The one person I remembered from my previous visit was Uyen, and I was so happy I got her again for my pedicure! Uyen is deaf, so you'll communicate through Google Translate, but don't let that stop you from booking with her. She did my pedicure once before, and after today's visit, I can confidently say she's incredibly consistent and does a great job. If you want her, you'll need to call the salon and specifically request an appointment with her. I also had builder gel nails done, and unfortunately, that was a different experience. The service felt rushed, and the polish wasn't applied evenly, so I probably won't be coming back for a fill. That said, I'd absolutely return for a pedicure with Uyen. 00000 stars to this place. This place is only good if you're booked with a skilled artist. I came in for a builder gel set and already had an existing builder gel set from another salon. Unfortunately, the technician who did my nails was not experienced with builder gel. During the service, I was also cut and started bleeding. The builder gel was applied about an inch away from my cuticles, the sides were unevenly coated, there were visible bumps, and the nail shapes were crooked. Please only assign builder gel services to technicians who are properly trained and know how to do them, because not everyone does. There was also a language barrier, which made it very frustrating to communicate my concerns. After repeating myself multiple times, I eventually gave up. I also received a pedicure, and the massage portion was not a real massage. It felt like she was just sliding her hands over my feet and legs with no pressure or technique. read more

I was in a rush looking for a mani/pedi before driving to the bay to catch a flight out of SFO the next morning and found Top Nails on Yelp close to the freeway and decided to give them a shot. I called to see if an appt was needed and was welcomed to come whenever I like. I was greeted upon entry and guided to a pedi seat. I opted for the Luxury Pedicure with gel polish and a French design. Keeping it simple and classy :) I had my nails done 2 weeks ago from another EDH salon and will admit I don't care for the "dip powder" that was suggested by that owner. The dip method simply don't look as natural as gel nails which is usually my go to when getting manicures (not often due to how my natural nails are). Tiffany, my manicurist tech suggested a try Bio Gel vs regular gel as I have very fragile natural nails. I never heard of Bio Gel and trusted she wouldn't steer me wrong after sharing my nail sensitivity. I chose to do a french manicure with an elegant design on my ring finger. Tiffany is a perfectionist, and very detailed and she wants her clients to depart happy to return. I was very happy with both my mani and pedi services. Tiffany's mom did an excellent pedicure on me. Tiffany is the NEW salon owner and is very soft spoken and super sweet. I love supporting local family businesses. I'll definitely be back to support this biz. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. I've worked really hard on strengthening my natural nails. I get regular gel in between builder gel.
