I've actually been coming here for a while now. Just never left positive feedback till now. I first started coming here for pedicures with a couple worker a few years ago. Now I get my eyebrows done here every three weeks. Prices are decent, but they do one hell of a job on pedicures. I tend to go with the $45 package and it's about an hour long with mini massages in between on your feet and legs. Just got my eyebrows done and it's been a while..lol I went some place new and they messed it all up so I had to grow out my eyebrows. But she does an amazing job every time and knows exactly how I like it and want it. It's $10 bucks for the wax. But definitely worth it for me. And I typaclly tip about $3 bucks each time. Definitely only place I will come for eyebrows. For sure read more

I have been coming here off an on for a few years the customer service is always hit or miss and this time I am just done. they forced me to walk away with a set I was unhappy with then when my nail broke within 3 days I was turned away at the door because they "eventually had clients coming" but I simply needed my one nail fixed which broke because of the build up she had to put on after the tip was cut too short against my request, and although the woman who attempted to fix my nails suggested I come back to fix the nail because if she fixed it same day it would ruin my natural nail they did not even offer to let me wait till the supposed customers (who were coming not even in the shop) finish to get my one nail fixed after their mistake I will not be coming here again. read more

Once again, trying out a new mani pedi place that I've never been to, bites me in the butt. I walked in in February after having a great lunch with a friend at Thai Hut. We decided HEY lets get pedicures! There were two technicians working. A man and an older woman. There was ONE CUSTOMER ahead of us whom the man was giving a manicure to. We asked if they could do two pedicures, they both said yes and come on in. Two spa pedi-chairs were prepared, and we both sat down. Then the older lady proceeded to start on my pedi. While my friends feet were soaking, THE ENTIRE TIME. The woman proceeded to give me the most rushed pedicure ever. Hardly let my feet soak, lamest leg massage ever, and the sloppiest paintjob. Even in her rush, my friends feet were prune like by the time she finished my pedicure. Now Ive been getting pedicures for over 17 years, and I know for a fact that it should take 45 minutes from start to finish. Not 20 minutes. If they could not handle us both coming in they should have just said so. As to not ROB of us of a proper pedicure. My friend was having their first pedicure ever and thought it was great. Why? Because they didn't know any better. I was livid that the paint started chipping within 4 days. When I know they last a month from other places. I came here yesterday and I got my nails done, was rushed even though the only customers were literally only my mom & I. They tried to up the prices on my moms and my nails even though every.single.time. we go there, it's the same price. I love this place! After 2 bad experiences trying to find a good nail tech i found Vivian! Both women do a great job and the man probably does too but ive been sticking with Vivian. Very through. I would suggest more parrafin wax for the feet but thats cause its my favorite thing. And ummm i wouldnt say its up to state board clean on their files but at least the pedi tub n utensils were clean. Its only 3 of them so if youre wanting to walk in for a full treatment or 2pedis when only one girl is available, thats your own damn fault. Call ahead of time and be respectful to them and they will be great to you! They are providing a humbling service that you cant do yourself,so dont forget to tip! read more

Called ahead of time to make sure they had room for 2 full sets. Came in and was impolitely greeted right off the bat. They had 2 people working and did not have time to do both. The woman who did my nails was on the phone arguing with someone and didn't even ask what I wanted just sat me down and tried to start. Told her I would wait until she was finished with her conversation and she thanked me -continuing to argue and gesture at us as if we knew what was happening on the other line- finally she's off the phone and starts the process. I had to ask her to trim my nails and cuticles before starting (which she mentioned would be and extra $10 ) she was very rough, cut up a few of my fingers. Shapes/sizes were different. Had to wait for one to soak off. A couple hours wasted and all in all was not a good experience and would not recommend. read more

I had been going here for years & was usually worked on by Lisa or David, who were absolutely fantastic. However, I went yesterday & there was a new guy there. He was rude, complained about having to "work hard" on my nails (I had 2 broken ones), filed my nails in diffrent shapes & lengths. I was completely over the whole experience and disgusted by the time the owner came in and took over. This salon is awesome! I don't know why there isn't more reviews. The women are extremely friendly and thorough. The man has a little bit of a 'tude but I've noticed that's kind of standard for Vietnamese men in nail shops. Any way, they don't have the biggest selection of gel colors but the ones they have are great. Thy actually look the color they should on your nails! The spa pedicure is amazing. Don't come here unless you want bleeding cuticles. Came in randomly because I was in need of a full set. I'm new to the area and was looking for a nail home. Time nails is not that. My nail tech took over an hour to do a full basic set. He cut three of my cuticles and made them bleed. I will never come here again. They lost a good customer because of there terrible performance. My cuticle were also on fire and it hurts to even know wash my hands because of all the cuts on my cuticle. Definitely a waste of time and a horrible experience.when I called the manager Tiffany to explain what happened to my nails she stated it wasn't her responsibility and I should have told my nail tech. When I asked for a refund she stated she had a family to feed and she couldn't give me a refund. She said she would redo my nails.
