Fill and design. Had a hard time communicating what I wanted. I showed pictures but the technician didn't understand. I wanted black polish with glitter/shimmer. What I got was black nails with silver stripes. Two other folks were also trying to communicate what they wanted. They asked what the difference between powder color and dip color was, sadly this was not answered and they just tapped the top of one of the containers and said "Better"... ‍ My nail tech took great care, did a good job, but just didn't understand what I asked for. My complaint in all this? Not the nail techs.. but the eyebrow person. I stated I just wanted eyebrow wax nothing fancy. Multiple times she tried to up sell me something else. Additionally kept pressing me to get other areas of my face waxed -peach fizz. On the side of my face etc. I declined this offer. The tech who did my brows took the wax out and blew all over it to cool it down each time she dipped it!!!! ....Yuh... COVID, flu! No thanks. Also repeatedly double dipped my spatula... so my face bacteria is swimming out there and so is any bacteria from whoever had waxing done that day. Double dipping assures you're gonna end up with something. I won't return... I'm grossed out by strangers blowing onto wax then that wax going into my face. Bleh! read more

My mom, son and I came in for pedicures and I got a fill. Everyone is always so friendly and it's nice and clean. When I first started going here, I had just came from another reputable salon that I had been with for two years, and somehow they gave me a fungus on my toes. Only after three visits did Tik Tok technicians help to fix it. It is almost completely gone. And they always work so hard to do whatever crazy creation I come up with. A woman came in while I was getting my nails done and complained about her lifting, they got her in right away to fix it. Ivy was my nail technician and she was extremely kind and did a great job. Just in time for my birthday! We were all very satisfied. And even though there was only a few technicians, they didn't turn away even one person. They were working so very hard to accommodate not only the appointments, but also the walk-ins. This is my new place! read more

So disappointed! One nail broke on the side just two days after getting them done and another nail just popped off just a week and a half later ( while washing dishes) for the price and the quality... I am very disappointed. Did not want to write a bad review when the first nail broke, BUT not happy when the second nail popped off. Will not be returning. read more

I recently moved to the area. This salon is clean, everything they use is sanitized and they go great work. Beautiful shop, my nail art came out better than I expected it to. A little bit pricier than my old shop but the art is more intricate so I'm ok with it! read more

Went in wanting a classic French dip manicure. I was on time but still had to wait 30 min. Chose a base color that wasn't too sheer, so when it grows out, you couldn't see my natural nail through it, but still milky enough to where it looked natural. Went home & came to find that my base color was glow in the dark. The sample didn't say that, nor did the nail tech bring this to my attention. Came back the next day to "get it fixed". I was on time again, & waited another 30 min. They didn't remove the glow in the dark dip that was originally placed and was told that my new base color had to be an opaque gel color in order for the glow in the dark to not show through, which would eliminate the natural look I was going for. Out of frustration, it ultimately led to me just doing a solid color without the French design. I then asked for a refund of the extra $10 it cost to get the French design. & I was told "no", because the tech was already paid for her labor, even though I was leaving without it. The colors don't match the swatches, so I kept having to change the color which led to the tech slamming things & rolling her eyes. I basically got robbed of my money for a French design I didn't get and left with thick nails. I will not be coming back, & neither will my sister. read more

As a first time customer, I was assuming by the reviews that I was going to get the type of quality service that I was paying for. I am a straight man, a black man, so I feel like I was undermined and just considered to not want to receive good quality work or subpar service for those two reasons (mainly though because I'm a man) and not getting anything extravagant but the basic care. The bare minimal work was done and pretty much nothing else and my cuticles weren't even touched, I spoke up about the edges of my nails, she glossed over them & went on about her busy. I was very clear about what I wanted and it's probably more easier to do my nails than anyone else's. I wasn't getting extravagant or extra, colors etc or anything like that. The experience was pretty much trash, fake, forced, & I definitely won't be going back there again. I truly don't like leaving bad reviews for anyone, especially For a small independent business as a business person myself, but I couldn't let this go past my head without saying something. Not to mention, per usual, as I'm sitting there quietly, and respectfully, the two women who were tending to me at the time began to whisper in their language, and although I don't know what they were saying, it was very clear that they were saying things about me that were definitely not kind words that would be easily spoken to me directly. read more
