natural nails cut and shaped. Kathy and Henry are always very nice and do a great job! Today, I went in for just a manicure of my natural nails, no color. Kathy was as upbeat as always! She did a great job and she even rounds out my nails for me, as I can't have sharp corners on them. This is wonderful, because most nail salons don't do rounded nails anymore unless they're the sharp, pointy ones. The vibe is always mellow and Kathy always put on a great rom-com or comedy movie to watch too! Their prices are comparable to what everyone else is charging. The service is outstanding! read more

Previously took my daughter to get her nails done somewhere else far from home but two of her fingers gel polish came off after a week. I called Bella nail bar and asked if we could come in and fix the two nails. They were able to get us in that day and fix her two nails and they matched perfectly. They were very nice as well. read more

Making my appointment was easy, I was able to message them Friday night for an appointment the following day. This was May 22, not even two weeks ago. The technician that did my pedicure was really nice and chatty which I appreciated. However, that's only reason I'm giving any stars. The technician who did my acrylic fill pulled her mask down at one point while I was sitting there, grabbed my phone to see the design I wanted (other places just take a picture on their device rather than touching my personal property IN A PANDEMIC) and tried to use stickers for the flame design I wanted. She doesn't a few minutes trying to decide which one too use only to put it on my nail and decide it wouldn't fit so she put it back in the pack and grabbed the gel colors. She was able to grab basically the exact colors in the photo I had, but the nude color she grabbed went on patchy and grainy. It was a Saturday afternoon and the salon was dead. The employees who weren't with a customer were on their phones, which never bothers me, except that I was looking around and noticed how gross the place was. There was dust everywhere and my technician was clearly using previously used monomer without putting it in a new pot. To top it off, my gel color that never chips when I get it done at other shops is peeling off already and one of my nails broke in half from opening my fridge. This place is not worth it for me to return unfortunately. I was hoping I had found a shop closer to home but I'll keep going to Roseville. read more

I am so glad I found this place. It is adorable and comfortable. Lina gave me a beautiful gel manicure, she was very detailed, and easy to talk to. I can't wait to come back, it is my new favorite nail shop! This place is awesome! Linda and the other ladies are super helpful and friendly! I was in about a month ago and loved the word Linda did. When I can in today, my appointment was with Linda again. She remembered my preference and helped pick up the prefect color. At the beginning of my appointment there was a rolling blackout and the building lost power for about 45 minutes. Even without power the ladies did great!!! Will be coming here from now on!! read more

I hate leaving bad reviews... however I'm going to make this an honest and fair one in my opinion. I'll start with the positives. Positive: The staff is very nice and they offer an array of beverage, ranging from Pepsi to Ice tea or Champagne for example. The salon is very pretty and clean. Prices are very good especially with their current 15% off special. Their pedicures are very good as well. Negative: I gave them 2 chances thinking maybe they just had an off day. 1st time I had French ombré nails. After 2 weeks both index fingers broke and 1 middle finger. I don't do any line of work where their would be lots of wear and tear on my nails. When I do dishes I wear gloves to protect my nails. 2nd time I went my nail tech Phil was on vacation so I had a different nail tech, she was a woman but I don't recall her name. I got a fill and gel red nail polish with some glitter accent nails. Again, after 2 weeks one of my index fingers broke and the other started cracking after a week. After 1 wk 1 of my thumbs nails polish literally started peeling. Keep in mind I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days and have not been able to work. So I really have not done any type of activity that may have caused any kind of wear and tear my nails. I have been getting my nails done at other places for 19 yrs. I have never had my nails do any of those things I mentioned. Yes, I have broke a nail once in a while, but that was my own fault. So in my opinion their products must be old. I have posted pics of the nails with the red polish. read more

Had a very relaxing gel coat pedicure here with Nancy!! She was wonderful and made my feet and legs feel so good!! She did a beautiful job with painting my toe nails too! This place should have 5 STARS, seriously. Best nail salon I have been to in ages, and I have been to many! I could tell when I called them to book the appointment, they were different. What I mean by that, and ladies you know what I'm talking about! Many nail salons I have been to have been sorely lacking in Customer Service (rude, talking about you to their coworkers in a language you don't understand, and acting like they are doing you a favor). Not this place. Top Notch customer service, very friendly, and reasonable prices. Many colors to choose from, this is my new place and if you make it yours you won't regret it!!!! This place is absolutely amazing!! Walking in I was greeted right away by Lena and Lili. I came in for a full set and pedicure. Lena sat me down while her sister Linda did my set. They offered me something to drink and I got a mimosa! I got a mani/pedi at the same time and I can honestly say it was a really great experience! The girls there are super nice and will listen to what you want. This is one of the first nail salons where you can actually hold a conversation with your technician because I'm definitely coming back! Thank you for my beautiful nails! read more

