During my most recent visit, I had to request a different technician because I did not trust the original work would be corrected properly. That should not be necessary. At this point, I will not be returning. I am also genuinely concerned about the cleanliness of the salon and the sanitation of tools. My manicure was done by Deana, and she was wonderful--sweet, friendly, and very patient with me since I'm not very experienced with getting manicures. I originally chose a color that ended up being too light for my skin tone, and she was kind enough to change it for me halfway through without any frustration. She also gave me helpful recommendations on colors that would complement my skin tone and shared tips on how to make the manicure last longer. INFECTION CAUGHT HERE!…read more it makes me sad to write this because i've been coming here for yearssssss. i've never had an issue with the service or anything at all it was actually my favorite place. :( unfortunately this past sunday 7/26/26 i went in for a gel pedicure as i usually do but ended up getting an INFECTION. i hadn't gotten my toes done in maybe a couple months i go every 2 or 3 months consistently. mind you ive never had a problem with my feet they have been healthy all my life! after this past sunday i noticed my big toe swelling, painful and red i thought it was an ingrown and ive gotten them before but usually it's not deep so either the techs will dig it out (even tho they're not supposed to) or ill do it cause it's never been a deep or serious in grown for me very minor only. Long story short i went to urgent care because i was in a lot of pain and the PA i saw doesn't believe it was an ingrown but an infection. she suggested i take the antibiotics instead of cutting a huge wound in my toe and there being no ingrown nail since i had already cut the top of the nail and it was not ingrown. i will attach pictures from my doctors visit and my toe. i even took a picture while i was at the salon the show my husband what i was doing that evening. all date and time stamps included in the pics as well as transaction pictures as well. Just be careful that's all, i never thought this would happen to me because ive never got an infection like this before and it could be dangerous for other people or even diabetics. no bash to the people here personally or anything they're all really sweet and friendly but this was sucky to go through..

I scheduled an appointment with Jessica a few nights ago as I was grabbing chinese take out. . I recently went to Vegas, and had my nails done but in the last 2 weeks I've had so may issues with them. Jessica stated that she could help me and told me what her plans would be for me , when I came in . She removed all the bad work the other place did and started over. She used a Clear gel. Lots of curing and shaping. And painted them with a light pink color and then brushed them with chrome dust. They are so pretty. Next time I come in I will be getting the white gel and still go over with the white pearl chrome. She said these will last 4-6 weeks !
