I have got a few pedicures done at TikTok Nails. I tend to forget that they are really close to my house but, I only really use them when my main nail shop isn't available honestly. I always call can make a reservation they do walk ins, but it will usually always be a wait or you will be asked to come bs k at a later time. The interior is cute and a vibe. It's bright and very clean which is always a huge plus. The staff is always friendly as well. Here I always get the $35 pedicure and upgrade to gel polish for additional ($10) more. I always pay cash because they give you a discount when you do and it's worth it. They also warranty your polish for 7days if chip it damaged you can come back and they will fix it. It's definitely worth it. For me they are a great back up for a pedicure. read more

Please do not hang up on Deaf customers. I was calling through a video relay interpreter to make an appointment--this is the easiest way for us to communicate without having to come in person. Each time the interpreter began explaining that the call was from a Deaf person using video relay, the staff immediately hung up. I understand they may not have received a relay call before, but it is very rude and frustrating as a Deaf person. I tried calling three times, and after that they would not answer at all. Please do better. Answer the phone and be patient enough to let the interpreter finish explaining the call before I could begin to make appointments. Do better next time! read more

First time checking out TikTok Nails and I will definitely be returning! I made my appointment on their website and they texted me the morning of to tell me that the nail tech I picked had to leave suddenly and asked if I could come in earlier or if I wanted to pick a different nail tech. I really appreciated their communication in letting me know ahead of time! My nails are super short and weak so they suggested a dip nail as it would last longer and make my nails stronger. I chose a purple color and the whole appointment took about 30 minutes. The nail tech took her time and I think she did a great job! I walked in for a basic manicure. They weren't too busy so got seated right by away. This wasn't my first time there. Always had a nice experience. Today when I got seated at #8 table there were crumbs on it and crumbs on the floor at my feet. Same on the next manicure table, too (which no one was seated at). Been here multiple times always a good experience. The place is clean. The owner is extremely nice. It's never overly crowded. I have never had an issue even when there is a lot of people getting an appointment. It seems to just be like my girl is always available for me Nina is the goat. This is the shaping I got and the tech acted like I was wrong for asking her to fix it then acted like she couldn't see this... am I tripping or is this terrible lol she was rushing for the next client and took a chunk out of my nail twice before I just gave up. I was a walk-in in the middle of a Tuesday and was seen immediately. It was a very clean and organized shop. Fully stocked, friendly technicians. My requests were simple; Deluxe Pedicure and a simple clear coat Manicure. I asked for them to be done separately but they did them simultaneously. I had one tech on my feet and the other tech taking care of my manicure. I was being pampered. However, it wasn't as comfortable as it may sound. I couldn't tell if I should put my hand down, or my foot up. it was just weird... not comfortable. The technicians didn't understand me, but I wasn't in a talkative mood. I asked if I should pay separately or together and they didn't know what I was trying to ask. The techs were switching supplies. One tech used a block file on my toes and then the manicurist grabbed it and used it on my nails and then then back to my feet. I found that disturbing. The chairs are amazing! Clean, Tip top shape. Adequate space for purses, drinks, whatever. Loved the Mural on the the wall. All in all the atmosphere was great! I do believe I will be back and give them another try! read more

Fill and design. Had a hard time communicating what I wanted. I showed pictures but the technician didn't understand. I wanted black polish with glitter/shimmer. What I got was black nails with silver stripes. Two other folks were also trying to communicate what they wanted. They asked what the difference between powder color and dip color was, sadly this was not answered and they just tapped the top of one of the containers and said "Better"... ‍ My nail tech took great care, did a good job, but just didn't understand what I asked for. My complaint in all this? Not the nail techs.. but the eyebrow person. I stated I just wanted eyebrow wax nothing fancy. Multiple times she tried to up sell me something else. Additionally kept pressing me to get other areas of my face waxed -peach fizz. On the side of my face etc. I declined this offer. The tech who did my brows took the wax out and blew all over it to cool it down each time she dipped it!!!! ....Yuh... COVID, flu! No thanks. Also repeatedly double dipped my spatula... so my face bacteria is swimming out there and so is any bacteria from whoever had waxing done that day. Double dipping assures you're gonna end up with something. I won't return... I'm grossed out by strangers blowing onto wax then that wax going into my face. Bleh! read more
