They did a fill and did not look anything like the picture and over charged me as if it was a full set and not only that but as if it were medium /long nails when they are very short !!! Last set I got here was exact same length and style they went over the same nails and charged me $65 when they were only $55 last time and not just that but they were a brand new full set then this time it was just a fill so it makes no sense I got charged more after not to mention sitting for 3 HOURS waiting for every other girl to get finished including someone who came after me ! Took me in even though they knew it would make them have to work after closing time-appreciated that so much. I did not feel rushed. I enjoyed the services I specifically ordered (sometimes better to do that rather than just picking the packages they recommend). Staff was great and friendly. Only thing I could say that wasn't positive is I felt rushed to pick my colors. And they really don't have a real orange with gold specks- every other color but not orange. The kept trying to convince me one of the colors was orange but it wasn't and I left with red and blue colors. (I wanted my team colors-orange and blue but I just looked patriotic). One popped off around the third week but I didn't care because they looked perfectly beautiful for my event. I know you aren't supposed to pop or pull the gels off but once one fell off I didn't want to go to the salon so soon. The result was fine but definitely tore off little bit of my mail off. This place is horrible! Do NOT go here if you don't want to be INJURED!!! The lady Who did my nails cut a huge chunk out of my cuticle and she never even apologized or said anything to me, she just kept blotting the blood until I said it's bleeding a lot. Then she jumped up and put some kind of blue solution on it. That stopped the bleeding. But now I have a big black mark by my toe that looks very UGLY! And it stings and burns, and I'm hoping it's not going to get infected! I'm going to go to the hospital today to make sure it doesn't get infected. Today I called the place and spoke to the owner Tony to let him know what happened and that I was not happy and would like a partial refund. He refused to do anything about what happened and said he cannot do a refund. He said that this is a normal occurrence at any nail shop, so he thinks that this is OK. This is not okay and this is not normal!! IN 20 years of getting my nails done this has never happened to me once. Nail Salons are hit & miss. I tend to be very picky, so when I find a good Artist, I stay put. Unfortunately, I had to get my nails done last minute, and showed up 10 minutes before closing. I was expecting them to say no (as I've experienced with other shops), but Cindy was happy to help. I said a lil prayer, and let her get to work. I was pleasantly surprised because she was efficient without rushing, didn't mangle my cuticles, and did a great job with shaping. They really don't deserve any stars but I needed to write a review on how TERRIBLE this place is! I went in all I needed was some dip removed and a clear coat put on. Let's start off with she had me sit in the chair and soak my fingers in acetone for THIRTY minutes. Before I sat down he had told the woman who just got walked in it would be 10 minutes so I was thinking I would obviously get helped before her since I was there first but NOPE. He started working on her nails before mine got touched. As I was sitting and soaking and waiting no one acknowledged me or even apologized for the inconvenience. Second the place was FILTHY. I mean seriously everything was just filthy, the person I went with goes there sometimes and I didn't want to make her feel bad or embarrassed for taking me there so I didn't mention anything in front of her. NEW MALE WORKER SCREAMING, YELLING & INTIMIDATING MULTIPLE FEMALE CUSTOMERS! RUN!!! I go here a couple times a month because it's close to my house and they do an OK job. They don't have a lot of creativity, but they can do a coffin shape and a little design so I'm OK with it. I've been going here for about a year, however, this weekend I went and will never return. Sunday, June 4: The entire regular staff was not there, all new faces, but for one. The male worker (NOT ANTHONY) burned his customer as soon as I got there, but stuff happens every once in a while. The next customer he got, he started yelling at her telling her not to move her hand and straight up yelled at her "You want me to do your nails or not!" I was shocked! She calmly replied, "Yes, I want you to do my nails but I want you to be gentle." He continued to yell at her and tell her not to move. He yelled that she was too picky and wouldn't do what she asked because he said it cost more money. She told him she had money that wasn't the problem. He demanded her to pay before he finished because he had someone walk out on him yesterday without paying. This arguing went on for over an hour while I got my pedi. He completely disrespected her and everyone in the shop. Once he was done with her, a new customer came in. Same thing. He tried to charge her $5 extra for "long nails" that she said were normal length and when he kept cutting them shorter, she told him she was not going to pay extra for long when he kept cutting them. He began to yell at her too and told her he would not do her nails. When she tried to sit down in the waiting area to wait for another worker, he got in her face and kept yelling at her!!! It was the craziest scene I have ever seen in a nail shop. Another woman, had the same long nail issue as above and was told she wouldn't have her nails finished. She was there over 2 hours when they finally started on her pedicure. Then, a customer walked in with a small child for just a paint job. The worker asked her customer if she would wait while she painted the small child's hands. The customer said, "No, I've been here over 2 hours, they just got here, I will not wait." The worker started yelling at her saying "I know how you people are!" and refused to finish her nails!!!! She kept saying "I'm so tired I just want to go home." It was literally the scariest and craziest experience I have ever witnessed in a nail shop. I go here to spend $70 to get away from my kids for 2 hours a month and relax, not hear this arguing for 2 hours and be in fear that I will be yelled at next. Common theme is that all the women they were yelling at were black. I'm writing this because I want Anthony and the regular workers of this shop to know what happened while they were out. i dislike giving bad reviews but I'm sorry to say that I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it. Although they were very accommodating when it came to me being late for my appointment that's where the positive abruptly ends and the negative begins. i was sat down for my pedicure and as I'm getting my toes painted A second nail tech came over and began to start my full set manicure. She had me twist around so she could easily access my hands..It was very uncomfortable especially in the massage chair and she was not gentle at all. I noticed after That she cannot clean off my nails before or after applying the tips. Usually you're supposed to swipe a alcohol pad over it or something she filed my natural nails down pretty soon and I kept feeling the heat from the Dremel not to mention she sliced me pretty good when she was attempting to shape my acrylic nails. when she finished applying the acrylic they were lopsided/flat with no shape. I don't know how she got her job but it look like a five-year-old put my acrylics on. She was very rough I finally Maños my hands hurt so bad the next day. I wish I would've got her name but I was just so pissed I paid and left. I got a pedicure this past Saturday, June 10th, 2017. My bank alerted me to the fact that at 11:00 pm that night, $109.00 was charged to my bank account. I didn't used my card 2 or 3 days prior to my pedicure. I called the number that the money was charged to and was told they sell beauty products. I went to my bank today, Monday and closed my account and got a new card. I went back to the nail salon to talk to the manager and was told she was out of the country until Monday, June 19th. I remember getting my pedicure done when all the workers were talking about the owner being out of town and how they are all related to her. My first time coming the skinny lady with the long hair was doing my fill for me. She cut me, not once, not twice, but threee times. I repeatedly asked her to be careful that she was hurting me. When it came to wash my hands two fingers on the right and one on the left were bleeding. And thats not all, they were uneven, lumpy, had acrylic chunks in random corners, and had acrylic on my fingers. They looked absolutely horrible. I refused to sit back in her chair. Felt like walking out without paying anything and having another shop fix them. That was the first time in 15 years i had to get out of someones chair. Thankfully Anthony fixed them. Then my niece went here on her birthday and left in crocodile tears. We were literally there for almost 3 hours. And her nail job looked like absolute s***! She had a huge bubble in the corner of her thumb. They were so uneven the paint ran everywhere uneven as well. And the other guy did them! (Not Anthony). He rushed her nails sooo fast and just went and relaxed in a massage chair after his sh**ty job!
