Ignore my bandaid in the two pictures lol. This is my new favorite nail spot! The lady doing my nails was SO sweet and so kind and it was probably my best experience because of the customer service. Another amazing thing about this nail place is also the prices! $25 for a full set! These cost me $45 because of the design but at many nail places that is the starting price, and getting these done anywhere else probably would of cost me $65-75. had a 10:30 appt, arrived 10 minutes early. didn't get a greeting when I walked in. Had to sit and wait another 15 minutes after my appointment time because they were running late for work. once she arrived she didn't even ask how i wanted my nails. she completely ruined them, didn't do a single thing right. and it only took 45 minutes for her to do a full set. everything was rushed. i won't be returning. couldn't even do a coffin shape and it's the complete wrong color cause when i finally showed her what i wanted she already did clear acrylic. read more

Had a walk in with a friend for pedicures and they took us right away. Was just an okay experience. Right off the bat they had started my friends foot bath but not mine. Waited 15 mins before they even started mine. Then a few minutes later two workers began to start on us together but I didn't really have a decent soak. Then when it came to the subbing I guess it was okay but honestly any where else I've even got manages to a better job. Maybe my girl was just having an off day. But there was also like little skin patches I guess which I've never had happen to me which I think came from a half ass scrub job. Anyways not what I would expect for a deluxe. Also got a French tip and she checked with me about the tips which is great she did have to thin them out two times because other wise it looked crazy like half the toe nail had a tip lol. But she fixed them. Then waited 15 min to dry just for her to come out another top coat and send me on my way after a few more minutes and any one who gets pedicures knows unless you use UV or some drying spray they are not done. None the less I left a 20% tip and left. Drove off only to get out down the street to have 3 of my tips messed up. Only makes you sad after that. I didn't even want to call or come back to have them fixed because I felt like they didn't really care in the first place and I mean I should've know better to just wait because I already knew this was going to happen. Smh. Idk there's like 4 other nails salons within a mile of this place. Probably why there was no wait to begin with. Definitely trying one of those places next time. read more

This place has workers running around like chicken with their heads cut off. Lady that did my pedicure kept tugging at my feet and toes when customers would come in. She set tools on the floor and continued to use them on me and I didn't realize that until my pedicure was over. She'd wash the tools in my foot soak and then splash water all over me while trying to air dry her tools. She didn't even put the clear coat on top at the end of my pedicure. She used the same towel to remove my old polish and dead skin, to wipe my legs, to dry her hands. She never went to get fresh new clean towels. My toes were cut and shaped extremely unevenly and my polish is lumpy. There's still polish residue on my skin cause she did not clean up. With the service I received, I didn't bother correcting her. Highly do NOT recommend. I generally always give a tip, until today. read more

TERRIBLE! Cut half of my toes nails off, so painful now right before my vacation.. picture attached. I ask them to cut my nails before painting and this is how far they cut them. Half my nail was removed! It hurts to walk now and owner Anh Hoang who did this refused to take accountability and kept saying "you said cut it short" this isn't short, this is cutting half my actual nail down to the nail bed! So disappointed and shocked by how terrible this business is run and treats it's customers. Avoid at all costs. read more

I came here 5 times and 2 out of the 5 my nails were hideous. Today I came in and they sat me with Alex and unfortunately he doesn't speak English so it's really hard to communicate with him. Half the time I had to tell someone else to translate but it's awkward and embarrassing to have to speak loud so someone else can translate from across the room. This time was the last time I'll be coming in. I posted a few pics of what I asked for and what I got. Please keep in mind I wanted my nails to look one way (color change) and got the complete opposite. My thumb nails are two different shapes and I had to yank my hand away bc he was filing them too short and too pointy. I came in and asked for coffin shaped long nails just like the picture provided. If I had the option to give this salon a zero I would. With this being said I had a horrible experience at Silky Nails. My nail lady was extremely rude. She would pull my hands very aggressively, she would file my nail extremely rough, would pull my fingers in weird positions to where my finger popped, and would tell me that I was not allowed to look at my nail. After she finished my nails I found things that were not right, when I brought this to her attention she said, " this is your nail". However, I know it was not my nail it was lint from her sweater underneath the acrylic coat. She started to fix the first nail and then said to me, " I need to find a new salon, I'm not doing your nails" my friend and I were appalled. When she started taking my nails off she was hurting me. I told her this and she just continued so I pulled my hands away and told her she was not to touch me again. The owner began accusing me of wanting free nails.If free nails looks like this I would not want them. The owner also said that if I wrote a review he would respond to it. I just recently started coming to Silky nails. I have now been there twice to get my nails done. The first set I got Danny did them. He did a beautiful job on my nails, I was very pleased with them. I went in today to get a fill and John worked on my nails. He did a wonderful job shortening and tapering them just like I wanted. The first time I came in I had an appointment and was seen within five minutes of arriving. This most recent visit I was a walk in and was still able to get in with very minimal wait. All the staff treated me with respect and were very courteous and professional. I am very happy with this nail salon and will continue returning to have my nails done. read more

Walked in on a Monday morning with no appointment wanting a fill with gel. Got sat immediately with a very nice lady name started with an M I believe. I seriously have never gotten such a FAST fill before in my life of acrylics which is 5+ years.
