This is a review for fedex onsite at this location. I dropped off my international parcel last friday and realized that the parcel is still at the same location 4 days later on monday. I just moved to roseville and was testing out my first international shipping so everything was new for me. I thought i should let people know to please drop youre parcels off directly at fedex office (rocklin location is probably the nearest) instead of the "fedex onsite" locations especially if you have paid for same-day or overnight shipping, or you sell things online. They also turned away another customer with packages weighing more than 20 lbs. Not sure if this is known but here you go! I asked 2 different staff regarding frequency of fedex parcel pick up from walgreens; one mentioned fedex picks up the parcels twice a day, and another mentioned he doesn't know when fedex picks up or don't. I think the actual frequency is probably somewhere in the middle. To the staff credit, they have always been very nice, they do pick up calls and will help retrieve your parcels so you can move it to another fedex location so parcel gets moved within the day. I have always returned my Rue La La packages using the same -size packaging that received and have never had any problems. Unfortunately, this time the Walgreens FedEx location refused to accept my return, saying the package was too big. Then I was told that it needed to be completely taped around and that the label had to be attached. However, the email I received from FedEx clearly stated that I could bring the email to a participating FedEx Office, FedEx Ship Center, or Walgreens, where a team member would print the label using the QR code or RMA number. The supervisor was unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. After this experience, I will not be returning to this location again. Very disappointing customer service. read more

Fill your prescriptions somewhere else. Every visit here turns into a long wait, usually 20+ minutes whether you use the drive-thru or go inside. They consistently seem understaffed, and the process is always frustrating and inefficient. read more

I refill my prescriptions in advance of needing them. Days later... they're still "in progress". That means they are not ready for me to pick up and I have to call. As soon as I call, (which means waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes) they immediately process it. There is no reason for me to have to call and sit on hold. I AM TRANSFERRING TO CVS... hopefully they run more smoothly than Walgreens. read more

Ok so I went to the Counter to buy some make up and while I was there, I figured I would pay my bill now I live in Clovis California. I'm visiting Rosevile. I'm African-American so I'm standing in line. They finally called me over and I'm trying to pay for my make up and pay a bill, which is what I do in Clovis, California all the time on the paperwork it says you can pay at Walgreens. She makes a spectacle of me says oh we don't do this here I asked for a manager and she goes. You can wait over there. OK no problem. You're not gonna try and troubleshoot this and I'm telling you this is Walgreens and all you have to do is point the hand machine in it and it will take my money. Oh we don't do that here. OK let me go find the manager myself so I did that then the manager V tried to explain the same thing to me as I'm teaching her. All you have to do is point the thing at it and it will take my money. Can you at least try it for me? She act like she didn't wanna really try it I wasn't leaving. I'm not gonna drive all over town when this clearly says Walgreens so she finally does it. I think her very much because I'm polite and I didn't come in there for trouble. I've been a customer at this pharmacy since they opened, and the decline has been consistent. Service is poor, prescriptions are rarely ready on time, and the pharmacist is routinely rude and dismissive. The final straw was scheduling a flu vaccine appointment, showing up as instructed, and being told they had run out of vaccine. No notice, no apology, no solution. I switched to CVS and the difference was immediate. Friendly staff, helpful service, and I received my vaccine without any issues. I won't be coming back here. read more

Consistently the worst pharmacy experience you can have. If you want to fill any prescription here, there will always be some kind of problem. It's never on time, always a system issue, and always understaffed. Yesterday I tried to get a refill here and they said my prescription was too old. But my last bottle said I have 3 refills till May of 2026. I was on the phone for a hour before they ran out of answers for me and just hung up on me. I've come to the conclusion that I'm just going to have to drive a little further to not have a problem every single time. read more

I'm wondering who I call to report Walgreens Pharmacy on Blue Oaks in Roseville CA. They've filled the wrong prescription, one I haven't filled in months. A different mg from what I actually submitted on the app site. Plus, this girl wanted to fill another prescription I never requested. And it is law that they must look at ID when filling controlled drugs, THEY DO NOT! A FDA VIOLATION. They leave authorized prescriptions in processing and don't fill them until you call and ask why they haven't filled it. Then they say 2 days to fill it , and I get a notice about an hour later saying it's ready for pick up. The drive through line is long and extremely SLOW. They aren't open on Sundays not even half day hours like all the other stores in the area. The staff seem to be disorganized and untrained. They constantly mess up my prescriptions. I guess I can call the FDA and report them. But calling Walgreens headquarters doesn't do anything. They just don't care. I highly recommend using a different pharmacy other than that one. I'll be transferring all of my prescriptions somewhere else because this pharmacy can't get their together, not in the 8 months I've been going there. read more

