The ladies who helped me remove the gel were really nice and tried to help me with repairing my nails after they got messed up from a not so great experience with a past nail artist-they even buffed my nail and applied the nail repair after removing them. Sorry had to have to give them a bad review, I've been coming here for years since it's so cheap, but started noticing how un sanitary they are with their tools. I started noticing in my acrylic fills, a couple of my nails were discolored and brownish. So they took one or two nails off and replaced them. Well today I went to change my nail polish color and one nail turned green!Totally freaked me out, took them all off and definitely won't be getting them done for a very long time now. I came here because of their prices. I needed a full set of acrylic , which came out to only $20. I should have known better. The place itself is clean, but my set of nails were not what I expected at all. First of all, he cut me using his drill on two of my fingers!! Never said sorry, even after you could clearly see that my finger was cut on the side. As he was shaping my nails, he asked if I wanted them square, but I said I wanted them more rounded. By the end of my visit, my nails were NOT rounded and ended up being almost triangle-shaped. So as they grew, they looked very weird. Also, he did not file them down on the top very well. My pinky fingers looked like I had pasted a rock on my nails. I am not coming back here ever again. I have not used any of their other services but do NOT come here for acrylic nails. Also, they say they accept CC's but only up to $20. read more

I have not gotten my nails done in about 10 years but thought since Friday is my 10 year anniversary with my husband I would get them done to look nice for our night out. I have always gone to the same nail place but because how busy they were I stopped by this place today after getting a pedicure here a couple weeks ago with a friend the pedicure was absolutely amazing the jewels they glued on totally stayed and today I was once again impressed by the way they did my nails and actually listen to me exactly how I wanted them it did cost $10 extra for the painted on tips and the glitter I had put in the center, so my fill cost $25 instead of 15 I guess it would've been about the same if I had gone with glitter acrylic. I have been going to Nails by Design for over ten years. Kevin and Anna ( the owners), do a terrific job with both fills and pedicures. The prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is relaxing .. The pedicures they have include rubbing your feet, a nice long time and is well worth it. They also use paraffin wax, to make your feet silky soft. I get the deluxe pedicure as it last longer, and they use hot rocks as part of the pedicure.. The pedicure process is very clean, as they have use individual plastic linings at the bottom of each chair,. They then just throw away the plastic when your pedicure is done. This place is very covid compliant as they go out of their way to keep everything in the shop clean. They have a great selection of nail polish colors and fun choices to choose from.. Anna does a super job with her fills and, designs . It is great to watch her with her steady hands create cool stuff. When you have a chance, and want to pamper yourself, check this place out. The staff at this salon really need to take some classes on how to treat customers. I was at the salon on Sunday for a nail fill and pedicure. I gave the technician $25.00 in cash and asked her to charge my debit card $15.00. They overcharged my debit card and then refused to credit my account back once I advised them of the error. The technician I gave the cash too for a nail fill and pedicure basically called me a liar saying I never gave her cash and the male owner yelled at me for not coming back sooner. Again, I was there on Sunday and discovered the error on Tuesday. Forgive me for working full time and not checking my account everyday. It's not about the money but the way they treated a customer. It's a shame that they lost a customer, their pedicures were decent. Watch your charges ladies. I will never go to this nail salon again. read more

Anna typically does my nails every time I go in there because I like to keep my nails tasteful with fun designs and she matches the pictures I bring in perfectly. Everyone in the shop is very sweet and they all do a great job. I also love getting pedicures here, they do this hot wax on your feet that make your feet feel like silk afterwards.
