I only get my eyebrows waxed done here. I can't speak for the nail service as I never had them done here. I have been coming to Annie for my eyebrows for years. She is high in demand so sometimes the wait is a Lil much. But she's worth it. She does your wax like all salons. However she also trims, plucks up what the wax didn't. Really really takes her time. She listens to you and doesn't just do what she thinks looks good, although I think she knows her stuff! I know it's not the best looking place inside and out. But they are currently upgrading the spa chairs and have even brought in the kids spa chairs (love this!) Give her a try for your eyebrows! read more

Just got back from getting my full set done. Definitely will not be returning. I came here during my lunch hour thinking I could get away with having a new tech do the same job as Danny at Angie's nails. Well, I was wrong. The nail tech's name was Amy and she was extremely rough with my nails that I didn't know how much longer I could take it, even after I asked her to be more gentle. I asked for the coffin shape not knowing that she would file instead of clip it into that shape (what my usual nail tech does). So that took forever! Anyways, I was an hour late to work and the color on my pinkie completely peeled off by the time I got back. Thankfully, Danny is able to come through and fix this mess for me. read more

I will start this review by saying I have been going to Jimmy at Pro Nails for 7 years + . However, this partnership has had to come to an end. Jimmy has always been very accommodating but the past couple times I have been to him he has been very rude to not only me but to people that I have referred him too. He has rushed my time slot and asked if I had a "simple" nail design because he had an appointment in an hour ( had an appointment scheduled for 10 a.m). He also has 3 large dogs that he lets just run rapid in the salon. I am so disappointed that I have to now look elsewhere to get my nails done it's sad that Talent was overshadowed by his attitude and lack of customer service . read more

This place is really family oriented, I really appreciate that. Much like I appreciate hole-in-the-wall restaurants that serve authentic home made meals. Proceeds to tell me I need to take off my nails before he will give me a fill...so his UNLICENSED partner proceeds to use a sharp end gadget to try and take off my nails and makes me bleed! I walked out and never would return again. As a matter of fact, I called the health department and the state board about his unlicensed co worker attempting to do my nails. DO NOT COME HERE! He's a decent nail artist yes, but is it worth the staff and gangrene infections....I think not! so I made an appointment for a fullest yesterday(10/2/14) as a first time client. I walk in and didn't get greeted til about three or four minutes later. I told the woman that I had an appointment at 11 with jimmy. she tells me "ok. go pick a color." I look to find the color I wanted.
