Really wish I would have trusted my instincts and never went here today with my boyfriend for pedicures. First time clients and we chose the $35 option. I was barely massaged and when I was by the gentleman that worked on me, it was awkward and painful at times. He left the lotion on for a minute then would rinse it all off by getting little cups of water in his hand from my dirty bath and poured that back on my legs. Then he didn't even use the hot stone on me, he decided it was better to put it in between my feet tap it every once in a while to get his hand warm. My boyfriend who did not get polish was STILL being massaged for a few minutes after I was dry and so done with being in this place. I have never been more disappointed with a service in my life. Do. I came to get my birthday nails done on my birthday. Mind you I never mentioned it was for my birthday. I called earlier in the day for pricing. Full set and french and show them the picture of the polkadots so they can see it. They said 55 i said okay so i come in 3pm appointment and as we began the lady named "Gen" was like no full set and french is 65 I'm like what okay. I kept telling her to make the "U" of the french for perfect because she would draw it on and not even clean it. She was talking to her coworkers and laughing making me feel bad as I was on the phone with my cousin I was talking to her in my language too. And the nail lady goes "is she saying your nails are bad". Implying that I'm telling her to keep fixing it. I said no. When I was really saying what was happening in that movement. I asked what about the dots she said that $10 extra. I said no thanks. As I was paying I handed her 4 20 bills because I didn't have change. She handed me 10 back and said it's 70. 70 for plain french tip is crazy and outrageous and MY NAILS ARE SHORT. It didn't cross my mind because I was just so over it and embarrassed. My new favorite nail spa ! I called late morning for appointment at 5 pm today for a pedicure for myself and the husband. They were very accommodating and had two massage chairs waiting for us . First impressions : The business is very clean and organized, with modern massage chairs, new tools , excellent variety of good quality polish colors , and updated payment options. They take Venmo, credit cards, and I assume cash . The gentleman who greeted us took us to our prepared chairs and they started working their magic right away . It was a very relaxing pedicure/ manicure appointment for myself and my husband enjoyed having his feet pampered. The kind lady did a great job removing the callus on his heels and gave him suggestions on how to keep his feet soft and in good shape . I have been going here for almost a year. This last time for a manicure and pedicure.....which I always get every 2-3 weeks. I have always had a good experience, but yesterday I was very disappointed with my manicure. The acrylics were trimmed WAY too short. The nails were done while I was in the pedicure chair. Normally, not an issue. I had been watching and relaxing. The nails were completed before I realized how short they were. They are chunky, wavy and look like stubs. I will not be going back. Yesterday was our first visit here, after successfully calling for a same day appointment. We brought my aunt in for a mani & pedi. We hate waiting too long when we have an appointment and we were concerned since we had booked her appointments within a few hours, but we were happily surprised when they took her in right away. Even though they had a steady stream of clients coming in. While we were waiting for her we noted the salon was a good size and more importantly clean and we watched as they cleaned and sanitized after each client They did her mani in the massage chair while she was soaking her feet. She's a little elderly and has had issues with techs being too rough on both her hands and feet. She said they did a great job and were very gentle. Basic pedis start at $30. It was very clean inside and the staff was very nice and helpful. The first color I originally picked out, I ended up not liking after he put the first coat on so they took it off and let me pick another color. I had such a pleasant experience at Neo Nails & spa. Especially during Covid, it felt very clean and safe. Seating is far apart and plexi glass for added safety. Nina is amazing! She is so sweet and did such a great job. I have never had a mani/acrylics last more than 2 weeks and I'm going on more than 3 weeks with barely any growth. I did the dip powder manicure and there was a huge selection to choose from. She takes her time and is diligent in making sure the finished product is perfect! I came in for a mani/pedi and got extremely rude service towards the end. I requested a gel mani with a single design on each finger and the lady I did it with could not do it. She then asked another woman to attempt to do it, which is FINE, but here is where the rudeness comes from. She couldn't execute it like the picture I showed her either so she just mumbled "I can't do it" and proceeded to paint the nail like the rest without saying anything and I had to stop her like wait wtf, I didn't say OK to do that. So she stops and told my my other nail tech would come back to finish. I even showed her a different design (a flower) and again, she couldn't do that either. This is when I said you know what, let's just take the other nails off and just paint them all white since we can't do any design that would match my other nails. She started mumbling in Vietnamese not realizing that I also speak, read, and understand fluent Vietnamese... "Omg she wants to take them alllll off, what a waste of time." "There's bubbles in her nails from taking off the other nails, what do I do?" "She knows and pointed out the bubbles guys, do I just keep painting it over??" I was so upset I just wanted to get out of there at this point. If they couldn't do a specific design, they should have said that from the beginning when I showed them the picture. Bad service I went there with my sister in law and my cousin I told him we had a budget and every time I showed him the inspo picture he would make fun of me just because apparently it would be way over my budget and he kept on doing that till I found the most simplest nails ever where he wouldn't make fun of me for it and I know for sure they were talking bad about us in their language overall their service is bad!!! They also ruined my nails he drilled my nails way too much and ended ruining them and plus they are literally pricey with everything just because the nail has diamonds they charge SO much for it!! Overall, good experience but nothing above and beyond. I've been doing dip manicures for years and it's hard to find a place that knows how to do them well. They definitely did a good job. Although no use of cuticle oil at the end or lotion which would have been a nice. I've never gotten a manicure that didn't include both of those. The staff wasn't overly friendly but again, not anything I'd see as a negative. When I get a manicure I like to just at relax and not have to make small talk. I did appreciate the attention to detail when it came to filing my nails, getting excess powder off and ensuring even coverage. Would go back again. Took off one star purely because of the lack of cuticle treatment and lack of lotion. Simple things that shouldn't be skipped. read more

