It made me question whether she is properly licensed to be working on customers. She kept calling her daughter, who was supposedly the owner, for instructions the entire time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What made it worse was hearing them talk and realizing they were not being honest about where the owner was instead of simply saying she was not at the shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It felt unprofessional and disorganized. [[HIGHLIGHT]]On top of that, both the grandmother and grandson were speaking badly about customers in Vietnamese while clients were sitting there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even if customers do not understand the language, it is rude and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] No one wants to relax during a service while hearing staff bad-mouth others. They use the same they used in the previous client, yuck! Also, the lady dropped the cuticle pusher in the floor, she picked it up, dunked it in the spa water that my feet were soaking in then wiped it with the cotton towel. That is not proper sanitation! I hope I don't get fungus from the dirty nail instruments she used on me. I spent a lot of money to just get my feet caressed. One foot the nails were cut so short and the other foot the nails were long! I showed her to compared and well in order to make them even she had to go super short on my other foot when I told her I wanted small cut and square square omg She just finished the polish and it's spotty blotchy. Horrible experience. All in all, I don't recommend this nails salon and I won't be coming back read more

Today I learned I will never go anywhere else but Nail Studio Plus! I went back to a previous salon (while Melanie was on vacation) and today I learned why there was a circular ridge on several of my nails. The previous salon use the nail electric buffing tool on my natural nails, and took off too much of the top layer . As the nails have grown out it has become more apparent with the circular ridge on several nails. As I mentioned before, it's very disheartening when you go to salons and you pay significant amount these days and either have cut cuticles ( multiple bandaid for paper cut like sores) or inferior work, such as nail paint on toes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is not the case at Nail studio plus. They respect the client which means they do not ask for you to do your pedicure and your manicure at the same time[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. One salon even mentioned oh yeah, we can paint your toenails and then give you your pedicure massage!! Also if they are busy, they will let you know to come back or make an appointment instead of asking you to sit and wait ( which is terrible for folks on a time schedule) . Their atmosphere is chill and relaxing like a spa. It's obvious that if you're a nail technician and not the greatest, you're not there for very long . If you need a refreshment or snack, there is one available. I highly recommend you give Nail Studio Plus a try. You will not be disappointed. read more

Amazing Experience!! After going to my usual place that was supposed to be open today on a Sunday only to find out it was closed??? I decided to come here instead. This was my first time Weekends are my only days off. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed! I was able to be seated as walked in, within 5 min. on my massage chair. These ladies are super attentive to detail. I can honestly say this was the 1st time I have been to a nail salon and have not been knicked or needed to pull my hand away because the tech came too close. I had 2 different ladies, one for my pedi and the other on nails. I noticed she used a different drill head. It was white. So the last 2 things that are a to this place is that you get complimentary wine, bellini, mimosa, sodas , coffee or water (1 per person) And you get points for your visit at the end. I'm not sure what you can utilize the points for but I'll be asking later. I'll be back for sure, because this is my NEW Favorite place !!! read more

The nail technician Cindy did fix my nails and the entire time she did not acknowledge me , greet me didn't talk to me , ignored me and didn't say thank you or anything. RIPPED OFF MY REAL NAILS WITH AN ACRYLIC NAIL Terrible service. I came to remove my nails - I had acrylic tip with gel on top. The guy proceeded to first, cut off the acrylic nail tip off (also cutting off my REAL nail along with the tip) & then RIPPED it off my real nail using a fake nail. I told him to stop because my real nail ended up ripping off like the one in the photo. Unbelievable. I asked if he could use acetone instead. He kept looking at me to see my facial expression after he ripped off my nail & had the audacity to say "its because your nails are thin." If my nails look thin, why would you rip it off using a fake nail?? He took the shortcut route despite seeing that my nails couldn't handle being ripped off like that. Unbelievable. If I didn't stand up for myself, that's what he would have done to ALL my nails. Don't come here unless you want to pay $15 to have your nails ripped off using a fake nail. read more

Melanie is the very best nail tech I have ever had! I've gone through a few the last 5 years and the first time I came in here to give it a try, I got her and never left! Everyone is so nice and welcoming and their hours are great. Very clean space and accommodating. They will do their best to get you in even with no appointment and if they can't they give you the availability for later that day or make you an appt right on the spot. My daughter comes here too, she prefers hot gel and is always happy. I love my acrylics and pedicures and come every 2-3 weeks and my nails never break either, (which is HUGE for me because I am not easy on my hands and work with construction guys a lot too) I will also add that the music selection is great as well and you get a complimentary drink with a pretty large variety from soda to wine, juice and water.
