This place is absolutely amazing! I went with my best friend for a little birthday spa day, and from the moment we walked in, everyone went above and beyond and was incredibly kind and attentive. Since it was my first visit, they even gave me a little welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. I got the Organic Herbal Detox Pedicure and it was incredible. Heated shoulder pads, one of the best massages I've ever had during a pedicure, top notch massage chairs, delicious mocktails, and SO many colors to choose from. They really pay attention to all the little details that make the experience feel special. I've been to luxury spas before, and Ombré Nails honestly exceeded them. When they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me by coming in singing with a cupcake, which was so sweet and completely unexpected! I had acrylic nails done at this salon and it was not a pleasant experience for me because of the attitude of the nail tech. Her name was Jet (I think). Granted I had not had acrylic nails for many years so when she asked me, up front, if I wanted square or rounded, I said kind of square but short. There were no photos there for me to see as an example. Afterwards, I didn't care for how squared off my nails looked & I said I didn't really know how they would look without a photo. She got really annoyed with me & said I should have looked up photos on my phone first. I said "oh well can you file them a little?" She seemed quite annoyed (there were no other customers waiting) but filed them to be rounded. I was happy with the result. She also seemed upset with me quite a few times because my fingers weren't relaxed. I apologized to her & said I wasn't used to having my nails done. Overall, she was very unfriendly. I actually came back a week later to have the nails removed because I didn't like how thick they felt. She removed them & was very unfriendly again. I would not go back. read more

We had an appointment, and only had to wait about ten minutes. They are remodeling, so a lot of work was going on while we were there. I just chose regular nail polish for toes and hands. The pedicure was nice, and I chose the coffee pedicure. It was relatively relaxing, I had Donn for my manicurist. She did a good job overall. One of my daughter's said that her nail polish didn't go all the way to the sides. I will say, they need a Zevo or something because the gnats or fruit flies were really annoying and ruining the vibe. There is a discount for using cash. The place is clean, quality of the work is decent; however, I won't tolerate being abused. I was going around looking for places to get my nails done and trying to find a "new home" to get my dip manicure regularly. I have tried this place twice. One time, I received a male technician who took a smoke break while my nails were soaking and came back after 10-15minutes smelling of cigarettes. It made for a very unpleasant experience. Another time, was a different male technician who was doing my dip nails, and he was yelling at me and swat my hands several times. I am not one that moves around, and his directions were very inconsistent. He said to relax and then yelled at me do my fingers being too relaxed. So I straightened my fingers and then was yelled at and hit for not being relaxed enough. Unfortunately, this was my last straw, I will not be abused. And I will not return and I have since instructed my peers to avoid this salon. It's a shame because the salon looked nice but now I'm afraid to even get my nails done by a man again. *Note: this review was over the course of the last 2-3 years of business. read more

Nail stylist Tai did my Ombré Flame Glitter Nails and Donna did my SOY68 Pedicure using DND Gel Nails #559 Teenage Dream I chose. They're vibrant and fun, now I need something spicy to pair them with! This small business makes their own foot scrubs that smell fantastic and the pedicure massage chairs are nice! I had Aaron for the strawberry macaroon pedicure with the additional callus, scrub and extra massage time. He was gentle yet effective and the massage was my favorite part. He used warm oil, hot rocks, and hot towels. He did reflexology and again got into areas that needed it but was again, gentle but effective. I loved my color! I had high hopes for my salon experience but I'm a bit bummed when it came to my manicure. I went in for a powder ombré manicure and a gel pedicure. I picked out my ombré for my manicure, but it didn't appear there was enough powder for a full manicure so I changed my color. I did notice that the gal doing my nails was trying to use the last drop of the top coat but at the time it looked like it cured just fine. However, on the way home I noticed a bubble that I didn't notice before I left. I had to work out of town the following week, so I wasn't able to find the time to get them redone. I could see the top coat cracking and it's only gotten worse and is flaking off. Now, the pedicure was awesome and quite the experience. A bit pricey, but reasonable for all that it includes and is very relaxing. Just a bit disappointed with the manicure quality. read more

This is my second review for them, I've changed from 4 stars to 5. I've been going here for about three years now, but one of those years I was not consistent. However now that I'm back working nearby I only go here for manicures. I've gone to Julie, Sonia, and Tony. Tony is my main tech. He doesn't great, pays attention to details and friendly. I love that this place has a more modern vibe. They are clean, however I'd suggest for them to invest in a dust collection fan. The techs wear a mask when drilling nails but us customers are breathing it in. And it gets all over both the techs and clients clothing. I appreciate the fact that they invest in many different colors, including modern colors. They also have new polish to choose from and it'd never dry or sticky. This is what sets them apart from maybe other nails salons. read more

They were great, I brought my 90 Year old Mom in for a Mani & Pedi, and they were so wonderful with her. They are always very accomodating and very nice. It is always very relaxing and they made my mom feel very special. My only complaint, is it looks like they have raised their prices. It was almost $100. Each which was disappointing.