Got a fill with color change and luxury pedicure, doing my review mid visit. Called prior to arrival to ask if they had availability, lady that did my nails Linda was just every quick did take the time to ask what I would like, not very satisfied wanted to leave bc how quick she was with me. Almost didn't do pedicure but it's rare for me to have "me time" customers came in extremely loud disrupting other customers visit , thank god for headphones. This place is the best! My hair lady Lilly who is fabulous btw, moved to this shop so I followed and don't regret making the switch for my mani pedis too. It is clean, elegant, the staff is very professional, friendly and attentive. In addition they are open 7 days/week which really helps with my schedule. And as a bonus they always play the best music! I'm glad Lilly has a new place too - I have been coming to her for color,cut,style for more than 3 years (recommended by a customer whose hair I loved!). She has never disappointed me. read more

Ladies you know how sensitive and particular we can be about our nails!! Well if not you I know I am! I found my go to place in Sacramento/Citrus Heights! Bella Nail Bar & Tom! I came in with a picture and he crayed a happy customer for life! I was too busy to stay for a pedicure but I can't wait to come back for a pedicure...they us the pastic covers on the bowl!!! This place is great...! I came here to get my haircut from Lily Thai who is amazing at haircuts and color! She helped me pick the perfect color that I was looking for and she knows how to make my haircut flatter my face shape and personal style. I am very happy I have Lily as my stylist. She is very accommodating and even helps me find great quality face serums and lotions that work with my skin type. She is more affordable compared to other salons but she is better skilled. I would highly recommend going to Lily for your hair needs and also recommend coming to the nail bar for great nail services. read more

so I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a new salon to start going to and I came across this place and can I just say ! I AM IN LOVE ! from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out it was a great experience. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get when I got there but one of the nail techs, Khamiko her name is, helped me pick out these colors and theme idea. I sat down to get my pedi and looked around at how pretty everything was Kathy my nail tech began doing my toes and she was so nice ! I am a complicated customer sometimes because I like it done "perfectly" and she gave me exactly that ! just look at my pretty toes ! This place has excellent reviews on yelp but I don't really see how. My mom and I got pedicures and my mom was left with nail polish all over her toes. My toe nail polish was streaky and looks like it was done at home. I also got a dip manicure and it has been 3 days and they are completely chipped. Definitely will not be returning except for them to fix it. read more

So happy!!! I have gone to so many nail salons hoping to make it a regular place and I have finally found it. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations and they very reasonably priced. I had a lovely conversation with everyone there. They didn't make me feel like I am just another customer that walks in, pays and leave. I will absolutely be back! P.S. don't mind the band-aid on my finger. I accidentally cut my finger before taking this picture Update:This place couldn't get better. I broke my nail this morning. About 3 hours later after departing spa when opening wine bottle polish one two fingers got ruined. It squished polish as if under coats never dried. Went back to Salon next afternoon and the nails were fixed with no charge. Looked good. I am happy with it. But, One day later the nail polish is already chipping off. I am already away from town for vacation and treated myself before going. But the poor quality of the nail polish has made my manicure ugly quickly. The staff were great, friendly, professional. The establishment was clean. And experience there was great.

There's a hundred different places to go to and Id like to support you guys but when you do sub par work, I just can't justify spending my hard earned money for that kind of job, especially when your pedicure is $75. My toes chipped after thirty minutes of leaving your place. I wanted to get a full set too, which I said when scheduling the appointment and when I walked in. You guys must have forgot about it until the end because then you wanted me to wait for two people to finish their full set, when they just had sat down, until you would start on mine. This is just a time management issue. I didn't have time to wait 45 minutes until they were done for you to start on mine (especially when they got there after me). So I left and went somewhere else. I love the improvements to the store itself but if I could give you guys advice, especially with so much competition, just manage your customers better and be respectful of their time. read more

I had a sudden urge to get my nails done. Bella nails is across the street from where I work. I started to drive and saw it and said why not. Random pick and my gut made a good choice stopping in. Middle of day, only workers in so I was sat right away. Li did an amazing job, her insta is @ngoan.phan.5 she was very sweet and good experience. Thank you. Sure I'll be back around soon. The set cost $65 and I tipped $5 total $70. I do wish my cuticles were cleaned up more but I didn't specify that when waking in, I just wanted acrylic and the design. Design is amazing. I cleaned up my cuticles at home, took two minutes. It has been 3 weeks and they are still holding strong and look great. I was extremely indecisive about my nails and how I wanted them done, but Sou walked me through each option. I ended up going with the dip on my real nails. She did and AMAZING job! I had an awesome experience. Staff is super friendly and they do great work. I got their spa pedicure and a gel manicure which they did at the same time so I could totally relax and didn't need to worry about relocating myself and my things.
