It's been almost 2 weeks since I got my Minnie and Mickey Rainbow Sequin Balloon, Almond Shaped Gel-X Nails hand-painted by Annie I found on Instagram. As you can see in the pics and video they still look good! Excited to go to Disneyland next week with my fun/glittery set! I brought my velcro baby along and the sweet staff played kids songs and entertained her while I got my set done! Even were sweet to help when I accidentally spilled my water jug, taking a breastfeeding break! They were on the pricy side at $120, but my nail artist took her time free-handing the design and placing the sequins, even her talented sister did a few nails! I tipped well and my hubby loves them! 00000 stars to this place. This place is only good if you're booked with a skilled artist. I came in for a builder gel set and already had an existing builder gel set from another salon. Unfortunately, the technician who did my nails was not experienced with builder gel. During the service, I was also cut and started bleeding. The builder gel was applied about an inch away from my cuticles, the sides were unevenly coated, there were visible bumps, and the nail shapes were crooked. Please only assign builder gel services to technicians who are properly trained and know how to do them, because not everyone does. There was also a language barrier, which made it very frustrating to communicate my concerns. After repeating myself multiple times, I eventually gave up. I also received a pedicure, and the massage portion was not a real massage. It felt like she was just sliding her hands over my feet and legs with no pressure or technique. read more

Annie is great! She knows what she is doing! I love my nails every time! Her and her sister do their thang! The pedicures are lovely too. I have been coming back to this nail shop over and over again because of the outstanding service and attention to detail! They are also reasonably priced for the Folsom area!! My nails are not easy and I have big nail beds and most nail techs are lazy on my nails. Other places make them look more bulky but she does such a good job. Also I would like to add they offer beverages while you get your nails done which I love. Great nails and great ambiance. read more

I came in for a pedicure before my trip to Germany, and I'm so glad I did! The salon is under new management, with a bright, clean, and modern atmosphere, plus new massage chairs that made the experience even better. I had the pleasure of getting a deluxe pedicure with Sophie, who is incredibly personable, funny, and radiates positivity. She was so sweet, welcoming, and even shared great tips on taking care of my dry heels. My toes look adorable, and I'm thrilled with the experience. Highly recommend and ask for Sophie! 5/3/23 Under NEW management since March 2023. I was in a rush looking for a mani/pedi before driving to the bay to catch a flight out of SFO the next morning and found Top Nails on Yelp close to the freeway and decided to give them a shot. I called to see if an appt was needed and was welcomed to come whenever I like. I was greeted upon entry and guided to a pedi seat. I opted for the Luxury Pedicure with gel polish and a French design. Keeping it simple and classy :) I had my nails done 2 weeks ago from another EDH salon and will admit I don't care for the "dip powder" that was suggested by that owner. The dip method simply don't look as natural as gel nails which is usually my go to when getting manicures (not often due to how my natural nails are). Tiffany, my manicurist tech suggested a try Bio Gel vs regular gel as I have very fragile natural nails. I never heard of Bio Gel and trusted she wouldn't steer me wrong after sharing my nail sensitivity. I chose to do a french manicure with an elegant design on my ring finger. Tiffany is a perfectionist, and very detailed and she wants her clients to depart happy to return. I was very happy with both my mani and pedi services. Tiffany's mom did an excellent pedicure on me. Tiffany is the NEW salon owner and is very soft spoken and super sweet. I love supporting local family businesses. I'll definitely be back to support this biz. This Top Nails business is located on the far back end of the outlets next to Eddie Bauer. Plenty of parking available. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

My toenails itself looks great. I paid for the basic pedicure which says it includes a massage. However I received no massage which is unfortunate. Only "massage" I got was when the scrub and lotion was applied to my legs and feet, which was about 1 min. For that, I won't come back. read more

Did not want to write a negative review but seeing as i've only had my nails done for a week and three of my nails have broken as early as two days after. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. I've worked really hard on strengthening my natural nails. I get regular gel in between builder gel. I also had a new tattoo on my hand and reached out to them on IG days prior to see if they could accommodate and they said they would wrap my hand in plastic wrap and I also brought UV gloves for extra protection. The girl who greeted me was really nice but the lady who did my nails was not at all. Did not greet me, kept grabbing my hand aggressively, did not put the plastic wrap on my hands and kept pulling down my gloves even after the girl and I told her about me wanting to protect my new tattoos. She filed my nails super thin and within a matter of days three of them have broken. I was ready to leave about 10 min into my session with her. Would not come back. read more

Saw this place as an ad on Instagram so I had to come in and see it for myself. This nail salon is honestly so amazing. I've been to so many other nail salons that felt chaotic and rushed that I left unhappy but not this place. Jane did my nails but both her and her sister Annie are amazing! I used to come here regularly when Tiffany was the owner and loved the service, quality especially time taken for the massage and care taken with shaping and cleaning the nails. I recently made an appointment and to my surprise there are new owners and my service was sloppy and it seemed like an amateur did my nails (see photo)! My nails also chipped within two days. Thursday, July 27) My mother took me to go get a pedicure and the service here is pretty damn good. This place takes their time doing the massages and cleanings. They massaged my legs and feet for the deluxe pedicure. This place is definitely one of the best pedicure places I've been too (only though this is my second pedicure lol). The people here are nice and kind. The person who did my pedicure was Danny and he did it fabulously! I'm for sure coming here a crap ton of times a year. read more

Hi, Every time I go to this saloon for the nails, I get a good experience. I used to ask for dipping powder and had to return every 2-3 weeks. One day Tiffany suggested me to go with bio gel, which lasted for 4-5 weeks. Nowadays I usually go for this bio gel. It's the best choice to go with. And in the saloon Anna is the one who always helps me. She patiently treats my nails every time.Then I don't have to worry about them for 4 weeks. The lady who did my pedicure was very rude. Didn't talk to me at all and kept making faces. Lady at the front desk was rude as well, I felt like I wasn't welcomed in at all and everyone wanted me to just leave. Saw them offer drinks to other guests and not me. I mentioned to him that a Pharmacist cannot diagnose. He then rebutted by stating that "they can call the physician then to see if he wanted it filled". Huh? Well.. here's a clue.. the physician wrote it for a refill purposefully, with intent. I think this pharmacist was attempting to distract from the error he made on my prescription. I then called his manager who was also a pharmacist. I asked her how she felt about the pharmacist she was managing telling me "he would decide if I still needed the refill of antibiotic". She, stated that a pharmacist can decide if they feel comfortable refilling a prescription. Hmmm .. it's antibiotic lol. Anyhow, I will be reporting this to the California State Board of Pharmacy. Pharmacists cannot diagnose and that is exactly what he stated he was going to do in order to provide a refill for antibiotic. It appears Walgreens pharmacists are a way too entitled by trying to diagnose and play phisician. Generally if a pharmacist works at Walgreens they are new to the field or can't get a job elsewhere. It appears this is the case.

Don't get anything printed at Walgreens. I tried to get some grad announcements printed at this…read morelocation and another. The printers are trash and had lines throughout the entire announcement card. When I complained about it, I was not given any help what so ever. I was basically told "well our printers suck. Maybe don't get stuff printed at Walgreens". ‍ Super unhelpful. I have had a canvas print made and several photo paper prints made that came out just fine. Super dissatisfied with this. They should NOT offer the service if it's going to look like terrible. Horrible customer service.
