I do not recommend this place! After they finished doing my nails, I complained about discomfort/pain. I was told that it goes away and it's normal...while it didn't go away and wasn't normal!!! 2 whole weeks I put up with constant throbbing pain until I decided that it wasn't worth it and removed the fake nail (which was even more painful). This is my nail one month after. One other thing that really bother me was that I was forced to get the gel done. I wanted regular but was forced into getting the gel rather than regular! After spending $120 for a mani and pedi, I left the place with a damaged nail that cause me throbbing pain. Do not waste your money here go somewhere else! read more

Not impressed! Unless you have the owner do your nails or pedicure, it is hit or miss with having a good experience here with someone else. The owner is busy, so not always easy to get an appointment with her, even for her long-time clients. There is a high turn-over of employees, so it is hard to count on having the same person the next time you go in, or to guarantee having someone, who is skilled do your nails/pedicure, unless it is the owner. Make sure they show you a new pumice stone, or bring your own, when having a pedicure. read more

They reuse puma stones, so be sure to bring your own. I did not see them get tools out of a sterilized package. The massage was just OK. The owner told someone that she does not care if she gets fined for it by the Health Dept.! She pays the fines and then ignores the issue and keeps reusing them to cut costs! read more

The owner was able to get me and my friend in quickly Our experience overall was friendly and prompt we had some good laughs with the ladies. Rachel did my manicure and did a great job. She was very personable and gave a lot of attention to detail. Lately at other salons I end up with uneven nails, not shaped well and a rushed job. I could. Instead I want to talk about the many many times I have had the most beautiful nails! I get compliments ALL THE TIME. She pays close attention to details. She is so gentle and careful. Another small point is she rarely speaks Vietnamese in front of customers. If she does she will repeat in English. She shows a real interest in the lives of her customers. First off I received a hand written receipt for $100 with zero indications of who I received the services from and most importantly I was charged way too much for less than adequate services in that I didn't get a manicure only a full set with gel. I came here late tonight, almost 6 (they close at 7) and was told it was a 25 minute wait. After about 10 minutes the owner came by to apologize for the wait and let me know they'd be with me as soon as possible. While I was there a customer wasn't 100% happy so the owner made sure she got exactly what she wanted and took care of me. After she evened my nails she gave me a few options and we went with the gel powder. Holy cow was she perfect when it came to the dipping and smoothing.
