I went to nailed it lounge and was deeply disappointed in my stay. The lady's there were talking very loud and would snark at me anytime I asked for something with my nails to get fixed. One of the lady's got her blue glove stuck to my nail with nail glue and didn't bother taking the time to remove the glove bits from my nails. I was then charged an additional 20 dollars for my nails to get painted on my fill making my total 66 dollars for a simple French tip fill with a cat print on it. When it came to billing the lady explained that the 20 dollars for paint was more because she had to have someone else paint it not her. I understand fair pay and this isn't it, a customer shouldn't have to pay more because you needed assistance. For instance if you go to a food place you're not individually paying the cook and server you're paying for the product and service. The cat print looks super rushed and isn't what I asked for. I won't be returning and honestly don't recommend this place to anyone. The vibe was off and so was the Service. read more

She even did four nails with painted hearts on top of the dip. It's been a few days and I still love the results. No chipping on the paint, they still look perfect. Wow, wow, wow! I came across this shop when I was looking for a Safeway to grab a bouquet of flowers. I decided to go in since I've been needing a little me day. This shop is the nicest one that I've been to. It definitely has a nice modern look inside. The ambiance is elegant and luxurious but it also makes you feel happy and relaxed. I was greeted right away by a nail tech when I walked in to let me know someone will be with me in a few minutes. I appreciated that I was greeted although she was busy helping someone else. After 2-3 minutes of waiting, a man came out to help me who happens to be the owner. He was very nice and friendly. I ended up just getting a pedi since I still had more errands to run. My nail tech did such a good job. I always love pedicures because I look forward to the massage. I also enjoyed my complementary mimosa lol which was a cool experience to be able to sip while getting my pedi. I'll definitely be coming back for a mani/pedi next time. I ended up buying my mom a gift voucher for Mother's Day as well. Anyone who is in Folsom, Cameron park, El Dorado hills and surrounding area should come check it out, you won't be disappointed in what this nail shop has to offer. The work is great, the people are great, and the ambiance is great. Also, it is in a perfect location. One stop shop. During the pedicure, the lady doing my partners nails kept rudely telling her to relax her toes and bending them in ways they don't bend. We were also told to stop talking, mind you we were talking very quietly and only one other person was in the salon. The service was very rushed, and my polish was done very poor, uneven and the cuticle care wasn't great. I didn't plan on leaving a review, but after two days my nails are already chipping.
