First time back after we lost my Dad 2 weeks ago. He loved this place because he was shy and they always treated him with such warmth and care. This was his last pedi, and it was something I really enjoyed doing with him. Thank you, ladies. You make his final years a little sweeter. read more

I came in my 3rd time getting my nails done which is great. Emily did my nails. I was wanting a specific chrome which couldn't be achieved so they changed the color for me which was fine. I also received a pedicure for the first time. I got the mid level pedicure and it will most likely be my last. After getting home I already felt weird when I expressed that there was inconsistency as there were little bubbles all over under the chrome but then to get home and see my toe nail paint. I just wish I didn't experience this today because I really thought I found my new nail salon read more

I've been coming here for over a year and it's always a great experience. The customer service is 5 stars and the salon is super clean and welcoming. Amy works magic--she always nails the look I'm going for, usually even better than the pictures I show her. I always leave very satisfied read more

Was not sure how to rate this shop. I had pedicure and manicure on the 21st, 5 days later my nails color is chipping. I went in the shop and immediately told that there's no guarantees on the regular nail polish. I stated it has been less than a week, they didn't care. Said I would have to take up with the owner. I was very unhappy. Finally after I stated I will tell all my friends one of the ladies said she would repair my nails. She did a good job and I'm happy, but the experience left me stunned. Is this normal? read more

Sally did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. She also did not pressure me to get gel which was so refreshing! Calm atmosphere. I will definitely go back! read more

My toes were done very nicely. But then they switched my nail technician, and my nails were done by somebody different. This person did a horrible job. I don't know, maybe she was expecting a nice break and I ruined it for her. I'm not sure She didn't listen to anything I said, cut my nails way too short when I told her to leave them a little longer. It is what it is, not a very good experience. I won't be back. read more

I went to nailed it lounge and was deeply disappointed in my stay. The lady's there were talking very loud and would snark at me anytime I asked for something with my nails to get fixed. One of the lady's got her blue glove stuck to my nail with nail glue and didn't bother taking the time to remove the glove bits from my nails. I was then charged an additional 20 dollars for my nails to get painted on my fill making my total 66 dollars for a simple French tip fill with a cat print on it. When it came to billing the lady explained that the 20 dollars for paint was more because she had to have someone else paint it not her. I understand fair pay and this isn't it, a customer shouldn't have to pay more because you needed assistance. For instance if you go to a food place you're not individually paying the cook and server you're paying for the product and service. The cat print looks super rushed and isn't what I asked for. I won't be returning and honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. The vibe was off and so was the Service. read more

As a chronic full set acrylic nail wearer (lol), I love when I find a place that does nails that LAST!! Every set I've got done here has lasted me a minimum of 1 month before lifting or needing a fill! This is what keeps me coming back and I highly recommend this to anyone in the area. read more

Wow! I come here monthly with Amy and I always leave satisfied. Currently 6 months pregnant and I am terrified of having any type of cuts, infections etc and she goes above and beyond to help my anxiety. (Nothing has ever happened, however with her care, I doubt anything will). Amy is super professional, attentive and talented. She pays attention to detail and I appreciate how much of a perfectionist she is. She is willing to create any type of design I bring her. Everyone here at this location is super attentive, haven't gone with anyone else but I have seen their amazing work. read more

Nail'd it Lounge exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and clean atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my nail tech was exceptional. He took the time to show me the design before applying it, ensuring I was happy with the outcome. They also offer a variety of beverages, which was a nice touch. While the prices are on the higher side, they are comparable to other salons offering similar high-quality services. You definitely get what you pay for! Even after three days of daily chores, my nails still look and feel amazing. Plus, they offer facial waxing too! Convenient location with plenty of parking. While visiting California, this will most definitely be my go to nail salon. read more

Scheduled a pedicure for four and Nail'd It was able to accommodate with short notice. Jessica and her staff were personable, professional and detail oriented with the requested services. I went with my friend and I wanted to really write this review for her. The lady doing her nails didn't clean underneath her nails. Originally, we wanted our nails done and pedicures but after how the lady did the pedicure, we decided to just do the pedicure only. We let them know and all of a sudden, the ladies began talking a lot to one another. I believe they were irritated with us. The job on my nails were good though. read more

The time and attention spent on shaping our nails was EXCELLENT! We all did tips with dip and can be picky with the short, square shape but the technician did an excellent job! The 2 oval tips were gorgeous and well shaped too. $10 for chrome felt steep but $50 for tips and dip felt very reasonable. read more

Wow, wow, wow! I came across this shop when I was looking for a Safeway to grab a bouquet of flowers. I decided to go in since I've been needing a little me day. This shop is the nicest one that I've been to. It definitely has a nice modern look inside. The ambiance is elegant and luxurious but it also makes you feel happy and relaxed. I was greeted right away by a nail tech when I walked in to let me know someone will be with me in a few minutes. I appreciated that I was greeted although she was busy helping someone else. After 2-3 minutes of waiting, a man came out to help me who happens to be the owner. He was very nice and friendly. I ended up just getting a pedi since I still had more errands to run. My nail tech did such a good job. I always love pedicures because I look forward to the massage. I also enjoyed my complementary mimosa lol which was a cool experience to be able to sip while getting my pedi. I'll definitely be coming back for a mani/pedi next time. I ended up buying my mom a gift voucher for Mother's Day as well. Anyone who is in Folsom, Cameron park, El Dorado hills and surrounding area should come check it out, you won't be disappointed in what this nail shop has to offer. The work is great, the people are great, and the ambiance is great. Also, it is in a perfect location. One stop shop. You have a Safeway for grocery shopping, gas station, Starbucks , BAMBU for Vietnamese dessert and just a few doors down you also have a Mexican restaurant and so much more. FYI they are currently running discount promo as well. What an amazing deal. read more

The design and decorations of the store was beautiful! I love the flower backdrop in the front. I came here for a pedicure during their grand opening and was completely satisfied. I was looking for a new spot, I think I found it! I had Jessica as my technician and she had great suggestions. I ended up getting dip, full set. Price was right!! She even did four nails with painted hearts on top of the dip. It's been a few days and I still love the results. No chipping on the paint, they still look perfect. I am pretty hard on my nails so I need them to be strong. Jessica fit me in between a couple appointments and got the job done beautifully and painlessly. Love the music and environment. This review is soooo overdue but necessary! I don't get my nails done often but I know that when I do this is the salon to go to. I made an appointment because I had a photoshoot back in September and I went with Amy after reading some reviews and I am so happy I did, I've never been so happy with my nails! She was clear about everything she was doing and we worked together to choose the perfect dip shade for my skin and she did an amazing job at the intricate details and was incredibly attentive. I was offered a mimosa and the experience was overall wonderful. Cant wait to come back, this place is truly a gem! read more

Got my dip nails by Amy but they seemed too grown out by day 5, as if I had them over a week. By less then 2 weeks mark, one nail cracked in the middle that I've never had that happen before. I feel like they weren't filled close enough to the cuticle making them look like a month old, but they are really only 2 weeks exactly. Is it done on purpose, so I come more often? My nails don't grow fast at all. Will be looking for a better tech and location. I wasn't offered any beverage like they mentioned. read more

Overall, had a negative experience. Went in with an appointment for 2 pedicures and a basic manicure. During the pedicure, the lady doing my partners nails kept rudely telling her to relax her toes and bending them in ways they don't bend. We were also told to stop talking, mind you we were talking very quietly and only one other person was in the salon. The service was very rushed, and my polish was done very poor, uneven and the cuticle care wasn't great. I didn't plan on leaving a review, but after two days my nails are already chipping. Such a waste of money. read more
