I know she's trying to be friendly but the store is small. If i need assistance, it won't be hard to find you. I usually tell her I don't need help finding anything because I like to do my shopping on my own. If I spend too long in an aisle she will typically hangout in that aisle pretending she's organizing. Honestly so uncomfortable. Feels like she thinks i'm stealing or something Introverts worst nightmare tbh. Please greet customers then just leave them alone after!

How am I supposed to know if it's pronounced I O N or ion(i-on). You have your hair dyed you should know what we're talking about. She was just rude and horrible customer service. Second day. I was looking at the dyes, and the tall girl with glasses is just standing next to us looking at me and my friend! She had enough room to walk by us, but no. She stood there for about a minute before just walking by, and nothing was wrong with that but it was random. Then we go to pay and she was all rude! You chose this job! You chose to do customer service, I still tried to be nice. The girl before me payed about $100 in 20s. Our total was $59, we tried to give her $100 and she said "I can't break an 100." Like I know most people pay with 10s and 5s! She had enough, she was just to lazy. Don't go here if you don't want horrible customer service.

There literally might as well be a tumbleweed blowing around this place because there is NOONE willing to help, oh besides someone named "kylie" that mumbled something to me when I tried to say good morning, without even looking then went right to the very back while still on her phone. I can't say I am surprised, I guess everyone knows it's the lowest "cosmetics and beauty store" you can go to. However trying to find something as simple as lash glue or a pencil sharpener is nearly impossible and melted make up is smeared everywhere. It's about 110 degrees, claustrophobic and disgusting I felt like I contracted hepatitis grazing my shoulder against the pointy counter! Ick negative a zillion stars. For service, quality of products, products actually in stock cleanliness (which consisted of wafting aroma of porter potty smell as an ambiance) You're better off getting drug store make up or skin care at target and hair care products there too TJ max they're at least nice and acknowledge you and you get way better bang for your buck. This location is losing market share and declining downhill as we speak. I won't be returning to this location even for a bobby pin due to the service, vile environment, and questionably a lot more! It makes me feel like I'm being judged as if I'm not good enough to shop in their store and I hate that I leave the store feeling so negative. I usually shop at the Manteca location where the girls are a bit kinder and helpful. Today when I came in I kindly voiced my concerns in a reasonable tone and manner to Vanessa. She made no acknowledgement of my concerns and proceeded to process my transaction as if I had not said anything at all. I repeated myself and she continued to purposely ignore and make no acknowledgement of what I was saying. For this reason I will never shop here for my Esthetics supplies again. All I was looking for was acknowledgement that Cosmoprof doesn't typically have that standard of customer service- but was reminded again I'm not welcome here. As service providers, Beauty Industry workers do our best to make our clients feel welcome in our spaces. I would expect Cosmo Prof as a beauty supply store to do the same.