They accused my friend and I of stealing while we were shopping. She grabbed a product thinking she would want it then walking around we decided not to get it leaving it on a shelf. We started to walk out the door empty handed, then a man came up to us and asked if we were going to pay in a rude and discussed tone. We told the worker that we didn't get anything and he asked about the product. We told him that we put it back and he told us to show him where. Mind you he was following us around the whole time and should've seen that we put it down. He then asked us to show him where we left the product, so we walked over to show him and it was on the shelf were we left it. I pick it up and hand it to him while he was giving nasty looks. No apolgy or anything and just walked off. My friend and I are confused on why they thought we were stealing. They are just disrespectful and rude. read more

I wish there was an option for a portion of a star, this place doesn't even deserve this much. The staff is rude and unhelpful. The only thing going for this place is that it's close, our neighborhood pharmacy. I called to check if my kids' prescriptions were ready, I had to wait on the phone forever before anyone helped me. But the lady who answered was so disinterested. My husband just stopped by after work to pick up the prescriptions and he said there were 2 people there, no one acknowledged him or offered to help until he spoke up. And of course, they don't listen to your questions or know where their over the counter products are either. We're picking up our prescriptions elsewhere from now on. Even if it's further and out of the way. That's how terrible this place is...and honestly, the other locations we've been to were the same too. read more

The staff here is rude. They are very unprofessional. And there isn't anything that's ever done on time. I'm not sure how CDHS is allowing this pharmacy to remain open any longer than it already has been. This location is filthy, they are grossly understaffed and due to that unable to get life saving medications to the people who need them and general medications to people who need them. I don't think that the pharmacy staff truly understands the needs that people have on the other side of the window nor do I think that they actually care. It has been several times that I've had to go to this pharmacy and they are never ready. Today was honestly my last straw. I out in this order two days ago after waiting on hold for 30 min and being hung up on. After waiting another two days and another 30 min in line they told me that I would need to get BACK in line to get my medications. You'd honestly have better success going to the urgent care than getting in line to get any medications that you could ever need here. The total wait time this eve ring was more than an hour in the drive through pharmacy line. Absolutely insane. read more

I had my doctor's office call them, Walgreens told them that they did have it. So i got back in line, only to be told they didn't have it... and I needed to wait 30 mins... My mom came in here last night and the manager was rude as hell!! My mom had purchased medicine and Lysol spray online @4:22pm and said it would be ready in 30 mins. She waited three hours and called and was notified that nobody even started her order. An hour later she had to go in the store to receive it. They tried to charge her for the items ($50) for medicine and Lysol spray??? This is my neighborhood drug store and I pass it on my way both to and home from work daily. I want this location to be five star because it is so easy and accessible for me. However, it definitely needs some work. Walgreens does so many things well but I think they have difficulty in closing the deal. A perfect example, I used the Walgreens photo app to have some pictures in my cell phone uploaded and printed same day. The app and upload was super easy and friendly to use. I was able to choose my same day pick up time and received messages that my order was ready. My order was ready and waiting for me and it was an easy check out. However, I placed two orders and all of the pictures in both orders have a faint line across the top of them. Another example, I contracted the same crud that everyone in my petri dish of an office currently has. Dying, I stopped on my way home for some coldeeze, vitamin c, Sudafed, Mucinex and Gatorade. I literally was the only one in line and sttod waiting for 15 minutes (no kidding) before anyone acknowledged me. The pharmacist was rude to multiple people on the phone and the staff that was supposed to be helping me kept looking at me but wouldn't acknowledge that I was waiting and/or say anything. I will say that once she helped me she was extremely polite and helpful. I'll be back but please improve your customer service. read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've been a customer of the Natomas Walgreens pharmacy for years and always had great service. I recently moved to Roseville and started using this pharmacy. I've had nothing but problems every time I pick up a prescription. The wait time and customer service is horrendous. A few days ago i went inside and the guy with glasses at the counter was a complete ass. He was rude to everyone he spoke to including the pharmacist. I overheard him say that he doesn't care about everyone in line and they can just wait. He should be fired. He has zero customer service skills and a bad attitude. This review is for the pharmacy/getting vaccines. I made my husband an appointment 5 days in advance to get a whooping cough vaccine. On the day of the appointment, we arrived to find out they were out of the shot. Why would you have appointment availability if you don't have it in stock? He even received reminder texts about the appointment. If they were out, they could have had the decency to call him so we didn't waste time and gas driving there. read more

I've had instances where my photos aren't printed because they ran out of photo paper. Honestly, please stop accepting photo requests or prescription refills if you can't handle it.
