I had a hard gel fill with a beautiful, hand-painted ghost design, and I am OBSESSED! Jeni is AMAZING at nails! She is incredibly talented, and her attention to detail is incredible. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful! I also treated myself to an herbal gel pedicure, something I had never tried before, and WOW! What an experience! The massage, steam, paraffin treatment, herbal scrubs, fresh oranges, and aloe were absolutely heavenly. Every part of the pedicure was relaxing and luxurious! From my gorgeous nails to the incredible pedicure, the entire experience was wonderful. I cannot recommend Jeni enough! It has been 2 months since I had acrylic nails done at this salon and I am very upset at the damage that was done to my nails from the removal. My nails split off constantly so I have to keep them filed down to nothing until my normal nail grows in. I apply nail oil & strengthening polish but it will be at least another month before I have normal nails again. I remember being very concerned that that nail tech was overdoing it with the filing on my nail beds after taking off the acrylic nails. I asked her "isn't that damaging my nails?" She replied "just let me do my job" The most infuriating thing is that I only had the nails on for 5 days just for a wedding! read more

This is the first time that I get my nails done at the nails salon, and I was so glad that I chose to go to Ombré Nails Lounge to get them done. The technicians were very friendly with great hospitality. My nails technician was Jenny. She was very meticulous with her work. She ensured to bring my inspo nails to life. She also was very attentive to my needs, and ensured to make sure this was what I wanted, down to the gems on my nails. Overall, I would 100% come back to Jenny, not only was she friendly but she put alot of effort to perfect her work. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I've experienced plenty of shops around town, but this place is THE BEST. Finally convinced my man to let them cater to him, and he now says I can't get a mani and a pedi without him. I always request Tony and Jenni. Jenni does a magnificent job on my pedi's, she listens to where there is pain and instantly relieves any pain I have. Also her nail art is gorgeous. Tony goes above and beyond on the care of my hands. He has alternatives to getting healthy nails and still giving you what you want and more. The abeyance is so relaxing you are guaranteed to fall asleep at least 2x. It's also so clean and welcoming. 50/10 read more

We had an appointment, and only had to wait about ten minutes. They are remodeling, so a lot of work was going on while we were there. I just chose regular nail polish for toes and hands. The pedicure was nice, and I chose the coffee pedicure. It was relatively relaxing, I had Donn for my manicurist. She did a good job overall. One of my daughter's said that her nail polish didn't go all the way to the sides. I will say, they need a Zevo or something because the gnats or fruit flies were really annoying and ruining the vibe. There is a discount for using cash. Maybe I'll give them another try, I have places closer to me I would like to go try as well. read more

Did not engage during the session, and when I asked if she was able to help pick a color closer to what I was looking for, she became frustrated and said she could not do that. At the end of the appointment, she also demanded to take a photo of my nails and said she had to show her boss, even when I declined a photo. read more

