Awful experience. I was cut and started to bleed during my pedicure. It stung really bad and the lady kept trying to spray alcohol and I would ask her to stop bc that was making it worse, and she kept spraying it. I ended up leaving mid pedicure because of how much pain I was in. She even tried to file after I was cut and then would laugh when I'd pull my foot away. She was also rushing the entire time and this is probably what led to the cut. It was just an overall stressful and pain induced experience and I'm a mom who rarely ever gets "me time" so it sucks that this is salon didn't make an effort to provide a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere. read more

*warning graphic* I had an experience with a nail tech that was quite traumatic and I still had to pay full price. She missed my callus with the pumice stone and scraped off the skin on my toe. We moved onto my manicure (where she starts rushing because a walk in comes in even though I made an appointment) She starts taking of the dead skin on my fingers really rough and pinches my skin multiple times when I had said "ouch that hurts" 5 times already. When it's over I go to the counter and was charged full price. I spoke with the lady in charge about my experience and she said next time they just won't give me that nail tech. It was upset that I had to pay in full after being severely injured. Now I am traumatized and worried about the risk of infection that could take place. read more

I gave this place a poor review a few years back, however, I decided to give them another shot. Very pleasantly surprised when I entered this business today. They did a full facelift ( all new stations , tile, paint, decorations, etc. Very clean!!!) It looks great!!! I had a both a pedicure and a manicure (French) on both #135 w/white tip. They had to fill in 2 of my damaged nails (good as new) French mani was great on my natural nails and toes!!! Did the $40 pamper pedi that offers a wax dip and longer massage. ( I needed that) ... I'm glad I gave them another chance. Prices are about that same as a few nail salons nearby, but you can still choose a $30 pedi for a good value. Not fond how much everyone in the area charges for dips/gel... That's making me have to choose between getting either a pedi or manicure vs both at once. Wish list: Would love to see a discount/better value upgrade for doing both a pedi and mani at the same time to make it more affordable during a tough economy. Or offer the pamper pedi as a free upgrade when doing both a pedi and mani. So far, so good! I will be back. Found this business on Yelp. It's close to home and after I went, my friend told me about them as she goes there too! This is my second visit. We made appointments for 11am. We arrived and were the only two people in the place. Me and Wifey. I get the pedi #1 and don't get all the bells and whistles. The person today was very prompt and efficient and performed her job in a gentle, caring way. I did not catch her name - but she did a good job. The place is clean and they seem to follow all the sanitation protocols required for the business. We will definitely come back again. ZERO STARS NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION. I have been coming here since I moved to the area almost 3 years ago, & I have never had any issues with any of my visits. That has all changed. I went in 2 days ago to get a gel mani-pedi. The pedicure (done by another sweet lady) was amazing, the outcome was beautiful, but my manicure was terrible. The lady, (who's name I don't remember) was soooo aggressive with my hands. Not a moment of my manicure was at all relaxing. Her aggression was so bad that she almost made me bleed. This was absolutely the WORST manicure I've ever gotten. Yesterday I called the salon to let them know about my experience, & the dude who answers the phone most of the time, offered me a free manicure to make up for the negligence I experienced. I was cool with that, because like I said before, that was go to place. I called again today to try to go in to get my "free manicure", but all the guy would do, I try to justify the woman's actions. He kept saying that it was normal for them to cut as deep as she did & it happens with all manicures. ABSOLUTE LIE. Of all the manicures I have received there, we're fine, up until this one. The guy tried sooo hard to make me believe that it was normal to be treated that way for a service I was paying for, so I requested at least a partial refund because I am no longer going back to a place who is more worried about the money than the guests. He refused. He told me he wouldn't do it because the negligence was "normal". If you do decide to visit this place, avoid the women that sits at the last table with the rusty orange hair, she will most likely hurt you. read more

I had an 11am appointment, when I walked in there was another woman waiting for her 11pm as well. I waited about 5 minutes before someone greeted me, then I was shown to a chair where there was no lining. I waited another 5-6 minutes before someone came over and put a lining into the chair, then went back to doing another woman's set. I then sat in the chair with no water for 10+ minutes. I was just about to ask how much longer it would be when the lady who was sat inside before I had gotten there said she had an 11am appointment and had been there since 10:15 and it was now 10-15 minutes after 11pm. The lady's gave her no response and she walked out, just was I was going to do the same the lady came to my chair and turned in the water. So I sat back down and decided to see it through, the service was okay but my toes didn't look very good. I came here for the first time last week on my birthday to get a pedicure (treat yo' self ladies). I was very impressed with the staff and the service! My pedi was super relaxing, thanks to the amazing massage my tech gave me, and to the comfy massage chairs they have. My nails came out perfectly, exactly how I wanted them. The interior of the shop is very clean and nicely kept. The owner was there and quite friendly. And I got to have a nice conversation with the lady next to me while getting my pedi done. Tive stars for the nail job. Vivian, though lacking a bit of hospitality, did a very good job on my gel manicure. Two stars for the general customer service. The main man that works there, he's either the manager or the owner, kept rejecting my business when I would ask to come to get my nails done. He'd always say they were too busy, come tomorrow. I don't understand why an establishment would say no when they have on their window that they accept walk-ins. And it wasn't like they were very busy when I would show up. I got the sense he just didn't feel like doing extra work at times. Not a great way to run your business. If you don't want my money, then I'll take it elsewhere. read more
