I really wanted this salon to be MY SALON. Although I enjoyed my visit, my jaw hit the floor when I went to pay. I opted for a spa pedicure ($45) but asked for my fingernails to be cut as well. The cost at the end was $75. I didn't fight it, I was just really upset that I was charged $30 for clipping my finger nails and applying clear nail polish. I really wanted to become a frequent customer here, but I don't think I'll be returning. read more

I contacted this business through yelp and not only did they respond immediately, they were kind, helpful, and had a good price. I wanted very specific nails for Christmas and also needed someone who would help me with my natural nails. The gentleman who did my nails was so nice and patient in his care of my nails. We had to remove the old acrylic and do an overlay on my nails that had grown out. I'm so pleased with how it turned out! French tip with acrylic and glitter on top. They brought me green tea to sip while i waited for my acrylic to soak off. Vibe was simple, no frills. Best place I've been to in decades, I walked in at around 7 pm on a saturday and asked if they were closing, was welcomed with open arms and not only given an incredible new full set for an amazing price, they even sent me home with a full plate of spaghetti and egg rolls which was FIRE. I am always welcomed when I come in, I usually am a walk in. All the girls and the atmosphere are so chill & treat me as family. I have never been disappointed. Anything or any design I come in with, they never "can't" do it. There is always someone that can do a design. I come in with an idea, and they never fail. I like the fact that they tweak the design just little bit, and make it their own. We'll today I came in for Christmas nail art, and of course Masi out did herself again. The owner, I forgot to ask his name, invited us to go back to the salon on the 27th for an event he's hosting for clients but unfortunately my vacation was over on the 22nd so I could not return. If you're in Sacramento 12/27/25, please drop by and get your nails done! If you're ever in the area even when it's not 12/27, you should still go just to meet these awesome people. Plus my friend and I are super happy with the way our nails turned out and their prices were also really fair! $45 for a basic pedicure with gel which is better than most places. I urgently needed to get a pedicure and was looking up places close to home , I came across this gem . They're are fairly new , but the customer service was amazing! The Gel manicure for my daughter and I started chipping the day after we received our manicures. In addition, they took it upon themself to add a tip onto my credit card receipt even after I tipped them cash. I ended up disputing the charge for the over charge. Very disappointed with the service here. First of all, my husband got me a gift certificate for my birthday back in November for mani/pedi, however, I didn't need it until now (May, 6mo later) the certificate said I had a year to use it so I called in advance because I had a wedding to attend and made the appointment and let them know I had a gift certificate. I get there (Friday before the wedding) hand her the certificate and she puts me in the chair to start my pedicure. Then after a few minutes she turns to me and says, we don't accept this certificate because we are under new management AFTER my feet were in the water, and I said but my husband just got this, and she said no we cannot honor it. I asked to speak with the manager who was too busy to speak to me directly but nonetheless she said no. I would have walked out but I needed it done so I got the basic mani/pedi. Then after only two days two of my gel nails started peeling off. I'm just bummed out my husband lost out on money and they should have checked the certificate prior knowing they are under new management. I will NOT be back to this place. read more

I'm visiting from out of state. I always stop at this nail shop, and they've always been very accommodating. Whether it be a pedicure, a full set or just fixing a nail that was broken. This visit was no different. I broke a nail. I walked in no greeting. Just did you call I said no. I did not. Can you fix a nail. Usually, they'll tell Me to wait. 10 minutes 15 minutes And I'll do it right off the bat. This young lady said she did not have time. Could not help Me. Was not accommodating now. Mind, you. This location has struggled. So I feel that the business they receive is always appreciated. But today was different. With this business, being under new management, I would have thought that they would have wanted to try to pull in as much business as possible. Being that. It looked like they were not busy at all. Sad to have parted ways with this salon today. Unfortunately, the recent service provided failed to meet the minimum expectations for what I will again say , minimal. The failure of making the repair of a lifting nail which was only 4 days ago in my fill, the need to polish change based solely on the fact they hadn't the same powder left to do the repair, and the significant language barrier to see the mutual understanding of good business. I was charged another $20 for my service today which was only a repair in my quest. I just spent $55( again four days ago) and I didn't even really want the polish change as I had done glitter french and kinda felt pressured to do otherwise. I let them know that they are losing a customer and that I wouldn't be returning. The owner literally made it seem and said it was a treat for me. Yah, surely no treat as I only did nails got job interview after losing my job in January!! I couldn't afford another $20 and damn would have bought some glue had I known this be the case. The staff was very friendly and my review isn't a reflection of them but rather the pricing. I came in for a pedicure hoping to get a basic service (cuticle cut, calluses removed, toes trimmed and painted) only to find out to my dismay that the basic pedicure only includes a nail trim and paint, for calluses removal and any extra is a extra price. That would be fine if the basic pedicure didn't already cost so much just for them to trim my toe nails and paint them. I was already in the chair so I just chose the up charged service and paid way to much for what I would consider still a pretty basic pedicure. They also kept pushing me to get gel on my nails even after me repeatedly telling them no, the reason being dry time is faster which I don't mind sitting to dry. Needless to say I will just be going to another salon next time as there are plenty of great salons in the area that don't up charge for what should already be included in a pedicure service. read more

I have been getting my nails done with the talented, lovely Jamie over 7 years. She does it all by hand, which makes it more authentic then using a stamp or machine. Showing her a picture of what I want but then always asking her what she thinks helps with knowing what is best for myself. She gets very busy so book in advance and make sure you arrive early or on time to your appointment... You don't want to throw off the rest of the appointments that day by showing up late. read more

Whenever I would try to explain the shape of my nail that I like, at other salons they would never do them they way I like; I always got the feeling like they were going to do my nails the way they wanted regardless and they did so I was stuck with blah nails.
