My friend comes here all the time to get a pedicure so yesterday I decided to go with her to get our toes done. We came in a little before 6pm for a walk in, and there were three workers only. Two of them already had customers they're working on. They kindly asked if we can wait to get pedicure because they only have one person available and my friend and I were okay with it. We were in no rush. Waited about almost 45 minutes for the worker to finish on my friend. She's the lady with the red hair. She was super nice and accommodating. This was my first time getting a pedicure so my toes weren't the best but let me tell you this girl went in! She scrubbed the bottom of my foot and heel so well it went from cracked to smooth. I also did gel polish for my toes and she also went in cutting my cuticles. My toes really needed the help of cleaning and she did a good job with it. Since she was cleaning my toes more it took about an hour for my pedicure and to add gel polish. The basic pedicure was $30 with gel polish for extra $10. My total cost for this visit was $52.75 with tax and tip. Amazing experience and accommodating for last minute walk in. Will be back when I'm in the area! read more

Worst customer service ever don't waste your time or money here. I came in for French manicure. They didn't do it right. They didn't listen to what I wanted and they said this is what we normally do. French manicure is a clear bottom with white tips. They wanted to do whatever they wanted and charge me whatever they want. I was nice and I told her this is not what I asked for and I rather have what I ask for and this was in the beginning. I told her that I'd rather get color put on the whole nail even though that's not what I asked for in the beginning because I did not want these hot pink French manicures. The lady was nice enough to go ahead and paint the nails, but within five days my nail broke off. I paid $75 to get French manicure and I got pink nails for five days. I decided to call the store and let them know that my nail came off and the soonest I can come in I want to come in so fix it because it should last longer then 5 days . The lady started screaming and yelling at me because she doesn't know if the actual nail broke or what the problem with my finger is. She was so rude and loud she would allow you to talk to her. She asked me to send a photo and I told her I can send it but where should I send it. She wouldn't answer me she kept yelling over me. how can someone be yelling at their customers after you guys messed up so many times. Very bad customer service, very rude, and while I was sitting there, they were talking shit the whole time pointing their head at me. Owner is friendly and always double checks her sons work before a client leaves as he's fairly new and still working on his technique. It gets pretty busy on the weekends and the building is a tad small but not usually TOO loud. We were scheduled for 10 on a Saturday and weren't seated till almost 11, but it's understandable bc of early walk-ins (mostly pedicures which take a while). My nails were rescued from a bad set done at another salon and were super thin and sensitive which I think made my tech kinda nervous but he was very gentle and patient with me if only a tiny bit rushed bc of how busy it was. Few defects besides two tiny bubbles and some refining on the filing which the owner caught before I left. I'm really rough on my hands and my nails are still intact 2 weeks later. Just bought a home in the area and saw this nail salon was close by, did a walk in on Friday afternoon around 3pm. The helped me right away and their service is excellent. Lina took care of me the whole time, she did my gel manicure and my deluxe pedicure (comes with massage, hot wax, hot towel) and she was very detail oriented. They are clean and they can get very busy very fast I will definitely schedule an appointment when I return next time. My 16 year old daughter and her friend went inside to have their nails done and she was told it would be $25 to get nails done. After which she was told it would be $30 for the gel polish. So my daughter thinking the total was $55 gives her two $50 dollar bills. They give her $20 back! Asked them where the rest of the change was in which they state " it was only $30 and the $50 they got , only $20 was the change. My daughter and her friend both said but she gave you two $50 dollar bills where's the rest of the change? Well the claim only one $50 was given and never got two. I'm surprised to see all the low reviews. I actually enjoy this place, they're always busy yet never rush. The price for a deluxe pedicure is very reasonable for all that it includes. This is my go to spot for pedicures I love that they never turn me away even when I walk up 15 minutes til closing. Unlike other nail salons they don't shut down all the power and lights at 7 leaving you to feel like you've inconvenienced them. I only do gel polish in which They have several gel polishes to choose from. I'd say about half of their regular polishes are China Glaze & OPI. Which if you're a nail polish snob like myself, you'll enjoy. I don't do acrylics/ powders but they have several colors to choose from their as well. I like this place and recommend it. read more

I went in for a full set of the gel nails with no problem, but when I went back 2 weeks later for a fill, the girl that did my nails tore up my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding. Then 3 days later I got some sort of nail infection,swollen fingertips and itching, so I took them off. Now 5 of my fingernails look like they are lifting off my nail beds. I am so pissed off that this nasty place may have messed up my nails forever. If they don't grow back, I will be reporting them to the board of cosmotology. My 2 daughters got their nails done here this morning 7/29/15. After getting showers this afternoon, both of them had polish peeling off. Took them back to get fixed and the woman practically yelled at the girls and said it was impossible. She then fixed them while complaining the entire time.
