Somehow the fill was still $50 when I used to get full sets with designs starting at $50. When I asked for clarification I just got told "yeah that's right." I also got a pedicure but I wasn't asked what type, just assumed it was the basic one. Yes it was very nice she did great, I also got french tips. But found out that was $62 and again when asking just got told "yeah that's right." Just a bit frustrating when it doesn't seem like the service was extra or "luxury" per se. Yes I understand it's been awhile as well and inflation is a very real thing. I was excited to come back and Andy was sweet and did a great job. I just can't understand the pricing when at other places it's $40 for a pedicure and $35/40 for fills for the same services. There's no pricing online so maybe that's my fault for not asking ahead of time. Definitely feels like a bit of a rip off and I don't think I'll be back anymore unfortunately.

The environment is super chill. My nail tech was great, detailed, and paid careful attention to cutting cuticles and applying polish. They have color options for both regular and gel polish. I always call can make a reservation they do walk ins, but it will usually always be a wait or you will be asked to come bs k at a later time. The interior is cute and a vibe. It's bright and very clean which is always a huge plus. The staff is always friendly as well. Here I always get the $35 pedicure and upgrade to gel polish for additional ($10) more. I always pay cash because they give you a discount when you do and it's worth it. They also warranty your polish for 7days if chip it damaged you can come back and they will fix it. It's definitely worth it. For me they are a great back up for a pedicure.

One nail is completely crooked. They did attempt to fix it, but it is still very noticeably crooked. Overall, the nails are not the clean look I specifically asked for. I also felt uncomfortable throughout the appointment because I was repeatedly told that because I bite my nails and have short nails, they "couldn't" be longer, while also being told I was being charged based on the length of nails I wanted. The nails themselves are not even long, which made that even more frustrating. When I tried expressing that one nail was very crooked and that the pink color was not what I asked for, the girl doing my nails seemed upset, got up, and walked away for Justin to take over. At that point, the experience became even more uncomfortable. To save time, I eventually just told him it was fine because I needed to leave to pick up my kids from school, but I left very uncomfortable and very disappointed with the overall experience and final result. I only get my nails done maybe once a year, so this was something I was genuinely looking forward to and was gifted to me, which makes the experience even more disappointing. As much as I appreciate Justin trying to help, I left completely unhappy with the service and the final result. They aren't the worst and look ok, just not what I wanted. I was told that it goes away and it's normal...while it didn't go away and wasn't normal!!! 2 whole weeks I put up with constant throbbing pain until I decided that it wasn't worth it and removed the fake nail (which was even more painful). This is my nail one month after. One other thing that really bother me was that I was forced to get the gel done. I wanted regular but was forced into getting the gel rather than regular!