The place is clean, quality of the work is decent; however, I won't tolerate being abused. I was going around looking for places to get my nails done and trying to find a "new home" to get my dip manicure regularly. I have tried this place twice. One time, I received a male technician who took a smoke break while my nails were soaking and came back after 10-15minutes smelling of cigarettes. It made for a very unpleasant experience. Another time, was a different male technician who was doing my dip nails, and he was yelling at me and swat my hands several times. I am not one that moves around, and his directions were very inconsistent. He said to relax and then yelled at me do my fingers being too relaxed. So I straightened my fingers and then was yelled at and hit for not being relaxed enough. Unfortunately, this was my last straw, I will not be abused. And I will not return and I have since instructed my peers to avoid this salon. It's a shame because the salon looked nice but now I'm afraid to even get my nails done by a man again. *Note: this review was over the course of the last 2-3 years of business. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a Mother's Day present for my mom, myself, my eldest for making me a mom and my hubby for being a father to our girls! They enjoyed their pedicure experience! Nail stylist Tai did my Ombré Flame Glitter Nails and Donna did my SOY68 Pedicure using DND Gel Nails #559 Teenage Dream I chose. They're vibrant and fun, now I need something spicy to pair them with! This small business makes their own foot scrubs that smell fantastic and the pedicure massage chairs are nice! The salon is clean and they host events! We've been here a few times now and it's always a relaxing experience! Great staff as well, despite me trying to wrangle my wobbly baby! Literally, if I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. The nail tech was rude and gave me attitude throughout the entire appointment. I was being nothing but kind, trying to make conversation and asking for her opinion on what color she thought would look best, but every response I received was rude or dismissive. She was also laughing and talking with her coworker, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. At one point, she noticed she had messed up the polish on one of my nails. Instead of properly fixing it, she buffed it down and painted over it, leaving the nail visibly ridged and uneven. She then had me dry my nails under a light that was placed on my lap. I was on the phone with my husband, but I wasn't using my hands--I was holding the phone with my shoulder. When I left, I noticed that several of my nails looked messed up, so I came back and politely asked if she could fix them. Instead of addressing the issue, she immediately gave me attitude and started filing my nails. I explained that the problem was the polish and showed her exactly what I was talking about. She then told me it was my fault because I supposedly touched the tips of my nails under the light. I explained that I did not, and that the issue was on the top of the nails. I was simply resting the tips near the light, so I don't understand how that would have caused the polish on top to become messed up. She then became even more upset and told me, "It's your fault, you were on the phone the whole time." I was not using my hands to hold my phone, and regardless, I should not have been blamed for a poor-quality manicure. The attitude, lack of professionalism, and way I was treated completely ruined the experience for me. I left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I had Aaron for the strawberry macaroon pedicure with the additional callus, scrub and extra massage time. He was gentle yet effective and the massage was my favorite part. He used warm oil, hot rocks, and hot towels. He did reflexology and again got into areas that needed it but was again, gentle but effective. I loved my color! I had high hopes for my salon experience but I'm a bit bummed when it came to my manicure. I went in for a powder ombré manicure and a gel pedicure. I picked out my ombré for my manicure, but it didn't appear there was enough powder for a full manicure so I changed my color. I did notice that the gal doing my nails was trying to use the last drop of the top coat but at the time it looked like it cured just fine. However, on the way home I noticed a bubble that I didn't notice before I left. I had to work out of town the following week, so I wasn't able to find the time to get them redone. I could see the top coat cracking and it's only gotten worse and is flaking off. Now, the pedicure was awesome and quite the experience. A bit pricey, but reasonable for all that it includes and is very relaxing. Just a bit disappointed with the manicure quality. read more

Andy is honest and knowledgeable -- he doesn't just do your nails, he educates you about them. He's upfront about what might be damaging to the nail bed and gives great advice on how to strengthen and care for your natural nails. What I love most is how attentive and detail-oriented he is. He really listens to what I'm looking for in terms of design and shape, and he takes his time to clean and perfect every cuticle. Had a Strawberry Macaron pedicure. They used fresh strawberries and hot wax and lotion that smelled like strawberries but I think that what I was paying for was all the glam. This is my second review for them, I've changed from 4 stars to 5. I've been going here for about three years now, but one of those years I was not consistent. However now that I'm back working nearby I only go here for manicures. I've gone to Julie, Sonia, and Tony. Tony is my main tech. He doesn't great, pays attention to details and friendly. I love that this place has a more modern vibe. They are clean, however I'd suggest for them to invest in a dust collection fan. The techs wear a mask when drilling nails but us customers are breathing it in. And it gets all over both the techs and clients clothing. I appreciate the fact that they invest in many different colors, including modern colors. They also have new polish to choose from and it'd never dry or sticky. This is what sets them apart from maybe other nails salons. read more

They were great, I brought my 90 Year old Mom in for a Mani & Pedi, and they were so wonderful with her. They are always very accomodating and very nice. It is always very relaxing and they made my mom feel very special. My only complaint, is it looks like they have raised their prices. It was almost $100. Each which was disappointing.
