Honestly, I would consider this place mediocre, at best. I suppose if you're looking for a basic set with no real detailed designs, you'll probably be fine. Well, the day has come, this is no longer my go to nail spa. We started off strong but over the years the quality and reliability has decreased. I don't don't my nails lasting as long as they should, certain designs/styles are often a challenge despite techs saying they can do them, my mom and I made an appoi a few months back just to sit waiting for 15mins because no one was available during our appointment time so we left, and today was the last straw. I came in yesterday (Sunday) because one of the nails from the set I got just the week prior broke in half. They were too busy so the two gals working said "come back tomorrow", I let them know "I'm not off until 6 so can you still take me at 6:10? I know you guys close at 7?" And they both assured me they could... welp, I showed up at 6:10pm and the whole shop was closed.. and lucky me, my other nail place is closed on Monday's. But when I went to go get my full set, I wanted to get my nails that I currently had on off so she used nail tips to pry the old nails off and she ended up pulling off half of my Real nail in the process. It kept bleeding it was really painful. I asked her if it would be OK to still put the acrylic on and she said yes it will be fine and it won't get infected. So I'm hoping it doesn't get infected but it is hurting super bad and I just got them done about five hours ago. Other than that everything else is fantastic she did this design better than the picture that I showed her. She did great besides pulling my nail off. I have been here a handful of times and each experience has been different. The first few visits were good. Kim took her time, was friendly, and did a good job. However, it has been downhill from there. The next few times I went here I was helped by the guy. He would over drill/file my nails and actually went through my real nail and made me bleed. He also did not make the nails even in length and made the nails thicker that would rise on the sides. When I went back to Kim I told her about the bleeding experience and I was shocked at how uninterested she seemed and didn't offer a free or discounted service. Bad customer service right there. The price of an acrylic fill is $14 and designs very. That being said, I would not recommend getting a design here because they are not very good or precise. Unfortunately, I will no be coming here again. I gave it more than enough chances. read more

I really wanted to like this place. Everyone was very friendly, the shop was clean and they had great reviews. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do that. What I ended up with did not look like the photo at all. Not only is it not an ombre the shape is awful. For the prices they charge I would expect them to at least look decent even if they can't match the photo. To be honest, these are probably the worst nails I have ever had and now I have no time to get them fixed before leaving for vacation. When I lived closer I would always come here and see Kathy for an acrylic set with gel polish. She is amazing! She listens to what you're asking for and makes sure to clarify that she has done it correctly. She's wonderful. I came here a couple weeks ago with a friend. I got a manicure and pedicure. My manicure was ok, nothing special. I didn't get the hand massage and moisturizer which was a bummer. I got a spontaneous pedicure and they were okay with it. First off let me say it was about an hour long and my oh my it felt SO good. However, I noticed that when the younger woman was cutting my toenails, it was sort of painful. I left and the next day I have an ingrown toenail due to the way my toenail was cut. I was so aggravated! I ended up having to do an epsom salt foot bath and it cleared it up within a couple days but I definitely will be on guard the next time I get a pedicure. I also noticed their sign says $25 for mani/pedi and my total was somehow $50?! I didn't get gel or anything! I was blown away. Definitely ask price wise because it was not correct. read more

I went here last night, because my regular place was packed. I got a manicure with gel polish and a "royal" pedicure. Pros: The place was nice enough, nothing special, and the ladies were pretty friendly. Cons: Unfortunately, I got a man who did my nails like it was his first day - he cut my cuticles several times during the mani & the pedi was awful! It looks fine but he cut the top side of my big toe pretty badly - today it's red and really swollen, I can barely put weight on it. Not to mention it took over 2 hours, he was so slow! Ive been going here for years, not anymore. 5 days ago, I had my nails done by Julie. It was a fill, and she recommended I do color instead of the pink & whites that I had. 3 days after, I had to return to have my nails repainted because the color was chipping off, she repainted them. The next day, yesterday, they again were chipping off. I called and spoke with Julie and told her the paint was chipping off again. I also told her I was away for the holiday. I told her I would like to come in the next time free of charge since I was not in town to have them redone, and it was the 3rd time in 5 days I would Have to be there for her to make it right. She stated no, I could go in there now and she will fix. She will not fix them next week because too much time will have past and she will not comp my next service. Over this place. My mom and I didn't have an appt for our normal nail salon so we called and this one had openings. This should have been an indication. We got the "Honey" pedicures. I had the younger girl working on me. She did good until she clipped the skin on the inside of my toe. It instantly started bleeding and she didn't even say anything until I pointed it out. She rinsed it in the water, said "Oh sorry, I clipped that" and dried it on the towel. When it wouldn't stop bleeding, she put a couple drops of this green liquid. The bleeding was better, but then she decided to rub my toes with limes and spray with alcohol which burned like crazy. The worst part is she put the metal tray with all the tools from my pedicure back in her drawer which I'm sure she was going to use on the next person without sterilizing. The tools weren't opened out of a package which I was leary about in the first place. Now, the next day my toe is oozing from that spot and I've soaked in peroxide and Epsom salt to help it heal. I'm hoping it doesn't turn into an infection, but I'm sure it will. Only gave 2 stars because the time spent was good, but not a great or cleanly experience. read more

Made an appointment for 6:15 for a pedicure. It is 7:20 and I am still waiting for someone to start doing my nails. The only reason I am not leaving is because I have to leave for a vacation tomorrow and by now every salon is closed. The worst part is nobody apologized or explained that they messed up. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because last time I had a great pedicure. I have so many errands to run still and just wasted an hour. Some sort of apology would help at least a little with my frustration. If you didn't have room for me in your schedule you could have just told me and a call ahead of time would be nice. Anyways ranting because I'm pissed atm. We'll see if that changes after my pedicure... If that ever happens. Okay got my pedicure and wow it was amazing. The worst holy crap went on 8/3/14 the women butchered my eyebrows did not listen to anything I wanted with MY eyebrows completely cut them uneven and made them extremely thin!! I cried when I saw my eyebrows but the wax and her cutting were already done! Nothing I could do. I will never recommend this salon if you can call it that... Not only did the lady not listen to me about how I wanted my face to look but did a sloppy job on my nails used old nail files and again did not listen to what I wanted with my shape and how long I wanted them!! I am so disappointed with the services and now have to wait for my eyebrow to grow back :( it's the worst feeling having my eyebrows this way. read more

They don't care at all about customer service and I called in they told me they have room for a manicure so I came in and I they told me the wait was 10 minutes so I waited and it ended up being 40 minutes.
