Should have read the reviews before going. Went with my daughter for pedicures and both of ours started chipping with in an hour of leaving. Not what I would expect after paying $88 (.tip separately). We had a great experience a year ago but sadly it did not feel the same. Decided to try this salon as moved to the area a few months ago and still looking for my go to nail salon. It took 2 full hours for a regular polish pedi. It kept getting smudged by multiple nail techs touching it. At one point I had 8 layers of polish on one toe. I expressed that I was unhappy, and they tried to resolve the issue multiple times. Sadly, my polish never dried and they are no good. Nails were also filed very thin, and broke. Made appointment's for my daughter and I and mentioned on the phone she would be there for children's services. When we checked in they asked my daughter's age and I said she was 10. Nothing else mentioned by them. I go to pay and they charged me the normal full price for her pedicure (whatever, not a huge deal) but what really got me was $20 to have her fingers painted. No polish removal, no manicure. Just polish. I asked the front desk if that was a typo and they said due to her being 10 years old she pays adult pricing. TWENTY DOLLARS for a child to have her nails painted is absolutely freaking absurd. It's one thing not to notify me prior to starting the appointment that she didn't qualify for children's services but it's another to think that $20 for nail polish for a kid (or adult for that matter) is acceptable. read more

My nail tech left to work on another customer, leaving me for about 30 minutes. When he finally returned and began working on my nails again, the nail dip he was using was causing a burning sensation on my natural nails. I mentioned this to him and he replied "Oh that's normal". I have had this service done before elsewhere and I have never experienced a burning sensation and so intense as I did when he was doing them. My nails were uneven, and the polish could have been done better. Super happy that they were able to fit the 3 of us in for last minute pedicures. My friends just did a level 3 pedicure with no polish for $55.00 - which came with everything and hot stones. Super comfy. Don't be shy and let them know how to adjust the temperature. And woah they gave us shoulder warm compresses. It was sooooo comfortable. I did level 3 with gel ($71) and brought my own little Sanrio sticker and Tiffany was oh so nice to apply it for me. I had coco white gel polish. Tiffany is one of the few nail techs that doesn't paint over the line, nor clump the polishes. She did a really phenomenal job because milky white is challenging to paint, as well. Found my new nail spot! Came here to correct my nails from another salon. Nail Resort was soooo much better! I wanted my acrylic to be close to the cuticle and cat eye. And the tech did it perfectly. First thing I noticed is the aesthetic. It was brightly light and pretty. I loved the decor. It was also clean. The ventilation was great too. I loved their massage chair set up too. I am so upset, was treated horribly. I got my nails done Thursday, and by Saturday they were chipping , gel polish breaking off. In addition the ends were rough, a couple nails were significantly different lengths and they were done too thin. I went back on Monday ( was out of town working the weekend). I had sat for a pedi after and then actually tipped $25 to the tech. The clerk called the manager on the phone, then called the in-shop manager over , I showed again. The manager called a tech over explained everything and he said she would take care of me. Great! This tech, Diamond , did a great job , I was leaving happy. Until they tried to charge me another $52! Why?? The same clerk called the manager on the phone and he said " because Aiden, the original tech , said that he told you that you needed another set and YOU insisted on just a fill" Absolutely not, this was a made up lie!! He had said " next time you come, you need a new set" and I said ok. If he had said " you need a new set today, I would have gotten one on Thursday. He totally lied and they wanted to charge me all over again after fixing them? No way, that's not taking care of me, that's me paying twice, and not mentioning anything until the end of the service. The manager then talked to the clerk and she then said " he said it's for free, now you can tip your nail tech." Omg I did , it wasn't her fault, but it certainly wasn't "for free". [[HIGHLIGHT]]I lost another hour of my time , feel like the criminal and not the customer when all I wanted was the service that I paid for[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].