TERRIBLE! This was the first time I've gone to have my nails done and left with them looking worse than when I had arrived. This was my second time coming into this shop. The first time a young woman did a full set of dip nails and another woman did a pedicure, they both did a pretty good job. Because of my first experience I thought I would return (vs going to Lena Nails where I normal go). The prices are comparable to the other shop I typically go to and I was in the area. I called before coming and was told they could take us now (my mother and myself), so we went. The gentleman who did my nails did not have the most sanitary of methods. He was using utensils that clearly had not been properly disinfect, let alone even cleaned. He kept dropping items on the floor and would pick them up and continue to use them. The worst part of this experience was that he filed my nails down so paper thin that I decided to no longer get dip and to instead have them cut down and get a manicure. The pictures are the end result of my manicure, my nails still have dip powder on them (which he simply painted over). The nail's themselves are still jagged as you can see, he did not even take time filing them. There were still hang nails and pieces of skin next to my nail bed. He didn't even have me wash my hands and just put lotion over my hands with the acrylic dust, and rubbed it into my skin. When he put the foil with acetone, he would not allow it to set. He kept unwrapping them, filing them down with a thick long file I typically see used on the feet, not your hands. It honestly was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail shop. To make matters worse the owner "Eric" aka Thuy, was extremely rude. He went from being so nice and calling us "my lady" to saying "I don't care" and ignoring us completely. I will never go back to this shop again. Not only do my nails look awful, it was really upsetting to be treated like this. It was really bad business and I sincerely hope they address their unsanitary protocols. I cannot believe I was charged $30 dollars for this? Absolutely the worst my nails have ever looked after leaving a shop. I felt compelled to share this because the reason I came here was because of all the really good reviews! I still cannot even believe what happened. It was on a Tuesday and very slow. I highly recommend Lena Nails over this spot, at least they are kind and their prices are the same. They also take their time and do a good job. I've never been treated poorly there, as was my experience at Neo Nails. I'd truly give zero stars if I could, the worst nail shop I have yet experienced, thus the review and pictures. read more

After the nails were done, I came home with my pointer finger's nail feeling loose and sensitive which I didn't understand until I realized that my natural nail was shaven down to the nail plate at the corner. It may look small, but the pain is there. The full-set themselves have a bumpy surface and the nail trims are uneven as my pointer fingers have different lengths. read more

I went here a couple weeks ago for a pedicure and it was so nice. I got the ultimate spa pedicure and the massage and hot stone massage felt so good. Was definitely much needed. The lady who was doing my toes was super nice, sweet, and friendly. I wish I had gotten her name because I'd love to have her again. When I called ahead to ask if they had time available they were able to get me in like 30 minutes after I called which was perfect. Everyone in their was super nice. My lady even used a brand new filer and buffer sponge. She even offered me to keep them if I wanted because she was going to throw them away anyways after she was done using them on me.
