Most of my transactions here are all good. Staffs are doing what they were supposed to. There are so many sales going on every so often.

I called my Walgreens Pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist to ask if there was an interaction between to drugs. The AI would put me through about 20 min. talking about nothing. Then the Pharmacy wouldn't answer. The time was 7:09 PM. I live in California. I had to call CVS to get my answer. When the drug was from Walgreen I can see you only have two stars. read more

This is just a review for their drive through pharmacy. They have reduced the hours, so that causes more customers trying to arrive when they open at 10 am. I understand being patient, but once you have people behind you, you can't get out of line to go inside. So during my 20 minutes in line, 10 were spent at the window waiting for the clerk to acknowledge me. They help everyone in line inside before handling any cars in drive through! Ridiculous system, they should help one inside, then one car. So the drive through lane was packed with angry people forced to idle in their cars in the heat. read more

The women at the pharmacy counter are always amazing! I went it literally at 8:50 (they close at 9) and had a whopping 3 prescriptions I needed filled and picked up after a late night urgent care visit. They made sure I got my medications that night! Thank you ladies! read more

This has been my boyfriend's and my pharmacy for a while now. Biggest issue is that majority of the pharmacy staff have a poor attitude and have told us on several occasions that a prescription will be ready later today and when we show up, the ETA is now the next day, then after the weekend, etc etc. They act like we're inconveniencing them when we call to check if it's ready before making the drive in case it's not. Angelica/Angelina (younger dark haired girl) is especially rude in person and on the phone. One time in particular I went to pick up a prescription and while I was in line, their lunchtime started exactly when I was standing at the register. She was extremely agitated that I was confused and while I was mid-sentence, she started aggressively closing the pharmacy door while pretending not to hear me. Her coworker was standing there just as shocked and appalled as I was. Lol Her attitude is truly uncalled for as we're always respectful. But it's clear from seeing her interactions with others that it's simply the way she chooses to conduct herself at baseline. Disappointing to see how many reviews have stated the same issue regarding pharmacy staff and yet nothing has been done. read more

I ordered prints on Monday, went to get them and got home , half were wrong with another person's order. I reordered and picked them up Thursday, again 2 prints that were 8 x 10 was a picture of someone dog. I go back today and explained to Marcela behind the counter what has been happening, I have never experienced an employee that was so rude! Super disgusting service, the medication refill staff is very racist. I previously had a pharmacy, they are very rude and vulgar. They treat you as if you wanted the free medication. I was asking if I could use an additional coupon that I downloaded from the website. I started asking questions and she answered me. Once again I asked more questions and she answered, can you shut up? I'm talking. I didn't say anything rude to her out of respect, but I felt super discriminated against. The staff is friendly, it's a busy store, sometimes they are out of stock, always quick to restock, no complaints.

My experience took place at the walgreens on foothills. The workers were very racist and overall the service was just really bad. This has happened multiple times and this disrespectful service was very unpleasant. That's how today I decided to put my review down. Without a doubt the most rude staff in pharmacy of any pharmacy I have used my whole life. No doubt fueled by Walgreens corporate understaffing and ridiculous systems, but DO NOT take it out on your customers! It is not our fault your app, and your computers and other systems do not work well with one another. When your app tells me there is an issue with my prescription and to call the pharmacy, don't take it out on me when all I am doing is following your company's instructions! I have never wrote a review in my life before but thanks to the Pharmacy Staff I had to today. Unfortunately the Rite Aid across the street closed because those guys were absolutely perfect with their services but after the closing hell broke on me when I had to start using this pharmacy. Oh the pain to get everything after having to speak with 3 different people and repeating yourself to everyone over and over again as looks like nobody's paying attention neither making any notes, this is so bad to the point that somebody's who's already dealing with so many health issues has to deal with the incompetence of their professionalism too. I hope this Walgreens hires better pharmacy employees who know what they are supposed to do. read more

They opened back up from lunch over 15 minutes late. They said it was due to taking their lunch late. That's okay. What is not okay is not leaving a note apologizing, saying you are going to come back later than 2. This is completely unacceptable! Communicating what's going on is how you avoid disgruntled customers. It is extremely poor customer service to not communicate important things, especially when it comes to medications. read more

Received an email that photo items were ready for pickup. I went in 1.5 hours after receiving email and walked up to photo counter where an employee was on a personal call at the counter talking with a friend and cussing. He did not stop phone call to assist me. A different (very tall) employee walked up and offered to assist but the phone call guys was also using the computer. Waited for him to finish personal call, then he told me order was not ready as he has been busy and about to clock off. The other employee began to assist but I had to wait 15 minutes for them to complete order. Very frustrating. Bad customer service. read more

