Great place to get my brows done, however it seems everytime I go here they're always closed. The 3 out of 10 times they were open when I went, they did a great job on brow shaping. Would give 5 but they just never open during business hours as they said they're supposed to. Need to find a new place for this reason. read more

This place is TRASH! Took my girlfriend here for a manicure and pedicure, she calls me saying they messed up her toenails and needs me to come look. I get there and the nail polish looks like a child applied it. I ask them for a refund as she doesn't want to deal with them and they instantly attack her and I saying we're rude. I walked in and got immediate service even though the place was packed at 1030 am. I asked for a somewhat tricky design (watermelon slices) for my pedicure. I opted with the 30 dollar pedicure which got me a foot mask, sea kelp scrub, sugar scrub, hot stone massage, parafin wax, callus removal and a soothing cool gel. This is on top of the nasic pedicure and the 15 minute leg and foot massage! A few regulars walked in and they knew there names and their services which impressed me. Upon arrival the older gentleman asked for mine and periodically asked if I needed anything which was nice. I saw some of the regulars nails and they were gorgeous. During the serbice the lady asked me if I was ok and adjusted the chair and such. Overall theu were very friendly and accommodating (even to the very rude customer at the other end). You know how sometimes you don't wanna Yelp! something because you want your secret to stay a secret? This is one of those places. You can get a pedi here for 17 bucks. $17!!! They seem pretty clean, I've never had a bad experience, they massage for days (DAAAAYS!) and you can watch cable on a flat screen. Some chairs don't give a great massage, a couple do, i think they're the black ones that look newer? I've never gotten a set here but the other people that I've seen have gotten some really cute work! I say check it out if you're curious... and the worst you're going to be out is 30 bucks for an hour to hour and a half pedi! read more

Do not let the man that works there do your nails. I had a full set done and some of my nails were so thick it was ugly but the worst part was as I was leaving I looked at my finger nail and it was so thin compared to all the other thick nails I pushed it against my thumb and it was so flimsy it bent right in half. Omg I couldn't even believe I paid for it. They wouldn't refund my money and told me they would have someone fix them! Hello I've been here for a hour already and they should of been done right the first time. I went yesterday for a pedicure when I couldn't get an appointment at my usual place. First of all, the photo here on yelp is not of the Classy Nails that I went to. So don't make any decisions based on that (like I did). The location is convenient and all the people were friendly. The chair i got was comfy. As other's mentioned they do have a nice TV to watch and it's true, that they do give what seems like extra long massages. I felt like the place was a little dirty and run down though. The walls needed some paint and the floors behind the chairs hadn't been cleaned in years (hello dust bunnies!). Also my $25 spa pedicure lasted about 35 minutes. And when I got home my husband even said that he thought I could have done just a good of a paint job. So, in my opinion this place will do in a pinch. read more

I hate to write this review because the service here was great. I got in quick on a Saturday morning with no wait time and the girls were really nice. Also the chair was the most comfortable one I've been in yet! The down side...I spent $30 on a deluxe spa pedicure which was over and done Quick! My feet were still rough feeling when she was done and the paint job was awful. I do better painting my own toe nails! I also got a manicure which was awful as well. She didn't get my cuticles or trim the skin around my nails. Very disappointed. I spent $50 on my nails Saturday morning and I already need another mani pedi. I usually go every month and it's only been a few days. Complete waste. If you're looking for your money's worth then this is not the place to go. read more

I got a full set with powdered color! Well the guy who did my nails didn't bother to make sure the false nails fit my nail bed and just started glueing nails on! He didn't take his time! The nails look like the stick on ones from the dollar tree! The nail beds aren't even curved right it's just flat and I can't even say straight because I had to go home and refile it! There are bubbles in every single nail! They charged me 40$ after I already complained so I started to walk out turned around n was like wait fix this I can't walk out n be happy w this! This place should have better reviews I have been coming here for over 10 years and never ever leave disappointed. I went there today after a horrible experience at another nail shop and they fixed my nails so beautifully and made me feel back to normal again. Love the upgrades happening in this place. I want to love this place because I've been going for years, I love the way the lady working here did them but this time the guy did them and clearly they're terrible. I've been going here on and off for years. All the people there are really nice and the one younger woman is the best with eyebrows. She is the only person I go to for eyebrow waxing. She takes her time and does a great job every single time. They have a deluxe pedi for $30. It's awesome! They give you a nice little leg massage and the different gels feel amazing. The prices are low for the wonderful service you get. I get my pedicures there, my nails, and my eye brows. Classy nails is the only place I trust not to mess up my eye brows. Traveling on work with a few hours to kill. I got a gel manicure, which for $22 should not look horrible. The color was not the one I chose and when pointed out I was shrugged off. The nail plate itself isn't evenly covered, a fair bit of sidewall exposed AND got cut on one with a file! Total waste of money and no customer service- 3 of them are smudge-y and I was afraid to ask to redo them since she used a drill and I just did not want to abuse them further. I don't know about other people receiving their service before but I came in recently and it's terrible. No manner at all with customer. They seem to be always in a hurry even when there's no other customer around. Go to Lyly hair & nails by College Oak & Madison which is less than a mile from here if you want a really nice salon environment for a good price and great service as well as the quality of the nails you receive. So, I first started coming here to get my eyebrows waxed. They looked amazing everytime. Then I decided to get a pedicure and full set one time, and they were all right. My feet were still rough after the pedicure and my full set didn't even last two weeks. I kept coming back though to get my eyebrows done. The last two times though, they have a new lady and she jacked my eyebrows up. I should have gone somewhere else when I saw it was her doing it them again, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking that maybe she was just nervous the first time because she was new. They seriously look so bad I want to cry. I tried to tell her I didn't like them but she insisted they looked good. Hate to say I won't be coming back because the first girl was so good and it's so hard to find a place that does eyebrows well. But, the search beings again. read more

This place is honestly a dump. Where do I start? Dirty...unprofessional...somewhat DEPRESSING atmosphere. The whole experience is terrible. No matter who does your nails they will look AWFUL. It only costs about 18$ but it really shows. Your nails will look thick, cheap, and full of bubbles or lines. There is however ONE lady who works there who used to be good at doing eyebrows. So today I went in to see if she could do them. I waited 25 min while she wasn't even busy, before I ended up walking out. I had my 4 year old son with me as well and he was clearly very bored and agitated while she sat there doing literally NOTHING while we waited, and I don't blame him. This place is disgusting, the people are rude and have terrible customer service skills and honestly, aside from those eyebrows she does their work is awful. Pay the extra cash for a place that could pass health inspection and a person who treats you well, offers you a drink, and KNOWS how to do nails. read more

Instead of using the foils to take of my gel polish, she just filed it all of. That's right, she filed the top of my nail until all the color was gone. It badly damaged my nails, I couldn't believe it. After about 15 minutes, they were done. Any other place it would take 30 min to remove gel and add new color with a manicure. I chose a sparkly polish and they put ONE coat on so there are about 5 pieces of glitter on each nail. My sister was with me and had the same experience. It was so awful.
