My daughter and I came to this location to make sure nails were done good. I was basing the visit on past reviews and pictures. The gentleman who did my daughter's nails 1. Cut her finger(by accident), he did good on the nails until the end where nail polish and the powder used is lumpy and awkward. Then to add to it, our 2 full sets of acrylic (for my daughter's and my nails) including the designs was 140.00!!! they don't have diamonds gems on them! Even before my daughter's nails were done, the woman said it wouldn't be over 50, but instead was 75.00! What nail technician gets over 40 an hour doing nails, and not make sure they done really, really nice. My daughter didn't say anything because it was her first time, and was afraid to speak up. So our fault there. My nails were basic, but, because I got gel nail polish it was 65. Wow! Definitely a high price visit read more

With no time (i.e., overdue) to be picky, I walked in to the gent doing a set and the lady playing with her son. Half the shop is set up for their relaxing, the other half for nails and feet. If family versus business bothers you, this may not be your place. The place looked clean and had a cool vibe. Jazz in the background. I'll bite. Small selection of colors to choose from. Interesting system of used cotton disposal: stuffed in a plastic jar. Hmm. Switcheroo. Apparently the Mom is the sub while the daughter is out; she came in with another child, put on gloves, and switched. Eventually, my pedicure went off without a hitch. However ladies, if you're in for the whole spa-pedicure experience, this isn't the place. read more

Customer service was great, friendly and kept a conversation going. The vibe was casual no major wow factor. The service was pricy for the quality, polish wasn't as clean as I know it can be and the exfoliation was a fail, got the bare minimum i had to finish it myself at home. For $50 plus tip It didn't meet the standards I'm used to, the massage needs improvement. I would think by now most technicians know the massage is the icing on the cake and I was sadly disappointed, I'd recommend several things to implement. Gloves, clean instruments opened in front of clients, trash exfoliating blocks after use, use cleaning solutions for feet when manicuring, improve massage and if you can't exfoliate completely that's an opportunity to sell an upgrade exfoliating treatment :) lastly would be great to have a price menu handed to you so you can freely choose your service, upgrades or know what's included in your service. read more

Honestly was happy to find this place. Good prices, very friendly people working there. It was the only place where I did my nails in California. I was getting gel manicure over there for a couple months. The results of my manicures shocked me. NAIL FUNGUS on 2 fingers!!! Now I have to take antibiotics which will kill my liver I'm very disappointed. Can't believe it happened to me. I really hope they will fix their problem. I've been getting pedicures here for almost three years. They've always done a great job of sanitizing and provide a wonderful service. There's no rushing you out, they honor appointment times, and are happy to let you sit back and read quietly if that's what you like to do (as I do). I'm picky about my pedicures because I have weird feet, and they do a perfect job every time. Since Covid they're providing sanitizer the moment you walk in the door, taking your temperature, and there are Plexiglass partitions between everything. Social distancing is practiced, masks are required, and employees wear both masks and gloves. I also saw them thoroughly sanitize everything customers touched after they left, including the color swatches. You're safe here! read more

First time customer, decided to come in to get a manicure for the misses, and pedicure for myself. They take temperatures at the front, and provide hand sanitizer, as well as a consent form. Their nail stations are screened off for both the customer and worker. Definitely the place to go too in terms of customer/worker safety. My pedicure was nice, and comforting. The feet are well done, and skin as soft as a baby's bottom. My ladies nails are beautiful as ever, and no complaints on her end. I definitely recommend this spot. 10/10 read more

Was looking for a new nail salon to visit near me, and this was one of the top rated salons in my area. I'm extremely pleased I found this place. I was leaving on a trip for Southern California and wanted to get them done at the very last minute before I had to go, so my last-minute decision to take a chance on a place I've never visited before could've turned out very badly but this was the exact opposite. My husband and I came in right as the salon opened and I was the only one there. The salon was clean and well-lit. Was greeted immediately, and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes I believe. Maybe quicker. But my nails look amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted, was super sweet and easy to work with. She also saved me from making a dreadful mistake when I picked out a very dark brown polish instead of black like I wanted! The other nail places I visited in the past would not have checked before applying the polish, so I really appreciated that. Also, this was so reasonably priced I can't even believe it. I was prepared to spend at least double that what I did for a full set. All in all I will be visiting this location from now on for all of my manicure needs. read more

My friend and I went in today to get our nails done. Temperatures were taken and hand sanitizer was given. The owners wear masks and practice social distancing. My friend did ombre fill and pedi and I did deluxe pedicure and manicure. This place is by far the best nail salon I've been to. They take pride of their business and I recommend coming here If you want good service. We are very happy with our nails and wil definitely come back! Note: they just opened their salon due to Covid19. It is best to pay cash as paying by cards will require them to pay the extra fees. I did not mind getting cash because the owners are so lovely and genuine. It is just my way of giving back to them. Make sure you make your appointment, you'll not be disappointed! Love this place! This was only my second time but it's close by my house and efficient. And they do a good job with my nails. I'm trying the gel nails for only the 2nd time in my life. I came here bc of the good reviews. They are over worked and under staffed. I feel bad for them. But honestly they are not careful, and made us bleed cut open our skin. I made an appointment for 4 people and 3 of us got cuts and bled from our pedicure. I also got my dip removed, and he forgot to take the foil off and my skin started to burn so I took the foil off myself. Additionally, he cut my nails unevenly. I was also upset because there were only 2 staff members and I made an appointment for 4. They could have communicated with me that we would not be able to get the pedicures simultaneously so 2 of us had to wait while the other 2 got pedicures as they rushed. I also said I did not want gel but he put on gel anyway. I had to stop him. I think they are rough and in a rush, hence why they hurt all of us. The massage chairs also were not satisfying at all. They need to be fixed. It only works on the head area and does not message your back and butt. Very disappointing. I am giving them 2 stars because I feel bad that they are over worked and under staffed. I know they tried but it was not good service. I'm never coming back again however. My toe is now sore because he filed my skin off and cut my other friends' skin off to bleed. The guy cuts very deep. Check out bliss nails. I stopped in at Brittany Nail Salon on Saturday morning. This salon is under new ownership since June 2014. The new clean look is great. I really love that while doing my manicure, Vu and his coworker didn't speak in another language! (I think it is his wife - not positive though.) It's a simple pleasure to not have the employees have a personal conversation in a foreign language. Both workers were very easy to visit with. I felt very respected and appreciated. Called for a pedicure and was able to get in 5 minutes later. Hong introduced herself while doing my toes, which was so wonderful as you don't normally get introductions at a nail salon. This personalization definitely contributes to their 4.5 star rating. Hong was very thorough and gentle, we both had a laugh at how ticklish my feet are. Nice foot/leg massage too. Hong's client walked in for a wax and she told her client that it'd be a couple of minutues (cause she was working on me). She didn't keep her client (who obviously had an appointment) waiting too long and asked if it would be okay if Vu (I'm guessing that's who it was based off the reviews) could paint my toes while she got to her client. Of course I said it was no problem and Vu did wonderful job. Pedicure for $20?! You cannot beat that price and I will recommend anyone go here. 11 days later and no chips yet!