First I have been using the drive up window for over 8 yrs and generally have been helped in a timely fashion. Apparently this week they started doing COVID testing from their drive up window (today at 2:26pm I entered the line 5 cars were ahead of me and it took me 42 mins to reach the window for service. NO SIGNS WERE POSTED ANYWHERE !!!! They did not even acknowledge how long it was taking. The management needs to place signs on edge of building as you get into the line. read more

This is specifically about the service (or non-servie) I've exprienced at Walgreens several times. Backstory is I went to Urgent Care this morning, several prescriptions were sent to Walgreens. I contacted them to find out when they'd be ready. I was told within the hour. Rather than wait, I went home and logged on periodically to check the status. Two hours later after seeing them stay in "Received" status i called again and was told they were working on them at that moments. I waited 45 minutes and drove over only to find out "oh they are not ready, we are working on them now it will be 15 minutes). First i was very frustrated with th incompetence and unreliability of the pharmacist. Second, there standard answer is "it will be ready in 15 minutes", From experience I know that could mean anywhere from 30-120 minutes. Why can't they deliver on their own word. I wasn't pushing to get it at a specific time, but going by what they said. Here I am 3 hrs later and I still don't have the medications!!!! so frustrating, and it's also matched by their lack of customer service. unfortunately this is who my insurance works with. read more

The worst experience ever! The manager was very unprofessional and extremely rude!! I ordered a collage photo cards which took me over an hour to create online yesterday and they were supposed to be ready after 9:00am today. When I went to pick them up around 4:30pm, a young male worker told me that they cut them wrong, so he wanted me to come back in 20 - 30 minutes. He said they would be ready by then. He showed me the cards, they were cut unevenly and didn't look right. I told him that I would come back in 30 minutes even though it was causing an inconvenience for me. Then suddenly, a female worker came out and told me that they wouldn't be ready. She said that she wouldn't be able to cut them right. I asked her what she could do to fix the problems because I needed the cards today. She kept making excuses like she's been so busy with too many orders etc. I asked her what she could do to solve the problem. She said she could cut the other side to make them look even but they would be cutting off my photos. I didn't like her suggestion, so I said it wouldn't work for me. Then she said she would sell them for half the price, but more than half of my order was not cut right, so I declined this offer as well. I asked her if I could talk to the manager, then she said she was the manager. She just continued making excuses like how busy she has been all day. I just wanted to pick up my cards and go home! The manager never apologized for their mistake nor offered any solutions. I was getting tired of hearing her excuses so I told her, "that is your job, isn't it!?" Then she got so rude and said, "Fine! You don't have to buy them!" , she dumped the cards in the garbage! It was unbelievable!! I told her that I would report this to the headquarter, then she said "Go ahead" and walked away! I couldn't believe how rude sh was!! I wasted my time to create the cards and I had to create new cards at somewhere else. I will not recommend this photo center to anyone. Just terrible!! So disappointed!! read more

Seriously the worst customer service out of any Walgreens that I have ever shopped at. It's seriously in every department; the people working the cash registers, the management and especially the pharmacy staff. It must be the company culture at this specific location. They all look miserable and they're seriously rude, especially the younger male manager and the older blonde lady who works up front. The only exception is the one employee that is kinda short with glasses and short hair who usually works in the beauty department. They have always been incredibly helpful, approachable and friendly. I don't have this issue with any of my local retailers. Love the staff at the Bel Air across the street. So I just drive the extra ten minutes down the road to a different Walgreens to avoid this place and the rude staff. read more

I visit this Walgreens quite often. Most often it is for photos, cards or over the counter meds. First, I have NEVER had any issues with the pharmacy or the staff. They have always been fantastic and willing to help with whatever I may need. As far as the rest of the store goes, I've noticed that they are most often very well stocked of supplies in all departments which is very helpful. The staff is also great with the very occasional cashier that just seems like she wants to go home. The only reason for the 4 star is the pricing. I understand you need to be competitive, but you are not being competitive, you're just being expensive. Most often when I'm there picking up medication I look for some items and 90% of the time I dont purchase them because I know i can get it cheaper at multiple other locations. Its unfortunate because it's very close to home and I like to keep my business within the same town in which I live. read more

