I called them 5 mins before walking in and asked what their price was for a pedicure with white tip. They said "$30 for regular and $45 for gel" I said okay I'll be there soon! I walk in and say "I just called for the pedicure with white tip" she proceeds to seat me and I just asked once more to clarify, I said, "for regular it's $30 right? That's what she said on the phone." They start conversation among each other in a different language from English - then proceeds to price gauge me and say "no it's $37 for regular and $47 for gel." I was so taken back. I've been in the nail shop for 20+ years l've never had that experience, EVER! Will never ever come back and my advice is to call before and ask for pricing and double check when you get in that it is correct. I wouldn't even had wasted their time to begin with if they were honest from the beginning. I did not receive service and walked out. Completely unprofessional experience on their part. read more

I told the lady doing them to just clean them up and she literally changed the shape of my brows on top of waxing the end of my eyebrow off . She tried to cover it up with makeup so i wouldn't notice but once i got to work and used an alcohol wipe to get the make up off i noticed she took im half my brow . I called at 5pm to ask if I can get a mani-pedi with French tip because I was in the nearby area finishing some errands. Told them I needed polish removed and gel removed. I was told they can take me in at that moment, so I said I'll be there in 5-10 minutes and arrived at 5:15pm. The nail salon I usually go to is far away from the area but it was already late in the day and I urgently needed to get my nails done for an event. I am so appalled by the poor quality of work. I was expecting more out of a place that has a high rating and for the amount they charge. It took 3-hours to get a spa pedicure with French tip and gel manicure French tip!! First because the toes were suppose to be done with regular polish and then she realizes it was gel so she had to start over. Then, the receptionist forgets to tell her that I needed the old gel removed on my hands, and that I needed a manicure... so at this point she is rushing. The French tip line kept coming out crooked on my feet, and it still doesn't look great. On my hands you can still see some of the old gel, the brush strokes of the polish, and the poor nail shaping. I can't believe how long and how many tries it took to still receive awful results. I am embarrassed to show my nails to the event, hopefully it won't be that noticeable since it will be at night time. Overall hate how my nails turned out here. read more

This use to be the salon i would always come to, but since owners have changed its gone downhill. I am sitting in the chair waiting for my pedicure that i made an appt for at 5:30. When i came in noticed the chairs were full and told me 5 mins! I went to Marshall and came back they told us to sit and now my feet and just sitting in water and its 6:15 so 45 mins ! Whats the point of making an appt when they are going to accept walk ins right before your appointment knowing if they accept the walk in the scheduled appt will be late. This is not the first time sadly they have done this to me, this is a reoccurring issue! And this is the last time I will be here. I got up and walked out.
