Jamie has been doing my nails for over a year and she never disappoints. I'm very particular with how I like my nails to look. Whenever I would try to explain the shape of my nail that I like, at other salons they would never do them they way I like; I always got the feeling like they were going to do my nails the way they wanted regardless and they did so I was stuck with blah nails. Jamie listened to me and gave me the nail shape I've always wanted. I have experimented with different nail shapes and they have been fun. Jamie is a Nail Stylist and so is her sister Lysa. I have never found a nail technician that I've stuck with. I'd always go to what ever shop was in the parking lot when I was running errands and they needed to be done. I had a terrible nail job at the beauty school across the street, so I did what? Went to the first nail salon I saw to get it fix, which happened to be nail touch. Loann did my nails and they were amazing. Now I am a regular customer and always make and appoint to see her when I need to get them done again, You have to make an appointment, she is always booked because she is so talented. But what really impresses me is that she is so fast. She can do a fill or set of nails in roughly 45 mins. And she never minds the crazy stuff and designs and multliple colors that I ask her to do (but I make sure to tip better the crazier my request are, lol). I have been coming here since Loanne moved here from Great Nails in Roseville. Loanne is the best manicurist in town!!! She never fails to give an awesome pedicure and most amazing manicures. If you want her to do your nails, call for appointment because she is usually busy. Lisa is the other manicurist here. She does a very good job as well. You can't go wrong with either lady. Horrible job. Asked for coffin nails with tips colored at an angle. The nails that I walked out with looked like something I would have done in high school with a kit from Walmart. The paint was patchy as heck. The nails were not coffin at all. When I asked the lady why she is not doing coffin she said it is because for coffin nails they need to be super long. Mine were not short at all. I told her at every step that it wasn't what I asked for. She had an excuse for everything. Not to mention it took over 2 hours for this. My mind is blown. I got my nails done last Tuesday 1.3.17 and I was in a bad mood so I didn't talk much or catch the ladies name but she seemed nice and did what I asked; gel, black pink and nude nails all with a matte finish, I paid 37.00 and left. 5.00 tip to wake up the next day and my thumb nail is lifting and ruined but I got sick and didn't go back to fix it I was just going to deal with it then I notice in the next days my nude colored nail is already loosing its color and rubbing off and my two pinky nails still hurt as if Ibhad just gotten them done but still sick I didn't want to go bother with it, as I'm taking a shower today on Monday Jan 9th my pinky nail completely comes off and reveals a very bruised ruined finger nail underneath that did not look like that before I got my nails done! Which explains why my pinky still hurt days later. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL! I had called in to make an appointment for 6:30. So I show up at salon at 6:20, door is locked but the open sign is on. So I pull on the handle and a lady comes to the door and asks me what I want? I don't know how this place got such great reviews. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. First the "massage" chairs don't work....the girl who started the pedicure barely did anything to my toes. Then an older woman came over and did everything over without me saying anything....While she did that the younger one started my manicure. Then the older lady took over on my manicure but had the younger lady attempt to draw my snowflake I requested on my nail. Fail! I walked out with wet nails that they said were dry and now my thumb is smudged. I honestly think I'll just do my own next time. read more

Lady was nice.........but my nails looked terrible. Spaces not filled. Nails cut crooked. Not the design i wanted at all! I tried to be nice and asked her if i could come back another day to fix them because i had already been there so long. She did say yes. But later after looking at them they were absokutely terrible. I called amd asked for a refund. I had paid 45! She told me she would give me 15 bucks back! uh no! She kept saying i tell u i fix i tell u o fix. I told her no. I want my money back im not happy and i have to go elsewhere to get them re done. Started telling me that she will give me 30 back. Um again....no! Then she says 35 because her bank will charge her. I went in today to get a gel manicure with a freehand design on my ring finger. The design was not an easy one and Lisa said it was too difficult but Loann did it with ease. She did a better job than I could imagine and I'm a perfectionist. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because we weren't helped until 30 mins after our appointment. They are nice once you get talking to them. I think the only reason they would come off as rude is because they are focused. I'm definitely coming back but probably on a less busy day next time. read more

They take everyone including men and children. I recommend you check them out the next time you want a good manicure and pedicure. This place is horrible. I came in for a pedicure and ended up getting a full set also. She rushed and I have to tell her to fix 5 nails. I'm a cosmetologist and I know the steps of a basic manicure and I didn't even get that. The lady rushed and then told me I could come back if something was wrong. I came back 5 days later because I didn't have time to come back sooner, I asked for my money back because the nails are already lifting and falling off also 3 nails are crooked... and she would only give me half the money back. Meanwhile arguing with me in front of a bunch of quests, I was so embarrassed. I couldn't believe the disrespect. I've been to this place once before and the service was also horrible and rushed but at least the nails lasted at least a week. Louanne has done my nails for over 17 years, and consistently does an exceptional job. They always look so beautiful! She is a very busy lady, so make sure to schedule an appointment. If she isn't available, I will wait until she is. There have been numerous times, that she has stayed after hours to fit me in (and even fed me if I didn't have time for dinner prior to my appointment). I have referred many friends and co-workers who have now become part of her regular clientele. She always has a very positive and refreshing attitude. She generally cares about her clients. I had knee surgery a few months back, and she called to check on me. Louanne is the definition of customer service. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants exceptional manicures, fills, pedicures and waxing. PS - my daughter's "normally" unruly eyebrows and beautiful after she visits Louanne for her waxing (thank goodness). My daughter won't go anywhere else. read more

Nothing special here. Had a pedicure that started out with barely warm water that barely covered my feet and quickly grew cold. Nothing was added to the water for a pleasant soak or scented experience. No one spoke directly to me. The person who did my nails stared away, outside, the entire time and never spoke a word. Her utensils were laid out on a towel when she began. When she finished my pedicure, she rolled the cabinet with tools over to the next customer. I observed her washing her hands at the sink and washing (!!) the cuticle scissors at the same time. Nothing else was removed or sanitized before starting the next pedicure. The water was drained from the soaking tub but no cleaning or scrubbing took place. When my pedicure was done, she said nothing, just moved to the next customer. The older woman (as noted in other reviews) helped me with my sandals and took my payment. A very impersonal place of business. read more

Beware if you're not a regular client of this salon. You might just get ignored. I had the strangest experience at this nail salon. On their store front they have a sign "walk-ins welcome". So I popped in to find 3 employees and 6 clients. Obviously, they were busy so I sat down to wait. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged, a regular client walked in begging for a manicure. One of the employees greeted her explaining they were completely booked. There was no way they could fit her in. What?! I would have appreciated that info as soon as I walked through the door. Even stranger, after more begging from the client, the nail salon employee started whispering to the client that she could squeeze her in between other customers. I was still ignored even though their convo was feet from where I was sitting. SO bizarre! It looked as though regular clients were satisfied with this salon. Me however - not so much.