We had to get a couple Covid booster shots and while I'd made the appointment on the phone I'd forgot to look online to fill out the forms. They were very courteous and helpful even though they were busy as heck. If they were closer to us I'd switch pharmacies and go with them. I'm actually a big fan of Walgreens- especially their regular discounts for toys and seasonal items. Did you know you can get seasonal coloring books for kids for 10 cents? (90% off) My kids don't care that Valentine's Day was a few weeks ago- they will still color hearts. This one seems much more dated than other Walgreens in the area. Particularly the dated and disgusting men's room. 3 examples- I'll spare you the pictures. 1-toilet paper roll was set on the ground... 2-most of the florescent lights were out so it felt like a scene of a crime 3- the paper towel roll was resting on the garbage can ***2 bonus fun facts!*** 4-the soap was out and the plastic bag of soap to refill it was sitting on top 5-there was a panel in the wall wide open with some sort of shut-off valve exposed. This review is specifically for the photo department. I've used the Walgreens photo department in the past (printing my family Christmas cards & for my son's 2nd birthday tees) each time I always receive timely service & am happy with the product. I'm also pleased with the coupon codes I can easily google & find (I got 50% off on my son's birthday shirts & 20% off on the print I just did this week). But this particular time was in dire need of same day business cards, with extreme urgency & I placed an order online. I got an email notifying me they'd be done in a couple hours but it was cutting it dangerously close to when I needed them by so I figured I would call. Initially I spoke with Grace who was friendly & accommodating. Eventually I was transferred to Tracy who Saved. The. Day. She immediately processed my order & had them ready in TWENTY minutes. Yes, you react correctly twenty minutes. I was blown away by her efficiency & admired her customer service skills. For comparison, I've done printing at Walmart before & had to wait past the time it was supposed to be ready for pick up while they initially printed my order & then had to come back again due to operator error (the margins were off/the card cut incorrectly cutting off the wording on half the print order). Which I mean things happen & it seemed like the guy who took my order was overwhelmed but I'm just happy to report every single card I received from Tracy was cut evenly. I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had & am so appreciative of both Grace & Tracy. read more

My mom was refused a covid 19 vaccine here. They said their higher management told them not to give vaccines to anyone who is out of state . I escalated the situation and took it to Walgreens social media. They said Walgreens has no such policies and they did not know why this was said or done. Michelle and Aimee at this location were super rude with my husband (he drove my mom there). My mom is completely eligible, brought all her paper work and INS card. It's just so sad that in the middle of a pandemic you are refusing someone a vaccine. SHAME YOU GUYS!!! read more

I have never written a negative review before but I really must now. I will never come to Walgreens again after this fiasco. For over a decade, I have solely used Walgreens for my photos. I ordered 6 photo books for Christmas to be sent out before Christmas. They were behind and didn't get them out. Sure, I get that Covid has been rough on people and I didn't sweat it much. It's now February 21, I have called a dozen times, and the photo books are still not done. Nobody answers the photo department phone and when it transfers me back to the main office, they say only the photo department can help me so they transfer me there, where I will eventually be transferred back to the main office after nobody answers. This has been dozens of times now. I reached out to Walgreens customer service and nobody knows who to contact to help me out with this. One guy said he would refund the money because it's taken so long and they will still send the books out eventually. I called today and they said they have decided to cancel the order. After two months of waiting for these Christmas presents to get to my family, they have cancelled the order. Totally unreliable and I can't believe the amount of time and effort I've had to put in to this, all for naught. The customer service said no supervisors were available and they would not take my information down to pass it along. When I asked for the corporate number, she said she did not know it and then went silent. I just need someone to help me get these books out that were supposed to be delivered by Christmas. Walgreens clearly does not value their customers and now, I will find another vendor to print my photos and photo books. read more

Watch what you purchase here. I was charged over $14 for a single Duracell CR2 battery. Go to Amazon or other place and get two Duracell batteries for a cheaper price. No reason at all to get overcharged or taken advantage for such a ridiculous price. Will never shop here again. read more

DO NOT DROP OFF YOUR FED EX PACKAGES HERE Not only do they not log in your packages when you drop off your packages, thereby taking days to get picked up, when they do and when you call to complain, the manager cares less and she hangs up in your face if you are upset. She does not give a care that she is not abiding by Walgreens' contract to care for FedEx packages and policies. Be careful not to trust them with your items, and don't expect a professional not accountable manager. Your only recourse is to complain to FedEx. I found out from them that the Walgreens staff didn't log in my package when I turned it in and then merely didn't turn it in for 2 days. They probably misplaced it or forgot about it. read more

I walked up to the window that said drop off/pick up as I walked past the line that said Covid vaccines. I'm standing at the window with six(6) workers behind the glass. Then called the office of the prescribing Dr...told them things that are my business. Bob also wrote notes on my prescription rendering it useless to any other pharmacy. WHO DOES THAT? Apparently, Bob of Walgreen's on Foothills Blvd Roseville. When I complained he shoved the script in my face. Never again Bob. Walgreen's needs to know about this guy. Awful. read more
